For those who have never played Zelda, to put this simply and blunty; Please, don't fret! You do NOT have to know anything about Zelda to join this RP! This is a land of Fantasy. Think Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy, and other such works. In all honesty, that is all you need to know. Please read the RP Area Boards to know what kind of terrain and cities are available to RP in, we have a wide variety to attempt to appeal to everyone, and you'll see most of them are the basic kind of places you would see in any Fantasy movie, novel, or game.

Plot Importance
Now, I'm going to say this plain as day; Link is not the Hero of this plot. Can he be? If he tries his hardest, yeah, but that's true of anyone on this board. Afterall, if 20 people all partake in 90% of all Plot Threads, Plot Bosses, Plot Dungeons, Plot Quests, Plot Battles, anything and everything that has the word "Plot" in it, those people are probably going to be highly regarded lol Doesn't matter what they are or anything, ACTIVITY decides who is a hero or villain in this Plot, not who you are.
Now, keep in mind, if those 20 people all go inactive, they won't be missed and the plot will move on. No one is central to the Plot, nor needed, so believe me, don't think that anyone is irreplaceable.
If you don't want to take part in the Plot, that is perfectly fine as well~ We will never force you to be a part of the Plot.
For those who are familiar with Zelda: This RP is set at the start of Twilight Princess, but we will not be following the Canon Plot, we will be making our own story.
Zelda leads Light Realm and Midna leads the Twilight Realm in relative peace, while normal people go about their daily lives with little concern for danger outside of roaming monsters, as the last century of peace has put them at ease.
However, with the rise of technology, those who hold onto the religious beliefs of ancient times have begun to demand their advances be stopped before the old ways are lost.
One can only imagine that the fragile glass of peace will soon shatter...
