The soft florescent glow of blue lights within the interiors of the Twilight Palace illuminated the walls with an ethereal gleam. The solid grey walls appeared as if marbled basking within the light permeating the room.
Midna sat upon her throne, defiantly casual, with one slender arm resting against the arm of the chair whilst her head nestled comfortably against the palm of her hand. The rest of her upper frame tilted slightly to the side in accommodation to her posture, not at all feeling up to being prim, and proper (then again when was she ever to begin with). With her eyes closed shut, she began to contemplate the inactivity the Twilight Realm seemed to have gone under.
Aside from the servants that tended to the castle, tidying up what needed to be taken cared of, blah blah blah~ It was tranquil, and calm within the palace. Something that the princess of the palace enjoyed after a weary day of... regal duties. After giving her instructions to her adorable T'sulos siblings, she couldn't help but wonder if they actually pinpoint and pick on her messengers like she told them to? Although the thought was very entertaining, it mattered not if they heeded her instructions or not. So long as she knew that all was well with her precious twili~
Buildings could burn down until it becomes nothing but ashes. Wounds inflicted upon your skin will heal over with time, and perhaps leave a scar in remembrance, but nothing could replace life once it had been taken away. Death was an inevitable force nobody could fight off. Sooner or later, we all met the same fate designed in the cloth woven by those who spin their threads.
However, in a sense, she feared that the Twilight Realm's vitality was teetering. As if chained down by invisible weights, keeping them in place, and furthering the distance from a freedom they have lost so long ago. Like a bird trapped in a massive cage, protected by the iron bars, but not enough space to spread it's wings. A dark smile curled up upon her slender lips.
Perhaps this was the sign of the changing tides, and the currents were flowing in a different motion this time around. A change of pace as the seems start to unravel, and a whole new picture was about to be painted. Midna's abstract thoughts were put on pause as she opened her scarlet eyes, and a fanged grin graced upon her elegant features. Fly or fall, she mused, I think I'll try defying gravity~

Outside the palace, the eternal soft gold sky shifted as the darkness shifted within it, the closest the world had to clouds moving overhead. All was calm, all was serene, as it had been for centuries since their imprisonment.
The Twili, descended from the Dark Interlopers who had attempted to use their evil powers as the means to obtain the Triforce, holiest of holy powers. To those in the Light Realm, they were mere legends, meant to scare children into behaving, as tales of their rebellion and its failure were good tools of proof that obedience was the way to go, and as far as they knew, the Interlopers remained monstrous and evil, defiant every second of every day.
The truth was much more realistic; prison life had made them docile. Centuries of being stuck in one place, every idea and power unable to break them out, it rather defeated their urge to break out, and over time, became a bit of a joke at best.
If they had been left to their own devices, who knows what would have come about them, but now, it was too late, fate had already intervened.
From the very cracks in the wall, the space beneath the doors, shadows began to creep inside of the throne room and gather in the center before the woman and her seat of power. If it had been just one, a person may have assumed it was simply a Twili coming before his princess, but the shadows pulled together and merged into a circle before suddenly a grin flashed, pearl white teeth fangs spanning a crescent smile against the darkness.
It lasted for naught but a second before a being rose up from it, the smile disappearing as the shadows growing upwards and gaining a humanoid, or rather, concerning the people within this realm, a Twili form.
Obviously male, his skin was a dull gray-blue, his eyes and wild hair were dark blue, almost black, though where the faux light of the room hit his hair, it appeared deep purple. He stood at just over 6 foot and was covered in a black tuxedo, a top hat upon his head and white gloves on his hands.
His eyes never left Midna, a grin upon his face, and as the last of the shadow formed his feet, he reached up with one hand and tipped his hat.
”Good day, Princess. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance.” Said the man in a polite tone. However, the next words from his lips took on a playful tone. ”I come before you, to stand behind you, and offer you the escape from this land your race so dearly needs.”

