Casual Stroll (Open)

[Jin Reno]

Jin could feel the ground start to weaken when Ruma entered the alley way as well. He and Kotone weakened the ground enough that the extra weight began to cause it to break, and in a few moments they had began to break beneath them and cause them to fall. He looked down at the distance they would fall and he knew that Ruma wasn't as strong as him or the gerudo with the spear, and it might of hurt her.

He only came here for adventure, not to cause harm to these people, not one that he had became friends with. Jin pushed himself forward from the ground and grabbed both Kotone and Ruma and when he hit the ground, he made sure they were safe. Granted, that meant that while he landed on his back, they had landed on him. Jin coughed a few times before he laid there, groaning softly, his consciousnesses slowly fading.

"Ouch..." He said softly, before falling unconscious, laying on the ground. He wasn't putting up a fight anymore.

Ruma felt the floor shake as she and the others plummeted. But she was grabbed by Jin as she fell and fell on him. She still landed with a loud "Oof!" and a sore behind, but on the whole she was ok. However she checked on Jin right as he fell out of consciousness. She ran a hand through her bag, hoping to find something to help revive him.

"Jin! Jin! Speak to me!" She didn't want him to be hurt, not after what he just did for her. He may not have saved her life but if she was out of commission in the littlest way it would prevent her from working on her projects or assisting in the pirate's cove. She held his head up with her hands and turned to Kotone.

"Cousin, you wouldn't happen to have any healing item on you do you? Oh come on Jin, wake up." Sadness enveloped her voice, Kotone would probably recognize her guilt complex emerging. A common theme stemming from her survivor's guilt from 15 years ago.

[Kotone]

Kotone could not believe that he did that even grab her which was odd. Not to many males she ever meet that try do that. Well Marik would but he was their brother. Kptpne had a few cuts as there was some blood coming down her arm however it was nothing to bad. She figure it was from the wood or her blade when they fell. Well her sister did not seem to worry about her as she sat up rubbing her neck as she was glad Ruma was ok. However she seem to be more worried about the guy then anything.

She shook her head about having anything medical as that was normally their other cousin's job who gone missing for some time. She was a shy one. She gesture the medical building be by the docks. she got up as she grab her pole arm and then Ruma's scar. She went to work as she put brace the guy's neck with some wood and the scarf. She then turn her back to him as she put her pole arm behind her back and looked at Ruma. Mainly telling her to put him on her back and she take him there.

Ruma needed a little help lifting the unconscious Jin up. Luckily her sister and one other guard were there to help. Kotone even made a brace for the man's neck which seemed so unlike her. Ruma looked to her older cousin, nodding in approval, and mouthing a thank you.

"Come on Jin, we'll get you to the medical guys. They'll be able to help you." She started to get worried that he wouldn't make it. Another death, because of her. This wasn't good. She started to get desperate. The alarms were off now but they were still ringing in her head. She wasn't really helping, with her small frame the others were better off carrying him and she should go do something else.

She ran ahead of the group, entering the medical pavilion. "Clear the area, we have a hurt man coming in!" She began to help them make room and a bed for Jin to stay.

[Kotone]

Kotone would never help anyone like this however he protected her cousin and herself a bit. It what she could do to say thank you. However it was not like she was going to let him off the hook. No she was going to post guards all the way around the place and chain him up after he get medical help. He was going to be under lock and key until they figure out what to do with him. She figure either he joins their crew or he be slave to her sister or stay in jail.

As she walked it was hard as the guy was wearing heavy armor and it did not do to well. She was sore from the fall but she was good at hiding it. As soon she got to the place she put the guy down as she sign to the guard to take his armor and weapons from him. Then tie his arms and legs then take care of him as they did not want him running around again. She looked at her sister then nods as she goes off to another room to get her own check up.

[Jin Reno]

Jin slowly came too, feeling a bit lighter, but he also felt someone tugging on his arms. "Whats.. with... this armor?" One voice said. Another answered, "Its like he attached it to his skin or something... I can't pull it off and there is no way to cut it off." Jin let out a bit of a groan and coughed a bit, "Gah... I think I cracked a rib..."

