What the hell was happening as of lately? Nothing was making any sense at the moment, and it was frustrating as hell. Aya wasn't good with all of this thinking deal. Actions spoke louder than words, and all of the things she wanted to do to relief the pent up stress she had been keeping as of lately. You could not contain a wild fire and not expect it to retaliate one way or another. For most part of the day, she had been working off some steam, chopping up wood, and might it be added, she was using her sword, and not an actual axe.
Those who watched her work dared not to stand in her way for the fact on how deadly she appeared with the weapon. Her firelight orbs fired up as she took out her anger on the wood until the very last one. Even then it wasn't enough to quench the burn inside of her.
Deep down, she was confused, but she couldn't find it in herself to admitting it. Or at least, she didn't know how to admit it openly. For all of the wood that she chopped, in exchange, she got a room for two to cover their expenses for the night. Aya insisted in working for her sister, and herself to spend the night at the local in Kakariko provided. Beads of sweat formed upon her forehead matting down her crimson hair as she concluded her work. Grabbing a cloth to wipe off the access perspiration, she decided that perhaps what she really needed was a good soak in the hot springs.
Aya prepped herself before getting ready to take a soak, taking a quick bath to clean herself up, and rolled up her cascading scarlet locks up in a bun. Her firelight orbs flickered back on over to her sister. "Coming sis?" she asked. She paused for a moment to get an answer, but whatever answer she was given, she still took off to the springs curious as to what it would be like.
When she arrived there, a smile formed upon her lips, it was empty. Perfect~! She would have the spring all to herself, or with her sister should she decide to join. The redhead didn't hesitate to take the first dip, flinching slightly at the sting of the water against her toes. However she quickly submerged herself into the hot water, towel and all snuggling carefully onto her lithe frame. Now it was time to unwind~
"Wow~! This feels great!"

Honestly, she really wished that Aya would allow her to help out! The two had gone their separate ways for the time being, and she certainly could not begrudge her twin that. No doubt she had been spending time with Ryst, and she was merely happy that Aya had not been injured in the disaster that had struck the City in the Sky. Her heart had nearly dropped, and she had been ready to fly there herself to search through any ruin and rubble. Hell, she would have even gone through the Oocca Lord herself to get her answers, but her frantic worry and dread had been assuaged by Aya's appearance. She realized that they had parted for so long after their trek through Snowpeak, and there was so much to share. Something had happened between Ryst and her sister, and Ani had also had her own fair share of occurrences with the opposite gender. She had been hoping for the distraction of work to keep her thoughts distant, but Aya would not allow her to even help!
No, her twin had to be as stubborn as ever, and even her piercing voice had done little to deter her. Ani just wished Aya would allow her to be a little independent sometime, and she could almost hear Grey's voice in her mind encouraging her. Her cheeks had flushed, and she had been oddly quiet ever since. Well, being silent was not all that strange for her, but certainly not toward Aya. There was just so much to think about, and she knew it was the same for the both of them. So she merely sat there in silence as her twin continued to cut the wood for the owner of the inn, dazed with her own musings until her sister called out to her. Carmine eyes began to focus upon the reality surrounding her, and she realized Aya had called out to her about relaxing in the hot springs. "W-wait for me!" she called, following after Aya in the preparations to relax in the springs. Rinsing herself off in the cold shower, she quickly placed her clothes in a dry corner, and wrapped a towel firmly around her petite frame. Could Aya not be patient for her?
Ani was more cautious in venturing into the springs, hesitantly dipping her foot into the steaming water. It was quite hot against her skin, and so she merely sat upon the edge of the springs for now. Holding her towel to her for protection, even if they were alone, she let her legs submerge into the water for now. Her lips curled into an indulging smile at Aya's exclamation, because it was rather nice. She slowly edged herself into the steaming water. "What happened while you were gone?" she asked. There was no point in running around the topic, and Ani wanted to know what had happened with Aya in her absence. It had been quite odd to be apart from her twin for so long, and she wished to know all that had occurred. She could also sense that Aya needed someone to confess to her, and there was no one better than her, right~?