And so the threads began to spin~ For many centuries, the twili's history recorded long ago of their ancestors attempt to steal the very power the Goddesses left within the lands of Hyrule. Midna excelled in her studies of twili history, curious for the most part as to what drove the Interlopers into doing such things. As a result of their punishment, a new society was born from their greed, and hunger for power. Their exile from the realm of light would never be forgotten.
However their vow of vengeance against the denizens of the Light was now nothing more than an empty promise. Replaced by culture, serenity and pure creatures of neither light or darkness~ Nobody thought about ever leaving the Twilight Realm, or even given it a thought if such an idea was possible to bring into reality.
The solace the throne room brought the Twilight Sovereign had decided quickly to dismiss it's leisure visit. In it's place tension filled the air with a thick musk like breathing in thick vapors of water boiled down. Her eyes focused directly at the darkness that swirled together into a circle. Within the center of the shape formed within the cloud of darkness she saw a grin form. It was very Cheshire catty~ How cute.
Rather than being surprised by the uninvited guest, she smiled, actually amused by his presence breaking the peace of her solitary room. As his figure solidified into a recognizable form, Midna adjusted her posture, straightening her back, and her palms folded together. Midna was not positive, but she trusted her instincts when this intruder sought an audience with her, he would be of no trouble. He would be of no trouble, indeed~ Her eyes not once leaving the whimsical gentleman who adorned a rather fancy attire. A Victorian-esque tuxedo, and adding icing to the cake a top hat sitting fitting upon his head until he tipped it in respect to the princess.
"Escape?" she allowed the question to roll off the tip of her tongue, "Who says that my people needs this escape? The Twili have long forgotten their ancestor's vendetta against the realm of Light, who banished them into this peaceful world."
What kind of game was he playing? Her scarlet eyes danced at the thought of what the man was proposing before her. After many long years past, why should it occur now that such a thought be brought up? It was certainly interesting, she would admit, but was that truly the man's true purpose? Before a proposition could even be given any consideration, one must know the details, after all.
"Tell me, why do you believe that my twili needs this 'escape'? What is there to gain in leaving this realm, and returning to the world the Goddesses forsaken us from so long ago~?" her voice was coated in a facade interrogation, but it was only to humor the idea of it's possibility.

As the lady spoke, suddenly the man’s grin widened unnaturally, fangs filling his mouth in a smile, but alas, it was gone so fast, his teeth returned to normal, his simple grin unassuming, that one would think it a trick of the fake lights.
”My, my…The lady hears escape and jumps to plots of gunpowder and treason!” Responded the man, lowering his hand to his heart as his face took on a look of faux shock. ”Yes, it most certainly appears they have forgotten, completely so~”
Raising his other hand up, he tightened his gloves absentmindedly as the Princess posed her questions, ones he had foreseen her asking, but entertaining to hear, if only for her sweet voice~
Alas, it soon ended, and his eyes came back up to hers, his cold blue meeting her hot red, obviously piqued with interest. His grin never ceased.
”I believe you need to leave this Realm not for a dark dance of death and destruction, but to live. You can sense it, I’m sure, that your race, your brilliant race, is becoming stagnant.” Spoke the being, purpose in his voice as he raised his hands up, his eyes viewing the ceiling of the room they were within. ”Unlike the Twilight Realm, the Light dwellers have a whole world available for exploration, and even then, the world beyond! Rumors and whispers of building a craft to visit the moon, and the stars beyond that! They grow and expand daily.”
His gaze turned back down to the woman, his hands lowering and widening, waving to the space before him.
”But those trapped in this Realm? Enclosed and sealed away, what few places to explore have been explored. Inhabitants grow docile, unmoving. Daily lives that begin and end without any major change. When was the last great invention brought before you? When was the last brilliant revelation about life revealed to the masses? Your people are like flour, just sitting on a shelf, unchanging, trapped behind a door. I offer to open that door, give you the chance to become anything you want! Cookies, pie, how about a cake? No lie~”
The man looked at her eyes again and flashed a smile, a simple one.