It was soon after that he could see what looked like blades pointed at his chest, as if daring him to move. "Ah quit it... I'm not going anywhere and fast... leave me alone you pirates." He said, shaking his head and trying to sit up, doing so a little slowly. He could feel that Lisa still formed the armor on his arms, and he was glad for that. Protection was good, considering they took his shields and bag.

"So... whats gonna happen now? Am I going to be tied up and tossed into a cell? Be executed? Forced to do Snu Snu till I die of a broken pelvis and a satisfied grin?" Jin asked, his chest hurting when he took a breath, and his neck feeling a little weird. His arms where tied behind him and his legs tied together at his ankles, but he didn't fight it.

"Can you loosen those ropes a bit? They are uncomfortable."

Ruma had been treated simply for soreness, as Jin's help prevented anything more than a bit of trauma and a sore butt. Her next task was to check on Jin, who had apparently been tied to the bed and stripped of all his possessions, save for the armor that no one seemed to be able to remove. Fascinating.

She started to move the rest of the Gerudo out of the way, dismissing them as she made her way to Jin. Dismissing determined guards took longer than it should have, but eventually her status got them all to leave.

"Hi Jin. How're you feeling?" She began to undo the ropes keeping him tied down, shaking her head. "I apologize for my cousin. She's very protective and you're an intruder. Please don't run away again, with your injuries and the guard on high alert I won't be able to protect you again." She then ran a hand along this suit of armor,eyeing it strangely. "Fascinating. How did you get a full suit of armor attached to you like this? It appears to be like a second skin, as I can't find any of the normal weak points suits of armor have." If she could incorporate this design for the Gerudo women, they're combat potential could skyrocket.

[Jin Reno]

When Ruma walked into the room he was in, Jin gave her a little wave from where his hands where tied together and a smile. After the guards left, Jin was glad that she freed him from the rope and he rubbed his ankles for a moment. "Talk about Gerudo Hospitality, do they always treat random people like this?" He asked, having a feeling he knew the answer, but that wasn't that important. He cracked his back before clutching just under his chest for a moment and chuckling. "Ah, just a cracked rib, besides that just fine. How about you, you ok?" He asked her.

"Hmm? Oh don't worry about that... you'd be surprised how many times I've had something sharp, blunt, or the likes pointed at me, and from the sounds of it, she is just doing her job." He said. When she asked him not to run away again, Jin dismissed the thought with a small wave of his hand. "I am in no rush now, not after all that happened." When she ran her hand along the full arm armor, Jin lifted his arm up for her, allowing her to check it over a little better.

He beamed at the praise that she was giving the armor, nodding his head. "Lisa is a really good armor. She keeps my arms safe, though she isn't old enough to fully cover my body yet, she is still great." Jin said, before adding, "Lisa, Return." With that, the armor glowed and in his hand appeared the small tortoise, shaking its head a bit before looking up at Ruma. "She's a magic pet I happened to 'acquire' from some moblins."

Ruma smiled, glad he was alright. She couldn't help but pity him after all that had happened.

"Yeah, pretty much. Typically intruders to the Pirate's Bay are killed on sight. I couldn't tell right away if you were a pirate or not so I went over and struck up a conversation to make sure. That's a fancy little turtle you have there, shame it's simply magical or I'd try and replicate it in the armory." Her focus changed to him. As her savior, she couldn't help but feel that strange sensation of attraction that was so atypical of her. She was attracted to men but could never trust them. But he had saved her from a pretty heavy fall, and he cracked a rib at her expense.

She brushed some of the hair off his face and removed her helmet, her hair, a mix of natural red and unnatural violet, on full display. She put it on the table next to the bed and smiled at him.

"I want to say thank you. You didn't have to protect me like at, especially not after I pointed a gun at you. Allow me to reintroduce myself. I'm Ruma Dragmire, Merik's cousin, and you have my thanks." She reached down and gave him a tender hug to show her appreciation.