The crimson haired fairy couldn't help but reflect the day that came and went just like that. The twins managed to meet up with each other. Relief washed over her frame happy to see that her sister was doing well. Since their separation, there wasn't a day that passed that Aya wasn't thinking about her. Wondering if she was doing well on her own, and praying to the goddesses that they watched over her. Ani was overcome with joy by the fact that ever since the catastrophe that occurred in the city, her twin was frantically looking for her, to assure herself that Aya wasn't apart of the portion that fell from the sky.
No, she explained to her later that she was no where near the accident, and was taken safely to the Oocca Lord's palace. She stayed there for the most part since the disaster struck, but that was where she left off her story. Aya was weary from her travels, both physically, and emotionally. Though she had to trudge up what strength she had to at least cover some expenses in exchange for a room for the two of them tonight.
Despite Aya's stubborn streak getting the better of her, she did notice something different about Ani. She held her head up more confidently, and spoke her mind - even going as far as giving the older twin an earful for not allowing her to work with her. It was... strange to hear her sister more outgoing.
Something quite certainly went while she had her share of experience. Aya was more than curious as to what her sister had been up to since their periodic depart. The steam of the waters felt wonderful against her rough skin. She should probably use lotion more often. Cosmetic things weren't her strong points, but it was just a random thought she noticed.
Her firelight eyes turned their way on over to her sister. She blinked.
"Where do I begin?" she sighed. Her attention directed at the surface of the scalding water soaking up the minerals it had refreshing her body. May as well start off with her visit over in the city. "I visited the City in the Sky, where Ryst greeted me, and gave me a tour through some of the sights. Somewhere along the lines we started racing..."
She looked up to the sky. The fire within her eyes flickered like that of a candle, a small burning, but earnest light. Aya continued, "The portion of the city that fell... It happened out of nowhere. Everything was thrown into a state of chaos. Ryst was forced to meet with some important people for seemed like an eternity. All throughout my trip there, I haven't seen him. Let me tell you, I was about to take out the guards on how ridiculous those stiff wings were."
She took a moment to collect her thoughts.
"By the time I got to see him, he was a mess," she explained, "I also found out he had a sister too, strange one, but what really threw me off..."
Was really got to her, and caused her to hesitate was the factor she still couldn't get over. No. It was still playing out in her head, and it drove her insane. "When he called me out to meet him, along with his sister was... that he... DAMMIT! The bastard said he loves me!"
She lowered her head to hide the blush that complimented her red hair so well.

Ani was surprised with herself for her more brazen demeanor, but she had certainly not lost her timid tendencies. Lír had certainly left an impression on her, and she did not regret that at all. Oh, Goddesses, how would her twin react when she confessed that she was in a relationship? It was all well and fine for Aya, but her sister was far too over protective of her. Not to mention the fact that she had stabbed Lír in the shoulder. She knew that impression had left a sour viewing of the other, and she knew that the Minish was still quite sore on that topic. Her cheeks flamed a brilliant crimson, and she sank into the heated water quite happily as an excuse to hide her blush. This was not going to go well, and she just hoped her new confidence would help her through. At least Lír was not angry with her, and she would force the two of them to get along, dammit! Would it be too much to drown in the spring as of yet? Not even five minutes and she had already worked herself up! This was meant to be relaxing! Oh, right, infamous Crossfire temper showing. Bad, bad Ani!