”I make no demands of you, I am not looking to use you as an army, a sword to swing against those I despise. No, I offer you freedom. Freedom to do what you want; make friends, make enemies, just live and grow~” The man’s voice remained light throughout, genuinely sounding like a father telling his children to go have fun in the park. ”And because I know its coming, what do I want in return, right? Well let me poll the audience, what do you think I want Princess? I’ve got a gob and I know it, I’m sorry, I do apologize, as I’m sure plenty of people talk to you all day long. Please, I’m interested, truly~”
The man took a step towards her, eyes shining with pure intrigue filling them as he watched her face.

Crimson eyes that matched the setting sun bleeding into the horizon lit up with amusement as the charisma this gentleman carried with him came out through his words and action. If you were going to talk someone's ear off then you might as well be good at what say, right? Listening as she was spoken to, she took his words and weighed out the reasons he proposed to her, taking apart his logic distinguishing the fine, fine line between the bull, and facts. His first was a fact, though she wouldn't call it stagnant, but preferably placid, for use of a more euphonious term. The twili activity was, indeed, unmoving as if they've been turned to stone. It was quite a concern for the ruler of the twilit dwellers.
It would not be of any surprise for the Sovereign to hear of such revolutionized idealism have taken over the dwellers of the light. His gestures motion to the space around them as he explained in full of the unchanging ways the twili have grown accustomed to doing. Living out one day at a time, spending their time delving in their chaos, their paradise, every day exactly the same.
For a split second, she looked down to check on her polished, manicured nails musing at the thought that this man certainly was indulging himself his infatuation with speaking. Her eyes quickly returning to meet his own as he finished his eloquent speech. "Clearly, that is an understatement," she mocked him lightheartedly.
"Although we do not excel in technology advancement or specialize in anything different than those who dwell in the light," she fluttered her long lashes carefully, as if taking a moment to think through her next sentence, "Fame, and fortune, I do believe can be crossed off the list. Someone like you would have no need for something as trivial as materialistic values. Correct me if I'm wrong~" Her errant speech patterns fluctuated with what came to her mind at the moment, quite curious of what could he possibly want from this proposal.
He already claimed that he wasn't interested in military power, unique as the twili's magic had grown over the years, it was to each their own how the magicians preserved their rites. Midna was a follower of that code as well, having to preserve her own set of magic taught only to those worthy of ruling this realm. "Humor me, I despise guessing games," she bared fanged grin, "What is it that you want from this realm? Surely you could possibly attain from the Realm next door?"
Midna was not one to mince words. She was not a patient woman by any means, and playing games got boring if it stayed on one track. He chose to approach the twilis with an opportunity that seemed far too good to be true. Though you could not hurry yourself so hastily in the game of risks, and gambles. It was one sided, and the transaction was far from complete. Where did he get off in this bargain? Freedom came with a price, after all~

Listening to the Princess, the man kept his smile as he watched the woman muse through his words and work along them, seeing the clockwork in her mind ticking and picking at his words.
As she eventually turned the question back on him, for the first time since his appearance, the smile left his face, and was a look of deep intent.
”A disaster is coming. Your reappearance in the Light Realm will be met with resistance, and your own people will be hesitant to return to that world, even though I’m sure we’re both certain that the Twilight will forever remain your Home, which you can leave and return to freely. While the hardships and battles you will most likely have to fight with word and sword will be tragic, eventually they will pale in comparison to what comes after. I come to you not to use you as a sword, but to ask you to become part of a shield.” Stated the man, his hands clasped together. ”You will have differences with the Light dwellers, but I promise you, even your greatest enemy that you make in that Realm will not threaten you the way this coming terror will, and staying here, sealed off in this realm, will not protect you from it, only make you an easier target. So I plead with you, go into the Light, grit your teeth through the hardships, smile through the pleasures, as anyone does in truly lived life, and help us, who in turn will help you.”
The man turned around abruptly on his heel and raised his hand, a shadow appearing on the floor and from it raised a large hand, emerging from its palm was a sphere of pure light, a Sol.
