THIS COULDN'T BE!
Surely, the pixie like wanderer had not wandered right back into the forest she had just come out of days before!
After exiting the northernmost--or was it southernmost?-- part of Hyrule the little blonde had yet again set out on her way in search of--- well, that is just none of your business!
She had heard of a city inhabited by winged creatures, and from the rumors they seemed to be of her kind. Well, half her kind anyway, and she was desperate to find it; it appeared she had wandered smack dab into yet another dense forest-- but perhaps the numskull had wandered into the same one once more? She had absolutely no idea, but by the eerie ambiance of the place, she guessed the flora and fauna of the area would not be the friendliest. She knew the last time she had met that apparition who led her out of the forest was nothing more than a fluke! Surely she would not be so lucky this time.
Slaughter, feeling slightly better from resting in the last town, was not about to give up now. If she could make it as far as she had, she could make it through anything. And so she continued walked, brushing branches out of the way, and treading lightly . . .

Dekethorn didn't like being around Faron Woods, but he needed to be for what he was planning. Too much security around the palace, he would need assistance, but he just wasn't sure how the pirates would take the idea of their cannoneer becoming Deku King. It would be a conversation to have with Merik at a later date.
While on "patrol" he noticed a pretty little thing stumbling around in the forest. Perhaps she was lost, perhaps she needed something found. Either way, she seemed particularly helpless around this time. He quickly made his way up a tree and began to follow her. Patrols could wait, the Deku would still be making rounds tomorrow.

Wanting to do something new, Kinsley, on a whim, decided to wonder through Faron Woods to see if the Deku had anything of value for her to steal. Although she liked robbing the rich nobles of Castle Town, she wanted to try out something new for once. Maybe the Deku, despite their small stature, might prove to be a challenge when stealing from them.
So now, in her Animal Form, a slender silver fox with luxurious black and gray fur, swiftly and quietly travels through various plant life; Both familiar and new to her.
While she moves through the fauna, from the corner of her hazel eye, she spots a young girl, lost and confused. Although he works a dishonest job, she can help but pity the blonde girl. So, out of kindness, she approaches the girl from behind and pokes her with the tip of her wet nose. Ok, part of her wanted to mess with her, by possibly freaking her out my the sudden wet feeling against her leg. She was.. funny like that.

The trees where always something amazing for him to take in, and as he wondered among them, he really wasn't paying attention to where he was going. It was after a good deal of time of walking for him to soon realize that he actually had no idea where he was at the moment. Well, he was now currently a little lost within the forest, but it was a good day and he had himself some food before he went wondering, so it wasn't all that bad.
Pulling Sasha out of his bag and placed the small deku plant in its planter onto his head as he wondered around, every now and then hearing it snap at what he could only figure was a bug flying past. Where he was going he really didn't know, though Sasha didn't seem to mind, the pure white plant snapping several times a little toward the left of their current position. Jin took the plant off his head and followed the way it was snapping, though it soon stopped.
Jin didn't mind and just continued on the way he was going, soon seeing someone else in the forest. "Hello!" Jin called out happily, all three shields equipped in their proper areas.

Feeling something cold against her skin, Slaughter immediately jumped back and her hand reflexively reached for her katana. She could feel her heart palpitating in fear; her pupils dilated, almost covering up the entire iris. This forest was not safe, just like the other-- if the two were not the same, that was-- and if something was going to jump her here, she was going to make sure they would regret it.
And so the petite blonde was surprised when she found that the source of the moisture on her leg was simply a fox. It looked harmless enough, but she didn't move her hand away from her weapon, remembering rumors of shape shifters she had heard about. Creatures that masquerade as animals, only to reveal their true form when convenient. As Slaughter's thought process raced trying to come up with some kind of action plan, something suddenly broke through the thin barrier of her conscious.
A voice.
Slaughter carefully turned her head a few degrees, without turning her body from the fox, to see where the voice was coming from. "H-hello?"
Hello. It sounded amiable enough, but Slaughter was beginning to feel a bit overwhelmed with these creatures coming from all around her. This was definitely not the morbidly empty forest she had stumbled upon before. "Who's there?"

Before long, the lonely girl lost in the forest became a trio. Even if one was only a fox, there was the issue of that warrior and his Deku Baba. It didn't look like he was going to be making any havoc without consequences this time. It was a shame really, that was a nice looking katana.
Regardless, Dekethorn moved himself closer to the party, still trying to be inconspicuous but now he didn't think about being harmful to any of them. He was anted to wait for them to split up, maybe learn a little about where they were going. And even if they did spot him, he wasn't going to fight 3 on 1, not without any pirates around.