Holding back a giggle at Aya's eagerness to confess, she sat up a little straighter and listened. That was certainly one thing she was good at, and it appeared Aya had been through quite a lot. Her time away had not nearly been so perilous and exciting, and she worried that something may have happened to her emotionally. If Lord Ryst had done anything, she would personally screech until his ears bled! The Lord had appeared rather kind and adventurous, so she calmed herself with that fact. A perfect match for her thrill seeking sister, since she certainly was not the type to enjoy those activities. It was good that Aya had found someone other than her to spend time with, since sisters could only do so much. Smiling as her twin turned rather wistful, she held back her laugh as Aya's remark to go through his guards. No, she certainly had little patience for such intricate things, but that was what made her Aya. Ani certainly felt sympathy for Ryst, and she certainly hoped he was faring well. He had been kind to her, and so she hoped that he had been able to do the best he could in the aftermath of the destruction.
Ani leaned in closer, sensing the sudden hesitance Aya held. That was certainly not like her, and she just knew this had to be an emotional problem. Her sister was not all that great when it came to her emotions, unless it had to do with an adrenaline rush. The sudden outburst hardly surprised her, but the fact that Ryst had proclaimed his love for Aya did. Taken aback for a moment, Ani quickly regained herself. There was certainly no point in dancing around this topic, and her twin could certainly use the advice. While Aya was all for the moment, Ani was the thinker of their little duo. "Do you love him? I think you do, or you wouldn't be this conflicted," she surmised, staring at Aya in a way that she had mimicked from Lír. Scooting closer to her embarrassed twin, her arm wrapped around her shoulders in a soothing gesture. "You don't have to say it if you aren't sure, but you can't avoid this either. You really need to think about how he makes you feel, and ask yourself if your feelings are love," she advised.

Ani brought up a good point. Did she love him? Her mind was telling her it just might be otherwise she wouldn't be struggling so much. Fighting with holding onto her weight while traveling, and a mind filled to the brink with confusion she couldn't find a clearing out of. The crimson haired fairy wasn't used to these kinds of feelings, and it left an ache in her heart not knowing what she should do. The gentle touch of her sister's arm wrapped around her frame worked providing comfort for the insecure redhead. Ani had always been the logical one of the two - think first before acting out. Aya was impulsive, dangerous, and most of the time a hot head to listen to reason. She promised she'd work on it, but little progress is more than an understatement.
"... I honestly think it's too soon to tell," she confessed, "Don't get me wrong, he's wonderful to be with, but the way he confessed, and the place... Dear Din..."
Yet she wouldn't be going through all of this stress if she didn't care about him. She wouldn't be wearing that yearning expressing wanting to see him again. To get lost in his pale blue eyes. A man who took her for everything she was, a reckless adventurer, but a woman with a heart of fire. The fire fairy was more than aware that he had more experience in relationships than she did, but overall, he didn't put her on the same playing fields like the women he courted before. "I just think it was the wrong place, and the wrong time," she admitted, "He wasn't thinking straight from being sleep deprived after having to attend to everything... and... and..."
She was coming up with all kinds of excuses. Any reason she could use to justify why she acted the way she did back up in the City in the Sky. It didn't change the fact that deep in her heart, she probably already knew what the answer was in the first place. Her immature heart just couldn't come to terms with accepting it. If the circumstances were more fitting would her reaction be any different? If he said those three words to her again could she find it in her soul to return the very feelings he came out in the open with? Questions kept piling up one on top of the other, and the answers eluded to poor fairy.
Aya couldn't even begin to describe the appreciation she felt for her sister to take the time to listen to her story. Ani was the only one who knew Aya like the back of her palm, and knew the right words to at least point the right direction out for her. If someone had to care for a careless person like Aya then it would have to be Ani. She was also grateful that she didn't go overprotective sister like she did on Snowpeak. She wouldn't be surprise if Ani thought about the worse case scenario and giving Ryst an earful should he ever hurt Aya in any way possible. That was a mishap she knew she wouldn't be let down on. Speaking of which...
"What ever did happen to you after that encounter with the wolf Minish?" she asked.