”I don’t expect your answer, in fact, I expect you to train your questions on the threat I speak of. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you anything about it.” The man said softly, one of his hands raising up and tapping the back of his skull. ”In truth, we all know about this threat, we’ve all seen it, we know of its existence, but, its locked away, deep inside. I’m one of the privileged few, or perhaps, the cursed ones, who know what I do. Every fiber of my being is telling me one thing; get people prepared. So, here I am, doing exactly that. Believe me or don’t, I can’t force your hand. You don‘t even have to lie and say you will do it if you really won‘t, I will still let you into the other Realm and do what you will. Maybe the chance of you joining us is small, but I‘m a gambling man, what can I say?”
With his back still facing the lady, she would only see his hands move to the front, possibly hear the ruffle of his tux as he reached inside of his pocket. Taking something out, he threw it at the Sol and it landed perfectly atop it, a black disc covered with strange runes.
Suddenly a light erupted forth from it and shone on the wall of the Princess’ throne room; blue coloring near the top, with white spots scattered throughout, and lush green at the bottom, going as far as the eye could see.
”The Light Realm. Its during the day, and unfortunately I can tell you that the sun will not be very kind to your people.” Said the man, a playful look on his face as he glanced back to the sovereign. ”This is a relic called the “Dark Mirror”. Not creatively named, right? Well anyways, its believed that this mirror was used to seal away an evil tribe. Sounds familiar, right? Some even think it was created from part of the Mirror of Twilight that holds your people. Anyways, a few magical spells, some tinkering here and there, and, with the pure light of the Sol, boom; instant key. With this, any surface you reflect it on becomes a window to the Light Realm, and with a bit of focusing, a portal.”
Flicking his wrist, causing the shadow’s fingers to enclose around the mirror, the beam was suddenly focused into a sphere of pure white with golden lettering upon it.
Turning back around to face the young lady, his smile was still upon his face, not as playful as before, but still there as he watched her, awaiting her reaction.

You always had to worry about those type of people who smiled incessantly. It was rather difficult to read them, or even tell if they truly meant it or not. It was quite common for crazy people to smile to just about everything, and anything. Those were the type of people who knew how to throw a party~ Joking aside, Midna watched as the spiffy gentleman's smile faded away, which quirked up an eyebrow, her attention was focused, if only slightly. She took his words halfheartedly, but listened she did not break away from. He gave words of that of a prophet foreseeing an inevitable evil that held such devastating powers.
Her scarlet eyes looked up as he brought a Sol from out of the ground through the darkness that formed a small pillar. Although she did not openly express her concern, she was without a doubt, curious as to what did he mean by this threat. Like any good ruler, her people are her priority, and when play time was over, it came down to the nails and tacks, that held society together. Midna was not quite sure on how should she take in his words; perhaps he was telling the truth, but he did not seem like the type of person who cared a lot about the populace of those in the Twilight Realm or even that of the Realm of Light. What was he really getting at?
Perhaps he was an audacious liar~ He could be spitting out a load of crap, and should it be so the Princess would have enough of his words nevermore. With a flick of a hand, she could easily toss him out of the door, and through the window of her palace. Though something in the back of her head contemplated in the rest of this exquisite visit that she couldn't find in her heart to just remove him. Or at least not quite so quickly~ His words were rather cryptic, but following them was easy. Like a guide he was trying to portray for the twili woman.
When the man took out something from his jacket coat, a black disc or sorts. By tossing it on top of the Sol, she watched with mild amusement as bright light illuminated from it until it placed itself upon one of her stone walls. She flinched slightly at the vibrant colors that appeared on the wall, as the portal opened into the Light Realm disclosing it's setting as day. The thought of the sun's harmful rays brought a bit of wary to the sovereign. She did not move an inch off of her throne for the sake of staying out of range of the light. "Ok then, Mr. Enigma," she said giving him a name of sorts, "Say I believe you... for now. If only to to guarantee that what you say is true, I shall venture into the Light Realm. Should my people follow or not is entirely up to them, I will not force it onto them, should it appear as if I am leading them to a slaughter."
