The shockwaves met and collided, protecting Kulau from any possible injuries. The monster however was not so lucky. The Electricity met his body and rendered him paralyazed for a short quantity of time. Dropping his Spear, he opened his mouth to yell, but nothing came out. In a moments notice he had been outmatched by two mortals.
The fin ravaged into his head and cut straight into the brain, killing the monster, and ending his life. Falling to his knee's, and then to the ground, the body burst into flames and slowly faded from existence.
Fane recovered and approached Kulau, panting from his injuries and looking rather beat up. "Kulau...I couldn't thank you enough." As he thanked his friend, the Mother and Child of the man whom sent the letter to warn them of this danger approached them, and offered them a reward of Rupee's.
"My Husband loved Hyrule, and died to assure you could protect it. Please, take this as a reward.
[End of Quest- Rupee Rewards decided by staff perhaps? I'll ask Night. I'm not sure what standard reward should be for two bosses and a 2 full page quest. Also perhaps the spear could go to Kulau as well as the rupees?]

Kulau took a deep breath and fell to one knee. Even though he overcame the assault and managed to kill the beast, that last push left him incredibly tired. He looked around, wondering what became of the other two who were with them as the battle commenced.
"Well, I did what I could. You're welcome Fane. If you don't mind, I'm going to present the spear to her majesty and explain what happened." The family approached and Kulau greeted them with a bow, still in pain but pain never was a reason to be discourteous.
"Thank you ma'am. Your husband was a good man, and I'm sorry for your loss." He picked up the spear before waving goodbye to his peers and the family and headed back to Zora's Domain.

Fane followed Kulau's example, and gave a bow to the Mother and child, waving to his friend and taking his leave. This was quite the ordeal; he never expected anything like this to happened. Making his way off back to town, he prepared for a restful day of sleep and recovery.

Rewards get slashed by 30 rupees due to Fane's comment of
That's throwing the fight, dude. So as of now, the rewards are...
Fane gets 52 rupees, as he also won the Novelist Badge.
Kulau gets 69 rupees, as he, like Fane, got the Novelist Badge. He also gains the following.
[u]Jotun's Spear[/u]
A spear received during the battle with the Jotun, and its possessor. The spear is long, around seven feet long, to be exact. It has a unique build in that the shaft of the spear is almost as thick as the tip, thus making it durable, but slightly awkward. It has no real magical power, none that Kulau is able to access, but it makes for a nice trophy. Heck. he can even use it to stab people! What a deal!
Silver gets 27 rupees.
Youkai gets 10 rupees, but that's only because of the finished thread bonus, and he didn't even post five times to get the full 20.