Total change of topic, and direction of attention~

Ani was quite sure that Ryst had not picked the right moment Aya had been waiting for, or totally unexpected that took her poor sister off guard. Well, she tried to think of it from his point of view too, and he had most likely wished to admit such a thing after a tragedy. Better to do so while there was time than living a life full of regrets and what-ifs. It was obvious Ryst was quite certain with his emotions toward Aya, but she was not quite as mature as the Oocca Lord with emotions. It was also the first time her twin had ever held such feelings for a male, so it was bound to be confusing and stressing. Ani wished she could give her the answer, but that was something she would have to figure out for herself. They were twins, but each had their own heart and mind. "You weren't expecting the confession, and that's okay. If he loves you, then he'll understand you aren't sure yet. It's just important to let him know that, and to really think about it instead of running away from it," she comforted. Poor Aya had little idea of what to do, and words could only assuage away troubles so much.
Ani could already tell that Aya loved him, if the yearning look within her crimson eyes told her anything. It was just that first love was always so hard and easy to figure out, and her sister had such an innocent and childish heart inside. She had always been so headstrong and for the moment that these more mature aspects were a lot for her to process. It would just take time, and hopefully patience from Ryst for Aya to realize what her heart knew but would not admit. A small sigh escaped her lips as her twin uttered excuses for the confession, and she merely pulled her twin closer to her. "Perhaps, but I'm sure even with everything else he was handling, this was not something he just thought of on the spot. I really think he loves you, but this is about how you feel now. Give it some time, and you'll find the answer," she reassured with a sweet smile. She was saying what she felt, and it was rather nice for once. Lír had been right to advise her to speak her mind, but she still had not changed from who she usually was, and she liked that. Small changes were good, but not at the cost of losing herself.
At least it appeared that the weight Aya had been carrying had been lifted somewhat, and so her mission had been accomplished. Allow her sister to voice her worries, and offer the best advice and insight she could upon the situation. She gave one last reassuring squeeze before pulling away to soak more comfortably in the springs. The water had grown comfortable, and the heat soothed instead of bothered. Well, she had been doing so until Aya mentioned an incident she had been hoping would remain overlooked. The reaction was instant, because Ani had gone from slightly flushed from the steamy water, to completely red in a matter of seconds. Her mind instantly went back to that one moment of the night where Lír had tumbled upon her, traced her lips with his fingertip, and had leaned in so close... "N-nothing! I-I just spent some time with him, a-and healed his shoulder, a-and that was it," she lied poorly. Oh, Goddesses, she was about to be interrogated by Aya, because he sister had no concept of the meaning of subtlety, even when it came to her.

It would take time for her childish heart to grow, and learn to accept the things that she cannot admit. She felt a tinge of guilt weigh on her frame knowing that it wasn't fair to be so selfish when Ryst needed her so. things were moving at a pace much faster than she had anticipated, and it was putting the redhead in a state of insecurity. Ani was trying to observe things from both perspectives realizing that the oocca male that has got Aya all in state of pandemonium probably did not regret his choice in making his confession then and there. He wanted her to know that his feelings were there.
Why must her heart pound so vehemently in her chest?! Aya was taken out of her mental chaos when she heard her sister's soothing words. Running away? Last time she check, she wasn't running away from the matter now, was she? The fire fairy could only suppose not talking about it directly towards him was pretty much the same as running away from it.
Ani proved a point, and it only brought more stress on Aya's part. This whole emotional thing was not an easy thing as she wanted it to be. How can one person bring out all of these emotions in a single sitting? It just wasn't fair! Though her feelings were very much in fact her own, and and earnestly getting worked up over a man only meant he had to be worth the trouble. Otherwise her immature heart couldn't handle putting up with the mess that occurred previously before Aya spent her time with her sister. The crimson fairy needed this quality time together with her, and she was grateful that Ani didn't mind being there to help Aya release some of her worries out in the open. The Crossfire twins shared almost everything.
Almost.