Lifting herself up off of her throne through her telekinesis, her robes fluttered softly as she gracefully perched herself onto her feet. Her crimson eyes on the gentleman as she curled a wicked grin across her dark lips. Adjusting her sunset locks, she spoke, "But if I find that this is by any means a hoax, mark my words, you will regret the day you trespassed my domain."

The man nodded as the woman spoke, his hat bobbing almost entertainingly with the motion.
”That is the wisest decision, as I do imagine some will wish to remain here, and you will need guards to protect your land.” Commented the being, agreeing with the lady’s wishes. ”As for the authenticity of my offer, I can assure you it is as real as the floor upon which we walk.”
Turning towards the portal and stepping to it, he thrust his hand inside of it.
However, this action was immediately followed with a look of disgust upon his face.
”Er…Always be sure to know where the portal leads before you enter it…I should have examined where it went more closely than just the forest…” Mentioned the man offhandedly, obviously trying to sound as casual as possibly, slowly pulling his hand free.
Waving his other hand, the Mirror and Sol spun in different directions, but stopped at the same time. Pushing his hand inside, much slower this time, a look of relief covered his face as he released a soft sigh . Pulling his hand out again, this time he held a pair of apples.
Tossing them into the air like a juggler as he moved back towards the Princess, he never took his eyes off of her as each one moved through the air.
”I do beseech you just a few notes, though they are more reminders than anything. Advise your people to be wary on the outside, as the few who remember your dark ancestors will likely not welcome you kindly. Also, there will be prejudice against your people, as beings of shadow, I’m sure that plenty will be blamed upon you that you truly did not do. Of course, I’m sure at least a few of your people will rekindle that age-old hatred of the Light and purposefully cause trouble, you can’t control everyone after all, but nonetheless, warning them wouldn‘t be a bad idea.”
Catching each of them, he spun them upon his index fingers, the red spheres spinning quickly before he grasped them in his palm and offered one up to Midna as he bit into the other.
”So, how about it? Will you trust me? If only a little?” Asked the man, his eyes trained on hers.

Whatever actions that may been taken in the present will most likely have great influence over what the outcome may be as a result of this meeting. Midna's only real concern she had for the most part was how her people would react to the idea of returning to the realm of light. With that in mind, it would be an understatement to fathom that going into a different dimension would be more than a culture shock. Some will oppress the idea of venturing into foreign lands. Then again, she could also speculate the thought of those who'd more than willingly jump on the bandwagon. Perhaps they will follow her, or maybe even go out on their own for personal gains.
Midna didn't hold back her snickers when the look of disgust was painted across his face. He brought it upon himself~ Though she was curious as to what he was trying to pull out. Looks like the direction in which it was pointed it had influences on where the portal was located. Mr. Enigma found that out the hard way, and a good lesson for the princess to keep in mind. Her carmine eyes watched as he maneuvered the items to adjust the position. In return, the location was changed, and relief washed over the gentleman's features.
As he pulled out his hand, and displayed two foreign fruits from the other realm the color of the darkest edges of sunset. Apples. As he began to juggle them, her eyes returned back over to the gentleman as he explained some footnotes. Things that needed to be addressed foremost before committing to any type of action. One mustn't be hasty. In a way, her people were the foundation of her sovereignty - the blood that pumps through the veins - that keeps the heart moving within the body of the twili. Should she neglect the voice of her people would be like stopping the blood flow from moving anywhere. It all leads to a catastrophic chain reaction that would ultimately bring the stable race of the Twilight Realm into rubble. With a small nod of her head, she acknowledged his advice. That was more than a given~
The apple he offered her brought a smile across her lips. An apple from a mysterious stranger handed over to a princess. Anybody remember getting this picture? With a flick of her wrist, she lifted up the crimson fruit up, by use of her psychic powers, floating it into her palm. She studied it for a moment, out of the corner of her eye, watching as the spiffy gent took a bite out of his apple. "For now, I suppose~ Unless you prove so otherwise," the sovereign gave her answer. An answer she was well aware, she may have to live with no matter what the outcome may be. She could only hope that in the long run, it'll prove a turning point, rather than a stagnant standstill~
After just one bite, cool paradise, inevitably turned hot.