Kinsley wanted to laugh badly at the young girl's antics, but she restrained herself, as to not blow her cover as a seemingly normal forest dwelling fox. Before she could try to act cute to gain the girl's trust, her black furred ears perked up at the sounds being made by two individual beings. Obviously, she heard the greeting being made by one of them, but the another, she could hear them moving in closely.
If it would come it, and she hoped that it wouldn't because the girl might get hurt, she would defend her if a fight ensued.

Oh? There was some sort of animal with her too now. He hadn't seen it before, but it must of been there when he first saw the woman because it didn't just appear from nowhere. He moved through some more of the trees toward the woman, trying to avoid running into a few of the low branches.
After avoiding a few more branches, Jin walked out of the trees and waved to the woman and smiled at the fox. "Hiya there! I am Jin!" He said happily, wondering who this woman was at the moment. He had managed to stumble along the woods into this woman and the fox, so it was looking up to be a good day at the moment.
"I kinda got lost in the forest, how about you?"

Slaughter peered down at the fox, untrusting. No normal woodland creature would stick around in such proximity to something that was a possible threat. She continued to distance herself from it as the voice she heard earlier presented himself to her.
"Be careful," She said to the boy without taking her eyes off the fox. "This is no normal fox."
Slaughter had never even considered the possibility of being ganged up on. It was a silly way to think, but Slaughter always just assumed most of her fights would be one on one. It didn't matter; Slaughter's father had trained her well, which was something most people couldn't see. That's how things were, always. People could never overcome the stigmas and scripts society brainwashed them with; they could never look past the exterior. Ultimately, it would be their own downfall if they so chose to make it.
"Also, I admit-- I'm a bit lost too!" the little female said with an uneasy laugh.
She tightened her grip on the handle of her katana, and cocked an eyebrow, switching her attention back to the little fox. "Sh-show yourself."

Kinsley lowered her ears when one of the hidden beings showed themselves; A young man, who popped right out of the fauna and greeted both her and the blonde girl. She couldn't help but feel a bit relieved that it wasn't a monster. But, however, she couldn't help but feel skeptical about him.
The vixen could sense the young girl's eyes peering at her. It didn't seemed like the girl was going to believe she was a normal fox. Oh well, at least she was treated to the adorably frighten expressions she gave her.
"Fine, you caught me."
Her voice sounded youthful, yet had a hint of maturity. And strangely, she spoke to them without moving her nuzzle.
"So what are you going to do now, little girl?"
She said to her, tauntingly.

Dekethorn kept him a few feet away from the party, but still within earshot. he was safe for the moment, being up a tree. So the fox was a minish after all, he cared nothing for them, at least not anymore than he would any other race.
He got a glance at the three party members. An oocca, a minish, and a human. Nothing special, probably just travelers. Just then he had an idea. He reached for his pirate's stone and sent out a message. He did it telepathically, so as not to alert the others.
When he was done, he got himself right above them and jumped down, just to add excitement and a hint of danger. Of course he wasn't going to assault them, not just yet.
"Lost are you? Perhaps I can help, I know these woods fairly well."

Jin was caught off guard by the way the woman was acting toward the fox. Pretty much, it was a strange thing to see someone acting like a fox was some sort of monster, but he soon began to understand what she was saying. The Fox was not just a fox, it was more, and when it spoke Jin grinned, more to himself then anything. "A minish! I've met a few of them! Including an Elder and Chief!" Jin said happily, remembering the time they had met at the ruins.
He was wondering why the woman from before was acting so strangely toward the minish fox, maybe they knew each other or something. Before he could press the issue more, another voice caused him to look around before he saw the deku land in front of him. "Oooooh! You must be a Deku Scrub! I've never met one before!" Jin said, his child-like innocence once more being displayed. He doubted that any of them knew that he was one of the Human Gentries, and surely they'd doubt that much from his actions.
Looking at the group, Jin smiled, feeling pretty lucky to meet a woman, a new minish, and a deku scrub while out getting lost.

Slaughter's cocked eyebrow began to twitch in irritation as the sudden chain of events that was unfurling right in front of her. She clenched her fists and grimaced, just about ready to show all these people a piece of her mind! This Minish creature had come up behind her in disguise, and now there was this new person who just appeared out of nowhere! She wondered just how long he had been following them for.
"O-KAY! LET'S GET A FEW THINGS STRAIGHT!" the tiny girl bellowed. Oh, how peculiar it must of been to see somebody of Slaughter's stature making such deafening noise!
"NUMBER ONE: I am NOT a little girl! I am seventeen years old!!!
NUMBER TWO: I don't need help!
And number three--"
The girl stopped, just short of her final proclamation to take a breath. She was not the long-winded type. She gave a quick glance to each member of the party, and waggled her sword in the air. "And number three, if you three are up to no good, you better just say so now! Because any funny moves from any of you and I'll lop your heads right off!"
Hmph! I may look little, but I won't be deceived and I won't be defeated!