Aya quirked an eyebrow up suspiciously as Ani jumped quickly from a nice pink tone to completely red like Aya's hair. What was she getting all flustered about? Her firelight eyes flickered brightly as she gave her sister a stare of obvious disbelief. Honestly... why did she even bother to try? Aya knew better that Ani was by far the worst liar imaginable. "Ani," she said with a creepy calm tone, "What happened after I left?"
The only thing they didn't share was the types of men they liked~

Ani sincerely hoped for the best between Ryst and Aya, but only her sister could truly find the answer to her situation. It was either she loved him, or she did not quite as of yet. It was sudden and unexpected, and unless it had to do with adventure, then it left her sister in an insecure mess. Aya was certainly not the only one with her own romantic troubles, and she was still left confused by that kiss in the first place. She had to wonder why she had acquiesced to his advances, because she normally would have never done such a thing. Everything had happened so quickly, but she had given no signs of protest. The night had been a whirlwind of emotion and new experiences for her, and she knew she did not regret any action she had taken. Honestly, Ani was quite glad that Lír had been the one to take her first kiss, and she knew it would not be the last that she saw of the Minish. Her left her quite curious, and Ani always enjoyed satiating her curiosity. The thought should have sent her blushing, but she smiled wistfully to herself instead.
Oh, right, Aya did not know what had happened. She had been rather distant when she had met back up with her that night, but now she was paying for it. Her lying skills were absolutely dreadful, but her twin would have known anyway. Ani glanced at Aya a little warily, edging away in the water at the tone of her voice. Okay, that was really not a good tone to have directed at her. How was she going to react? Hell, her first reaction to Lír had been to stab him, and that was when he had only been shaking her awake from the cold! What was she going to do when she told her? Part of her wished to attempt to lie again, keeping the defining moment to herself, but she could not after Aya had confessed her own worries to her. Maybe she would understand? A small sigh escaped her lips, and she tried not to fidget under Aya's eerie stare. She could do this! There was nothing for her to be ashamed of, and maybe it would be good for her to admit what she had done while they had been apart.
"When I caught up with him, I offered to heal his shoulder. Soon we were surrounded by Wolfos, and he saved us by hiding out on the upper roof of the ruins," she began, her expression turning wistful as she recalled the night. "He told me I should head back to you, but I wanted to know him better. I learned his name, and he kept me warm from the cold," she explained. A rather shy smile crossed her lips, and she began to play with a strand of her silver hair. Nothing about that night had been expected, but she knew in her heart that she already cared for Lír quite a bit. There was still so much to learn about him, but sometimes such things did not need a lot of time to occur. It was almost like a fairytale in a way, and she could not wait until she saw him again. "W-we talked for a little while, a-and then he lost his balance and fell on top of m-me. I don't k-know what happened next, b-but he asked if he should move, and I-said no," she stammered, inhaling deeply to finish her confession. "We were both curious, a-and he kissed me. I kissed him back, a-and he is really rather sweet and I don't regret it," she finished. Carmine eyes flickered to her twin, pleading with her to not overreact, because she had wanted this as well. It was unexpected and unforeseen, but that was okay with her.

If only Aya could imagine the weight of the world that Ryst carried on his shoulders. Or rather to fit the description better the sky. In her eyes, he was a wonderful lord, and did nothing but try to do what was best for his people, regardless of age or status. Any good leader would take priority first in protecting the innocent before anything else. People were vital to running a good system to practicing culture, upholding laws, and assuring that one has the right to live life amongst their society. If she was placed in his situation, she'd probably be a walking wreck as well, but the only thing she knew best was imagining how it would feel to be. True, she experienced the catastrophe up in the city as well, and mind you, it was quite devastating to say the least, it couldn't hold a candle to the grief that Ryst held.
Though those things should be put off to the side for now. Aya was spending time with Ani, and it would be nice to get some insight on what went on while she was separated from her sister. Why the hell was she getting all distant on the red head now? Her brows furrowed slightly as her suspicions furthered. A small frown pursed her lips wondering why she was quiet all of a sudden. It didn't rocket science to spill out what happened in your life! ... waitaminute. Well, at least sharing what she wanted to. Perhaps the older twin was being a bit pushy... dammit! Aya picked a fine time to be insecure.