His smile deepened as she accepted his gift. Turning around, he tossed the fruit into air and caught it again as he walked towards the portal, his wrist spinning the Sol and Mirror yet again.
”There is only one thing that I truly request, and it is for your best interest, honestly. The Light Realm is currently ruled by a Hylian Princess named Zelda, who commands all of Hyrule for the moment. You could say she’s your counterpart. Of everyone you meet there, she is the possibly most likely to accept you, welcome you, and help you, as she is possibly the greatest representative of the Light Realm‘s people in both rank and personality. I would advise seeking her out as fast as you can, so you may put rumors of your people to rest within her mind and gain her allegiance. She will need the comfort as much as you will need her help against those who will be biased towards you.” Informed the gentleman, his voice speaking of her gently. ”Your fates, they are tied together, so cooperation with one another is the best way to go.”
Tilting his head back to look at her, he looked solemn for a moment before his grin appeared again. He looked away and continued his walk.
”Oh, and about the Fused Shadow pieces you will most certainly hunt for within the other Realm; rumor has it they’ve already been collected by a separate party. Whether its true or not, well, you’ll just have to go looking to find out~”
Stopping next to the gateway, the man turned completely around and tipped his hat towards her again.
”Alrighty~ Well then, I leave you to your own devices. Well, mine actually, but I leave you to your own devices with my devices…Anyways! Go into the Light Realm, look around a bit, and if you feel that it is to your benefit, invite your followers to do the same~ Just be sure to look up Zelda someday soon.”
With a final bow, the man stepped backwards through the portal, his hand the last thing through, spinning the Mirror and Sol one last time, making it impossible to know where he went…

His words brought her eyes back towards him. Listening as he gave some last minute advise on what should be on her list of priorities whilst taking this journey across another dimension. Seek out the ruler of Hyrule, a princess named Zelda, what an old fashioned name for one of royalty. Yet rolling it off her tongue sounded euphonious, a pretty name, at that. If she is as great as he makes her out to be, then Midna would have to confirm such words personally. "Princess Zelda, huh?" she mused, peering at the apple still in her hands, a smirk graced upon her dark lips. "A meeting shall be arranged then~"
At the mention of the Fused Shadow fragments, her eyes flickered, lifting up her eyes to stare at the back of the man's head. Someone had the nerve to take her precious pieces that were left in that realm? Given if what the gentleman said was true, of course, there was still no stone cold facts she could rely on. Whatever~ It was but one more thing to add on her list of things to do while in the Light Realm. Even if she has to take those piece back by force, whatever provides the means, she will get them back. She couldn't have such valuable items be abused in the hands of unworthy vermin.
Midna broke the fruit into a multiple twilight particles watching as it dissolved in thin air. Save it for later~ It would seem that this little meeting would come to it's conclusion. The enigmatic stranger had to work on his endings, because she wasn't impressed. She glided softly over to the portal, but found it was too late, he spun the Sol, and Mirror one final time to clear his tracks.
A wicked grin graced upon her lips as she closed her eyes whilst her form grew darker. Her blue tinted skin, the glowing marks upon her body, everything began to appear shadow-like, transparent as she placed the Shadow Veil up. She would take a quick peek at the world personally before disclosing this information to the masses. Cloaked in shadows, she floated over to the portal breaching the threshold. The sun's harsh light stung her eyes, but she bit her lip before entering the portal, to take a brief look on how much the world had truly changed.
"Better make this brief," she mused softly to herself, "Otherwise my precious Twili may start a riot. Heehee~"
With a flick of her wrist, her body began to break down into particles of twilit matter, floating up into the air. Any bit of Midna's trace could no longer be found within the present area.
