It was about noon when a cloaked individual arrived in Kakariko Village. Seemed about average in height, around six feet, and was just strolling on through. That was normal, however, the cloak wasn't. It made the being look suspicious as it was broad daylight and pretty hot outside. Yet this person had the cloak upon itself with the hood drawn as to hide the face. Some people stopped what they were doing to point and stare at the newcomer, others did not. They continued about their day as if the cloaked person didn't exist.
Stopping in the center of town, the person looked around, trying to find some sort of place to grab a drink. Spotting a place, the cloaked person moved down the road towards it. Going inside, the stranger quickly found a place to sit and threw back the hood. Doing this revealed the stranger to be a young man with odd color hair but who really cares? This man was known as Lucien Kreed. It has been years since his last known appearance but no one will know who he is. Sitting back, he relaxed himself, it was a long walk. Being what he is, he still succumbs to hunger and thirst but not as much as humans.
Being in the corner of the room had its advantages and disadvantages. Without turning his head all that much or being completely obvious of it, he can see the whole room, so approaching him will not go unnoticed. However, being in the corner means if there was a spontaneous raid, he would be the last one out if he wanted to remain incognito.
Keeping his arms and hands concealed as much as possible, he somehow waved down someone that could get him a drink. Mortal civility is so annoying yet it is useful to fool them. While waiting for his glass of water, he gazed throughout the room, this time being obvious about looking. By keeping a straight face, devoid of emotion, he hoped no Knight of Justice appeared and recognized him for what he was.
A damn monster.
His water came and he thanked the person. He wanted to tear his face off. The waiter, not himself. He wouldn't though, that would be impolite. Politeness could go out the window for all he cared but that would be against his disguise. It was quite noisy in here. to remedy that, he unveiled his right arm, reaching out to the glass of water, grabbing a hold of it and raising it to his lips to drink. The armor that encased his arm could be slightly terrifying but it was the faint green glow that emitted from his forearm and shoulder. This was the killer here. The sober people were stunned at this display. Most of them hauled ass out of the place. The ones left behind were the drunk ones or ones that didn't care. At least it was quiet now.
Pfft, mortals.

Though a few patrons were leaving the establishment at least one new customer was coming in. This particular arrival was somewhat noticeable and also unnoticeable at the same time, for though it glowed it was also very small. A ball of violet light flew into the opened doors of the establishment just as a man was opening the door to exit. For any who failed to take notice, however, there was soon reason to. The little light zipped about the room in quick, straight bursts. It moved to just about every point, lingering around the door to the kitchen. Even Lucien wasn't spared getting the illuminated newcomer flitting about in his face for a brief moment. Eventually, though, the light came to a stop above an empty chair and began to expand.
The light swelled then burst, revealing what everyone already suspected: A Fairy had come to their tavern. What they might not have expected was that the violet-dressed woman with wings who now sat at a table before a somewhat surprised waiter wasn't the usual image most carried of a Fairy. She was, in fact, rather morbidly obese. This didn't seem to cause the sprite any hesitation, however, as she quickly and happily ordered "One of everything, please."
Any hesitance to act on the part of the staff was remedied once a bag overflowing with rupees was plopped onto the table and pushed in the waiter's direction. Once he was off with her order the Fairy clasped her hands together and began to wait with a smile on her face, licking her lips in anticipation.

After taking a long drink and setting down his glass, he glanced at the rather large fairy. He didn't think they got that big, regardless of their...diet. Do fairies fear monsters? Would a fairy be able to notice a monster right off the bat. Looking into his water, he aimed to see his reflection, obtaining a broken one but was unsure what he was looking for. Maybe some kind of aura that would mark him for what he was.
Lucien flagged down the waiter, this time asking for a refill. Fortunately the waiter wasn't present when he showed his arm, so he didn't run away screaming but the look on his face when he entered the room was rather hilarious. Although, Lucien showed no visual expression towards the waiter's reaction to find an almost empty room when it was pretty much full about five minutes ago.
Turning his head to gaze at the fat fairy, he wondered if he should destroy her. It could probably be easy enough. Fairies aren't really what you would call a "warrior", so he shouldn't have anything to fear. Then again, was he really up to starting a fight that could destroy half the village as well as raising the chances of him getting ganged up on and probably killed? Nah, that would be foolish. Definitely something he didn't feel like trying just yet.
Turning away from the fairy, he picked up his glass of water and took another long drink. Hell, what should he do? Flirting was out of the question, he could probably deal with it being interspecies but she wasn't really what you call "his type". No offense to her by the way.
Why is my throat dry after drinking water?

The waiters brought out Violet's large order one dish at a time, as they were finished being prepared. This suited the Fairy just fine as she promptly gorged herself on everything that was placed on the table. Manners were out of the question, it seemed. The large woman chewed with her mouth open, made loud noses as she practically inhaled the food, and rarely ceased going on about how "delicious" or "scrumptious" everything was. Yes, she also talked with her mouth full. No surprises there.
It only took her going through a few courses like this(Or a minute or two time-wise) for even the people who stayed behind after the last inhuman customer came in decided that it wasn't worth hanging around right now. If said monster also stayed then he and Violet would remain the only two people in the place. The staff couldn't complain too much though; Violet was literally eating enough for a full house anyway. Lucien, in contrast, wasn't really ordering anything at all. They were opposites in more ways than one it would seem.
"What's the matter, not hungry?" the winged woman would ask Lucien, surprisingly with an empty mouth. She had finished another dish and the next had yet to be brought out. This question of her's would be prompted either when she saw that the fellow non-human was getting up to leave or, if he stayed, once she realized he was only drinking. "I thought you'd have a monstrous appetite."
Violet proceeded to laugh with a deep "Ho ho ho", apparently amused with her own wit. That would last only a moment before a new course was served and she was at it again.