Though her mental frustration calmed down as soon as she heard her sister begin to explain her situation. The first part she could understand because it didn't surprise Aya that Ani would go back to heal the wound that the hot head inflicted on the guy. Although she did feel guilty for doing that, she still felt her actions were out of good intent, nobody messes with her sister. She had to admit she was quite surprise that the guy saved Ani, which she guessed she had to be grateful for. However the next lines quickly sparked a few torches of anger.
The way her silver haired sister begin to stammer in her speech. Ani got flustered easily, but when she was explaining it only made the redhead overreact all the more. "You gave your first kiss to someone you just met for the first time?" she asked with a deadpan stare. "Talk about love at first sight, Ani. Dear Din... even I waited until at least first date..." Technically, she didn't even expect her first kiss either. Ryst stole it away~ Putting some thought into it, she supposed she didn't react as bad as she thought it would be. "Sure you can trust him?" she asked out of concern than anything else, "If he tries any funny business with you, I'll sterilize him!" So long as it only went that far, and they didn't end up doing... other stuffs then Aya believed she could let it slide.
"Why were men put on earth again, sis?" she asked sarcastically. It was followed by a soft hearted laugh feeling weight lifted up off of her shoulders. The peace that came with enjoying a warm soak, and being in her sister's company gave Aya a content state of mind. She had forgotten how wonderful it was to have someone who'll understand you through the smiles, and struggles.

Ani was still wary of Aya's reaction, because she had witnessed her twin overreact so may times. Over little things, or over big things that did deserve anger and shouting. Her twin could be so overprotective and sheltering of her that it did feel rather stifling for the young fairy at times. Sure, she was not the adventurous type like Aya, but that did not mean she could not do physical acts. An example would be of her sister chopping wood to gain themselves a free room for the night, which could have been done much quicker with her help. Ani loved her sister dearly, and would accept her faults and all, but she wished she had a little more freedom when it came to Aya's protective watch. Being able to help her more, but she supposed that was what older siblings did. Even if by a mere few minutes, and it was nice to be fussed over sometimes. This was meant to be about relaxing, and she wondered when it had come to admitting all of their deepest secrets as of late. Well, even confessing had a way of relaxing the mind and heart.
A rather sheepish smile crossed her lips as Aya stared at her with anger and what appeared to be disbelief. A giggle escaped her, and she closed her carmine eyes. Yes, her first kiss had been taken by a curious and forward wolf Minish. [Who was as appealing and delicious as the apple.] A forbidden fruit of her very own, and a part of her had relished doing something so completely out of her normal behavior. It had been daring and unexpected, and had sent her into a euphoric haze. Remembering the sensation had a rather dreamy expression crossing her features briefly, but Aya's voice quickly brought her back from that. Blushing lightly, she merely shook her head at her twin. "I don't know why I did, but I'm glad it happened. It was rather exhilarating," she admitting, flashing her sister a slightly wicked smile. Once more at complete odds with her normal demeanor, but she did not really care. It felt nice to deviate from normalcy at times. "I do trust him, so there's no need for sterilizing anyone," she reassured lightly.
Oh, such a good question for her sister to ask. Men were so confusing and unexpected, but it seemed her sister's Prince Charming had much more to handle than her own. Her heart really did go out for the Oocca Lord, and she knew her sister could be the one to help him become whole again. "Because we need them as much as they need us," she answered with a smile. Family and friends were certainly enough to make someone feel complete, but not truly until one found that person meant for them. Carmine eyes slid halfway closed, at peace with the confessions that had been uttered, and the clear air between the two of them. All was as it should be now.