[Jin Reno]

"Well, I am glad that we had a chat then. I might not of lived this time if it wasn't for that talk of tech." Jin said, chuckling a bit. "Lisa is pretty special, though I don't know if she is one of a kind or not, as for the armor, you're a smart Gerudo, if anyone could figure out how to replicate the armor in a non-magical way, it'd probably be you." He added, rubbing his chin a bit. With a shrug he placed Lisa on his head and leaned back a bit.

Jin blinked and flushed a small bit when she moved some of the hair from his face and he rubbed the back of his head a bit. "You have some very nicely colored hair, I like the violet." He said, seeing her in a slightly different light without her helmet.

When she hugged him, and gently, thank the goddesses, Jin gave her a hesitant one armed hug in return. "You don't have to thank me, I came here for adventure and fun, not to hurt anyone," he continued, "but you're welcome Ruma Dragmire. I am Jin Reno, and thank you for keeping me alive." He gave her a smile, feeling as if he had just made a new friend.

Ruma released him from the hug and ran a hand through her own hair. "Thanks. You can't imagine how difficult it is to acquire purple dye in the desert. I have to come here to buy all the ingredients, but it works great." She stretched out a little, trying to get the soreness to fade. If she kept looser and more athletic, this wouldn't be nearly as much of an issue.

"I disagree. You went above and beyond any obligations to help me out. I'd say that deserves a thank you." She kept her smile on, stroking his cheek. She picked up a chair and set it down next to the bed. She leaned on her arm against the bed, just looking at Jin. Her eyes appeared to wander off into dreamland. She never knew what to do in these situations, but she was happy to simply look at her rescuer.

[Kotone]

There was some loud laughter on the other side of the wall. It seems Kotone was hearing what the two were saying and she was making funny gesture to the other Gerudo guards/nurses or healer in the room with her. Mainly at first she was gagging from what she was hearing then start to say the two should get together or be mates. So different gestures like that. It be nice for her cousin to find someone geeky too.

She could not wait to tell Merik about this as it be funny. She wince a bit as she was getting patched up a bit more. Of course she was not going to tell Merik some time soon as she did not show him that she was hurt. The whole room was filled with laughter and words as Kotone went on. Thought she did not know her cousin might hear.

[Jin Reno]

"Oh? You mean that there is a dye that changes the color of hair now too? Jeez... living in a cave really keeps you out of touch with things. But that doesn't mean that your hair doesn't look amazing, because it does. Its really does." He said, shifting a bit in the bed, rubbing his side softly. "Ah... I should probably heal this... but I don't think my spell would do too much." He muttered to himself, shaking his head a bit.

Jin blinked at her, blushing a little when she stroked his cheek, not sure how to react due to the fact that no one had ever been tender toward him like this at all. It was different, and Jin really couldn't figure out what to say at the moment. "Um... well, I couldn't just let anything happen to you two... I just wanted to have some fun, not hurt anyone..." He said, repeating himself a bit, still recovering from how she was acting toward him.

However, the sound of laughter caused Jin to blink and look up, trying to find the source of the laughter, but he shook his head. "Well, it seems we have a bit of an audience to this right now. Is that your cousin out there? Why didn't she speak when she had me cornered?" Jin asked, stretching.

Ruma knew the source of the laughter immediately. She sighed and shook her head, taking her completely out of the moment. She stood up and went over to the outside. Glaring over at Kotone, she stood in front of her with her hands on her hips.

"All I did for helping you with Eskazanto Merik and you laugh at me? This man saved me from injury, and he understands me, unlike you. Leave, prika, we will talk later." She hmphed at Kotone and stomped back into Jin's room, clearly upset in a very childish way. That started to fix itself as she laid her eyes back upon Jin. She sat back down and took a deep breath.

"So what will you do once you're released? Obviously we're going to have to deliberate as a group to figure out what we can do. Normally you would be executed for trespassing but given the circumstances I think we'll have to make an exception."

[Kotone]

Kotone was smiling and all but she was not laughing as she can't laugh. Well she can but she can't make a sound. It was the other making sounds not her. Ruma came in the room and started to chew her out. She blinks as she looked at her cousin. Before she could get a word in her cousin left the room upset about her. Even more she said she did not understand her which was not fair. She got off the medical table and walked in to the room that Jin's being held in.

