So yeah, Jin is a fun and pretty innocent dude.
The problem is that he is pretty alone most of the time, just having his turtle and mini-deku baba to travel and talk with.
So I am hoping to find someone who would like to travel with Jin. Be a friend or more.
Anyone will do, just don't be trying to kill him too much.

Titania is always to be there for others, be it for simple friendship or something a bit more. Just don't expect her to stay in a committed relationship, she is waaaaaaaaaay too much of a free spirit for that.

Hmm... I think Jin isn't on too good of standing with Titania and probably a little worried he might say something wrong to her and mess up the chances of a Human Fairy alliance.. ^^y;;;
Slaughter, Jin already is interested in traveling with your character. City In the Sky, sounds like a fun place!

Personally I have a hard time believing Titania would be on poor standing with anyone, but I will respect your wishes in this case. Honestly, I forgot Jin was even in a position of relative power.

-laughs- I know... he really doesn't seem the type does he? But he has a lot of general knowledge as well as military and creature knowledge.
Dude spent 20 years of his life reading pretty much almost every book ever printed in Hyrule within a cave. People don't really see him as all that smart though, but he can do a lot of things.

That still doesn't answer the question of what he may have done to not be on good standing with Titania. Unless she did something I'm not aware of.