The fire fairy had to agree with her twin on her sentiments over the nice hot soak. It wasn't every day that they managed to swipe a nice deal for a free room for the night. Nonetheless, the point at hand was the fact that she was glad to have this enjoyment with her sister. If anything, it'd be a moment's reprieve for the fireball, where she can cool down. If you kept the fire burning then it'd eventually exhaust out, and darkness would swallow everything up. The crimson haired twin wanted to believe in lighting a candle in the darkest of night for everyone's sake. So that the smiles she shared together would outlast the downers that may come. Life wasn't all about struggling after all~
It was easier to believe in the madness reality brought before the Crossfire twins. If only for the sake of reminding them that despite the hardships that may come there was always little things like these that should be treasured most. Her family meant the most to her - ok, scratch that, just Ani - because of how she made her feel. Aya wanted to feel like she was important, and that she was special. Ani was nothing less than the sweetest girl anyone could come to be blessed to knowing. Without her, Ayameru probably wouldn't have been the same person she turned out to be right now. Her sister would always be the first to remind her that she was not a clone. The fire fairy was not just a shadow of her sister's glories in the past.
Aya was taken back by Ani's devious smile. So her true colors show at last! She had to admit it was difficult to realize how much Ani behaved so maturely. A tinge of guilt hovered over her thoughts realizing what a good example she was setting for her sister. "I knew there was a naughty little nymph behind that innocent exterior~" she teased her younger twin. It was a perfect balance after all~ A childish laughter escaped from her lips playing around with her.
It drove her crazy how accurate her words were. Wise beyond her age, there was no doubt some truth behind that, and Ani fit it to a tee. Her eyes peered up to the sky as a small sigh escaped her lips sending all of her cares, and concern for the man she adored. "While there may be some truth in knowing... you don't need a significant other in your life," she thought aloud, "I think it makes life all the better to know that you do, right?"

Delanie wished that she never had to leave the warm waters of this spring, and a contest sigh escaped her pink lips. How wonderful it was to merely relax with the person she trusted the most, and to know that there would be other enjoyable bonding sessions like this. Aya and her had always been so close, and this was such a nice way to renew their strong bond. Being twins was only part of it, and Ani knew she loved her sister more than anyone else in the world. Of course she loved the rest of her family, but her entire being was accepted wholly by the firelit fairy. Just as she accepted Aya for all of her wonderful traits, along with her endearing faults as well. Temperamental, impulsive, blunt, and far too adventurous for her own good. That was who her older twin was, and Ani would not change her for all of the world. Love as about accepting who a person was after all, and Aya was just perfect for being her energetic self.
Even Ani was surprised by her out of character smile, but she felt a more mischievous demeanor lingering beneath her quiet and sweet one. A slightly wicked nature that enjoyed partaking in experiences that went against her norm. Perhaps this was the teenage rebellion her twin had experienced with their parents? How odd that Ani would be experiencing such a change when her only guardian was her sister. Her carmine eyes widened a fraction, and she fell into a fit of giggles. Oh, how humorous! She was rebelling out against Aya in a way, because her twin had always attempted to shelter her in some way. "I need to indulge myself in desire every once in awhile," she countered, letting the comment be taken for what it was. Okay, most definitely not a remark that she would usually make, but Ani was with her twin. She did not have to be guarded toward her at all. It warmed her heart to hear her sister's childish laughter, and to know that Aya's worries had been absolved for now.
Ani pondered over her sister's words, and she knew that there was truth to them. Not everyone needed to find a significant other to make them feel complete, and that was certainly alright. "Some are content were merely their own company, but I know that I want to find someone just for me. Someone that is mine, and I am theirs," she admitted with a soft smile. She glanced at her pensive sister, thinking that Aya had already found her own, even if she was still too unsure about it. Her heart was so innocent to such things, and Ani knew her own was as well. The difference was that she was comfortable in knowing her own heart, while Aya was not quite as understanding of herself. She waded closer to her twin, leaning against her in a comforting manner. "You're still my other half, though," she teased with a sweet smile.