Kinsley just watched the litt--I mean, the petite young lady make an outburst directed at her and the rest that were in the group. The vixen had the step back a bit, fearing that she may lose her hearing from the girl's bellowing voice. After she was done threating them with her words, and the sword that she was foolishly waving, Kinsley couldn't hold it in anymore. She was normally a calm woman, but this was too much.
"Heh, heh, heh. I'm sorry, but your just a delight to watch."
The vixen tries to regain her composure. She then looks back at the girl, still trying to control her laughter.
"Your far too cute to be intimidating, even with that sword you are waving; By the way, you should lower that thing, or else you'll hurt yourself."

Dekethorn, unlike Kinsley, was completely immature and couldn't help but laugh during the whole outburst. However, he was worried that between the three of them he would lose his cool before the ambush was in place. The fox seemed decent enough, but the other two just didn't click with them.
"Mwee hee hee! I've not seen someone so angry in a long time. Tone it down or you'll end up with nuts in your face." Dekethorn rolled his eyes and shook his head at the stupidity of her comments. As if he would try and lead her into an ambush to rob her blind.
...oh wait.

Jin stood there as she shouted, wondering why she was getting so upset for, it was as if they where doing anything bad, right? Granted, the fox minish was acting like an animal at first, then the deku fell from over-head for no reason. Now that he was thinking about it, he was actually wondering about the group now.
A woman with a blade, a sneaky minish, and an ambushing deku. Something wasn't all that right, and Jin put Sasha into his bag and adjusted his shields, making sure that they where on tight. "It seems like we are now all on edge... I think the next few moments we should be careful... I don't want to end up fighting anyone." He said, looking at them all.

Slaughter didn't see the point of trying to negotiate with these people any longer. Her eyes grew wide as the minish creature began to say those things about her; she could swear her cheeks were as red as a baboon's ass. But she could not bring herself to say anything right away and especially refused to lower her katana. She knew creatures like her and their new guest were experienced and excelled at trickery and manipulation.
"I-I am not the one with the furry tail and little wet nose!"
This minish girl was about as intimidating as a cocker spaniel!
Unwittingly, Slaughter began to inch closer to the boy who was adjusting his shields. If he was feeling threatened, then that was a good thing. Surely the two could help each other out; the boy seemed genuinely lost.
"Do you know how to get out of here?" Slaughter asked, directing her comment at the other male who had just joined them.

Kinsley stretched out her body and let out a small yawn, this time with her mouth moving while she made the noise. She wasn't tired, she just felt the need to curl her body around. The girl's failed attempt at an insult made her giggle. She was certainly entertaining.
"You'll have to try harder than that, dear."
Her eyes looked over at the two male travelers. She could see that the human male was fiddling with his shields, and frankly, she wouldn't blame him. Her animal form wasn't just for show, her senses have all been heighten in this form. She could faintly smell and hear a group of beings somewhere in the forest. The question being, what are they?
"Hey.. I can sense something someways away from here." The vixen then turns to the Deku, "Friends of yours?" she had a feeling one of these men might be related with the group. The Deku was likely to be organizing them, since the the other two are obviously not from these woods.

Dekethorn looked to the fox first and foremost. Cunning little girl, that was for sure. The other two, a little less so. Careful, heh, that was the last thing Dekethorn ever was.
"Yeah, I could get you out of here. What's it to ya girlie?" He didn't fear her overemotional blasts. He had ways of slowing her down anyway.
Dekethorn actually showed a hint of concern over the sounds Kinsley was hearing. He hadn't heard a word from any of the other pirates, and they wouldn't be able to organize that quickly, not in territory this far from base. Perhaps he wasn't the only ne'er do well in the area. "No, the Deku rarely patrol out this far." Did he actually know that? No. Did it help his case at all? No. But it worked as a deterrent for suspicion. He didn't want people waving red flags at him right now.

Jin was surprised as the woman seemed to move closer to him, making him wonder if she was actually trusting to him. The problem was that he wasn't sure if he should trust her considering she was trying to get close to him before attacking. At least she was less bothersome then the deku and the minish. In fact, they both seemed to be a little suspicious.
"Wait... are there people after us? Why would they be after us?" Jin said, looking at the three a little confused. Its not like any of them did anything that he knew of, but for all he knew the group would actually be after them sooner then they thought.
The truth of it all was that there was only one person that he could really trust out of them all was himself. Everyone else was just a little to suspect. Though he felt himself trusting the woman with the katana the most. Maybe because she was lost like he was.