She grab her sister's should and turn her around to look at her. She shook her head and pointed back to the other room. 'What do you mean laughing at you? I can't laugh and that hurts' her lips moved as she snapped at her back. 'Don't you dare walk off like that. Thinking I do not understand you! We been together way to long for us not understand each other. So you might like robots and I like history we still kin.'

[Jin Reno]

"First off, not dying is a particularly important factor in me leaving here. I would very much like to leave with my life still intact." Jin said, finding that he wanted to make sure that this one thing would happen. Death was an adventure he was not yet ready to take, if he had a choice in the matter. "However, the robots that you spoke of sound interesting, I was hoping that we could possibly go and see them. If I could learn some things from you and your tech that'd be very good." Jin added, smiling at Ruma.

He didn't want to mention anything about what had just happened with her stomping out of the room and speaking to the other Gerudo that way, but it didn't seem like there was going to be a change of that subject soon. Kotone came into the room, and in her own silent way, seemed to argue back with Ruma. "If I could interject... its not like there's anything wrong with having a little fun when there is no harm done..." He said, though a little meekly, trying not to get any anger in his direction.

[ruma]

Ruma ignored Jin for the moment, instead focusing on her cousin. She immediately felt bad and stood up to give her sister a hug.

"Sorry cousin, I didn't mean it that way. You and I interact incredibly well, and our knowledge plays off of itself incredibly well, with my tech and your history. But Jin is different. He has knowledge neither of us know. He and I speak a similar language, he knows of tech, of design protocols and engine boosts. But our connection will never be nearly as strong as ours. You are my prika, that will never change. But right now, I need this time. Alone." She released the hug but kept her hands and Kotone's shoulder, giving her a determined look quite atypical of her demeanor. This whole day seemed very atypical for Ruma, and she needed time to sort it out.

She turned her attention back to Jin now, whose attempts to interject were not at the best time. "She's family Jin. She has to take priority. Please remain silent until this is sorted."

[Kotone]

Kotone nodded to her sister but she looked at Jin who spoke. Jin was trying to be helpful but he was talking to gerudo women. They are warriors after all. Sometimes there are fights and sometimes there hugs. Well with Ruma there are always hugs which Kotone was never to king on but still. Kotone smirk as she said she need some time alone as Kotone nodded to her.

'Well don't forget the medic be in here soon to patch him up' she lip to her. She let go of her sister and looked at Jin. 'Don't do anything to make her cry or you be dead by my dagger' Kotone threaten him as she goes and leaves as there was some things to do. There was repairs to do and she got to find her pole arm dagger.

[Exit]

[Jin Reno]

Jin kept quiet, closing his eyes a little bit and trying not to intrude on their conversation. This was a problem between the two of them, though it was his fault that they were fighting. He rubbed his head when Ruma chastised him for interrupted, feeling a little worse then how he was before. He couldn't figure out what exactly had made him feel bad like this, and he looked down at his hands.

When things seemed to be over, he looked at Kotone as she mouthed the words at him and he blinked, able to figure out what she had said. Jin nodded his head toward the silent Gerudo before looking down at his hands once again. Before anything could be said, the medic walked into the room and helped Jin remove his jacket-vest, shirt, and undershirt, putting them next too him.

"Lets see here... hmm... yeah, you cracked your rib alright, there is some bruising here." The Medic said, before bringing out cloth and wrapping it around his chest.

[ruma]

Ruma nodded appreciatively while Kotone exited and the medic entered. That had been taken care of, now fully aware that the bond between her and Kotone was unbreakable, the focus now shifted completely to Jin.

Her eyes widened as the diagnosis was made and Jin was being bandaged up. "Wow. I'm amazed you fell and had two women land on you and still made it out with a broken rib. A fall like that might have been crippling to a lesser man." Or most men. Luckily for Jin, he wasn't like most men. He was certainly something else.

"Try to hold off on the adventuring for a bit. Wouldn't want your ribs getting any worse." Now she was beginning to grasp her emotions. At first it was so weird to like a guy in that way. The only male she had feelings for was Merik, and that was a family relationship, nothing more. But Jin wasn't family. She sat back and waited for him to be bandaged up before continuing.