Shaking his head at her humorous remark, he took another drink of his water, finishing it. He wanted to reply with a smart ass comment but decided against it. No need to get offensive, it was only a joke. Waving down the waiter for yet, another refill, he spoke without looking at the gluttonous fairy.
"Only after I do battle."
That was it. If she wanted to know more, as to why, she could ask further. Once the waiter returned with his water, he took another swig. Damn fine water! Things here were no longer exciting here. People were gone and no one showed up to fight him. Lucien wasted that, scaring the people and not getting anything out of it except a moment of humor.
Sighing, Lucien stood up and slapped a green rupee, for the water, on the table and turned to leave. Nothing very interesting happened today, so maybe he should exit and go beat up some harmless townsfolk...or would it be villagesfolk? Shaking his head, the monster left the building and stopped. The towns-villagesfolk were standing in a half circle around the door of the tavern, all armed and had mad faces on. Well, things just got more interesting...kind of.
They were fully loaded out the door but only with conventional items. Pitchforks, shovels, hoes and a few other farming equipment. For armour, they had old military issue quilted armor...not much and only a few people had them. Lucien didn't have his staff but he wouldn't really need it. His gauntlets were sharp enough and the match up wasn't exactly what you would call fair.
Ordinary Humanx20 vs. Monster Lieutenant
See what I mean? The odds are against them. They stand no chance. If they had a Knight of Justice to back them up, they might stand a chance or rather, the knight would. They'd only be a liability. He stood still, they yelled for him to leave, he laughed, they got nervous, he thought quietly to himself how he would decimate them all.
I think I stepped in something squishy...

"Oh my."
This mumbled response came from behind Lucien, slightly to his left. It was here that Violet had just flown(Yes her tiny-by-comparison wings still work just fine) from within the tavern, still munching on a leg of lamb she had taken out with her. The Fairy wasn't exactly one for interrupting a meal but even she could sense how this was going to go.
"Why are you strapping men so upset? No one was causing any trouble here that I could see."
The Fairy seemed to be trying to sound charming, though the more shallow of the gathered folk probably wouldn't be fazed by that. She also immediately went back to nibbling on the slab of meat in her hand after speaking, so that probably didn't help.
"I don't want any ruckus out here interrupting my meal," she chided the Kakariko citizens. This was without bothering to swallow first, of course.

"Listen to the fairy, go back to your homes before there is a massacre."
Damn fairy...
Damn is right, ruining his mood. He could always turn and assault the fairy but she might sit on him, wouldn't want that. Oh well, time to move on then. Lucien made a sudden movement towards the mob, stopping short but he got the effect he was looking for. They reacted by flinching...a lot. Most fell backwards, stumbling over one another. It was quite amusing but it didn't last very long.
Deciding that it was time to take his leave, Lucien turned and began to make his way away from the tavern and towards the exit of the village. He had become refreshed by the water and it was time for him to begin his journey anew. What a pathetic monster he is. He didn't even try to devour any of them. That would be impolite, of course. Damn it all!
As he walked away, he raised his hand in a waving gesture to those behind him. As a final, farewell, shall we say. The towns-villagesfolk were relieved he was leaving, he could sense that in the air but was unsure how the fairy would be feeling. He doubted greatly that she'd miss his presence, fairies were like on the opposite spectrum than us monsters. She'd probably go back to her food.
Drawing his hood up, Lucien vanished abruptly as he left the village entirely. Maybe it just seemed he vanished or he was just that fast. The world may never know! EXIT
I apologize for ending so suddenly, I just don't have...the motivation to continue this sort of thread. I am unsure how a monster, one of evil, should behave around someone that walks in the light. >.<

Violet was rather pleased with herself. No doubt the villagers had trusted her enough to let the wolf in sheep's clothing go away peacefully. Honestly, had things turned sour there was probably little she could have done on her own to help. Fairies weren't naturally inclined to battlefields, at least not the front lines. "A shame. He seemed like an interesting fellow," the woman dressed in her namesake commented. Violet didn't see many monsters trying to just pass along by humans. At least, she didn't used to. Lately it seemed like more and more of their kind were secretly mingling in disguised forms. Was it the influence of the relatively new Emperor? Whatever chance she might have had to ask Lucien about these things was lost now, much to her disappointment. Still, lives had been saved so that was something. Perhaps more importantly though, her meal had been saved. Food was starting to pile up back at her table and the Gluttonous Sprite wasn't one to let food wait. It was almost time for desserts, after all! Giving the still-rattled men a wink of reassurance Violet flapped her wings and floated back inside to resume her original business. [Exit]
