[OOC: This is occurring before the plot officially kicked off.]
Kulau made his way down Zora's River and into the lake, today acting as escort for Lady Theadora. When they emerged on the other side, closer to Hyrule Castle and the surrounding market, Kulau took a moment to survey the area.
"So, milady, where to? This is your time to perform admirably after all. Of course, I shall be assisting you in any way that I can."
In the area surrounding Lake Hylia, there didn't seem to be any pressing need for anyone to step in and help out, but of course things can change quickly.

Silver stepped up to the large, vast lake and looked out. The sun shined over the lake making a breath taking view. Though nothing was going on.
"Eh, absolutely nothing to do, AT ALL!" said Silver to no one in particular. Taking another look around Silver saw a strange sight. it appeared to be two Zora's. Silver had never seen one before so he took this opportunity to see them close up.
"OI!" shouted Silver, his cape rustling as he ran towards the two slowing as he reached their location. "Hey there!"

A young human-seeming boy with blue hair sat at the edge of the lake. He was dunking a glass bottle into the water to fill it up, then bringing the glass up to his mouth to drain it dry. He did this again. And again. And again. Seemingly without end. The boy didn't show any signs of severe dehydration, nor did he look at all uncomfortable, but he kept on doing it anyway.
With his single wing hidden beneath his cloak Riku turned to view the lake again between drinks. No matter how often he came here, which was quite a lot, he never got tired of it. That probably wasn't because of much more than the fact that there was plenty to drink. He did notice during this viewing however that some Zora had appeared from upstream.
Riku smiled at the sight of them. He couldn't really consider the Zora to be "his" people. He was an Oocca for sure. Still, he did enjoy their company and the reminder of his father.