So close, and yet so far.

The man’s dark tuxedo emerged back first as he entered the Light Realm. Turning around, suddenly the sun’s bright rays fell upon his bare face. ”OH GOD! IT BURNS TO HELL AND BACK!” Yelled at the being, raising his hands up as he suddenly started melting, his skin rolling to the ground. However, a figure was left standing as the skin fell away. This one was cloaked in black, his face covered by the darkness his hood provided. ”Come now, I have no time for your games.” Spoke the new man in a stern voice, stepping out from the puddle of black. ”If you don’t joke around, you’ll die of a heart attack you know!” Replied the blob. Within a moment, it gathered itself back up and emerged, reforming the man that had dissolved just a few moments ago. The two walked out in the open sun, the heat beating down on them as their footsteps crunched the sand below their feet. Around them were towers and a large stone pillar stuck into the ground, light reflecting upon it and creating a swirling gateway. The light originated from a large circular disc sitting atop a platform, the Mirror of Twilight. The unknown being walked up the platform and placed his palm upon the Mirror, the light disappearing as he deactivated it. Stepping back and turning around, he saw he was surrounded by six beings standing beside the platform. ”Did you explain the situation to the Twilight Princess?” Asked one of them. ”I told you before, no one is to know the whole situation. She knows enough, I know that she will do what we need without being informed of the rest.””The Princess and her Knights should know! They can help us! You could at least give them the same warning you gave her!” Spoke another. ”We all know that they cannot, as neither can anyone else in their present conditions. They cannot know even a little because it will divert their attention.””What’re we supposed to do then?””Let things take their course.””We cannot sit back. We can’t let them sit back, they could prepare!””I am preparing them. Telling them will not prepare them, telling them will make them worry, will make them think of how to stop it, telling them will make them give up, telling them will waste time we do not have.””They have a right to know what is coming...That they could lose their lives.”To this, the man sighed, his hood drooping lower as his head looked down. Yet within moments, it raised back up. ”I will not tell Zelda that her nightmares are true. I will not tell the people the world may end. I will not give them despair.””Then we will. We cannot let people kill each other to unleash a monster.””I was hoping you’d say that~”The six barely had a moment to look at the tuxedo-wearing man before black tendrils shot out from the ground around him, swirling around their bodies and grabbing them tightly, groans escaping their lips as their limbs were pulled tight against their bodies. ”I have talked to you about this in confidence, I sought your advice in hopes that you could think of something you hadn’t thought of before. You have given me nothing, and worse yet, in contradiction to what I had been promised, you seem intent on informing the Princess about what is to come. I’m sorry, but I simply cannot allow this. You leave me no choice.”The man hopped off the platform and landed before one of the beings as it struggled against its binding. Raising up one of the large sleeves that covered his arms, a leather glove-covered hand emerged from it and placed itself upon the Sage’s forehead. Struggling harder, a scream echoed forth from its body as it suddenly disappeared in a white light. One by one, he went to each of them and did the same, until none were left. ”My, my. You’re just all kinds of ‘not happy’ right now, huh?”The hood turned and looked at the man, whose tendrils had retracted back. It then turned towards the ground once again before looking up. ”I never thought I’d be starting a war. How many will die so that others will live? This is wrong, this is horrendously wrong.”Stepping next to the cloaked individual, the dark skin man placed his gloved hand upon his back, patting lightly. ”I’ve explained it to you before, this will work. We can’t let things go down like they did before. They must be different, and I promise you, stick to the plan, and this will not go down the same way.”“I know. Come on, let’s go. Those five will be done soon and we need to be ready to act before they are. Can’t let people think they caused anything.” The cloaked man said as he looked to him. Suddenly the other grinned again for the first time since they had exited, his smile full of fanged teeth. ”I’ve always wanted to start a riot~”Looking away, the cloaked man raised up his hand and a white door appeared against the large rock. Stepping forth and opening it, the two passed through and vanished, the door following shortly after. END [/size][/b]
