Blood of the Zora Warriors: Kulau is the proud son of an amazing Zora warrior. With his blessing, Kulau can tap into the power of his father. For 1 post, his reflexes improve. He gains an extra action slot. 5 post cooldown.

Gaining an extra action slot for the buff is impossible. You can remove the extra action slot and it would be fine, or you could remove the buffs, reduce the duration to one post, and keep the extra action slot.

Like I said, you either keep the buff or the action slot. If you chose the action slot, remove the strength increase and increase the cooldown to 5.
