APPEARANCE,
Philomena isn't someone you would notice in a large crowd. There isn't anything in particular that makes her stand out. She has the sort of delicate features that cause some to mistake her for beautiful, but she's nowhere near as stunning as the girls that get all of the attention. Her hair is blonde and wavy, and reaches to just above her upper back. She usually ties a bit of it away with a ribbon. Her eyes are dark green, and don't really seem to fit with her skin tone. The only thing that is noticeable about her face is the little gap between her two front teeth. That is something that she is sensitive about, having been teased because of it as a child.
Not only is Philomena's face unremarkable, but her body structure is as well. She has some features that could be desirable, but they would be easy to beat. Her height falls right in the area of average. She is a bit paler than normal, but that is because of her genes. She isn't muscular or curvy. Her clothing is always something that she can easily move around in, and she will usually a longish coat and short pants. She has trouble with skirts, so she avoids them. This doesn't mean that she doesn't try to look pretty, she will wear a sash around her waist to show it off, and more often than not she will have a lowish cut neckline.

WEAPONS,
Knife: A smallish knife that Philomena carries around to keep her from being suspicious of every male that she meets.
Birds: Can drop bombs and other things on targets (see items for more info)
ITEMS,
Philomena has two birds that she keeps at all times, the others come and go.
Irene the Queen: Or "Ireeney" as Philomena calls her. Ireeney is a large Harpy Eagle that she rescued off of a cliff as a fledgeling. She has a crown of feathers and an attitude to go with her name. Even though the eagle thinks she is superior to everyone, she makes friends easily. Ireeney will always like Philomena the most, though.
Callisto: A beautiful snowy owl that Philomena stole received from a merchant who obviously didn't know a thing about taking care of birds. The owl is calm in temperament but slow to trust anyone, and holds grudges.
Avian Eyes: (magical) A two-part device. The first part is a gold band that can be fastened around the neck of a bird . It has two gold gemstones that are meant to face forward. The other part is a set of glasses with green glass lenses. When the band is fastened to a bird and Philomena wears the glasses, she is able to see through the gemstones on the golden band. Both the frame of the glasses and the gold band are extremely light and seem impossible that they where made by humans. While she is wearing the glasses, Philomena has to maintain a sort of double vision, she sees both what the glasses are showing and what is actually in front of her. It was hard at first, but she has gotten a lot better at it.
ABILITIES,
Squawk: Philomena can converse with avian creatures in a way. She can understand what they're trying to tell her in a basic way, and they understand her as well. It's nothing like carrying on a conversation with actual words, it's more like putting together a series of images, gestures, and noises to convey messages to each other. She looks a bit odd when she does this, and doesn't like it when people make fun of her for it.
RACIAL ABILITIES,

HISTORY,
In Hyrule field within view of the castle town walls, there is a small house with a small farm attached to it. This is where Philomena grew up. Her parents had just enough means to support their large family. Philomena had four siblings growing up, and she was smack dab in the middle of all of them. Despite that, she was the only girl. Most of her childhood was spend wrangling her younger and sometimes her older brothers, and when she wasn't doing that she was being ignored by her parents. She was expected to be the mild-mannered responsible one, boys will be boys after all. There where times where she could let loose and play with them and be generally ridiculous, but those times where few and far between.
When she got a bit older, in her teens, Philomena gained the hobby of taking care of birds. It all started with a pigeon who had a broken wing. It was a carrier pigeon, and it seemed like it had been intercepted by some predator on its way to delivering the letter. She saw it struggling to fly on the roof of the house, and climbed up there herself to rescue it. She didn't have her ability to understand birds yet, but it was obvious what it needed. She put the wing in a splint and a bandage, and delivered it to the person that the letter was addressed to in Castle Town. She was given a few rupees in reward and sent on her way, disappointed that she couldn't keep the bird. After that incident, she couldn't get her mind out of the sky. She was fascinated by the way that birds flew suddenly, it was so delicate and powerful at the same time. The goddesses couldn't have made them any more perfect in her opinion.
She kept several birds at different times, and her family hated it. They hated how noisy they where, and said "Philomena this is silly you'll never make a living doing this." She was determined to prove them wrong. As her gift of communicating with birds grew, she started a sort of messaging service in Castle Town that was much more reliable and could do more than normal carrier pigeons. The birds liked her, so she told them what she needed them to do and they did it. After they had delivered their messages, they where free to go, but they usually would come back to her from time to time. This is how she is making her living, and she is able to rent out a room with rupees to spare. It's on the top floor of a building with other people renting rooms. She has permission to use the roof as well, and there will usually be a number of birds roosting or resting there. The others that live there know where to send people when they ask for the bird girl.

Only issue I would have had would be using the birds in combat. That said, they're both ordinary birds, so it wouldn't be a major issue in battle, even using Avian Eyes in conjunction.

The only thing I have an "issue" with is that you are lacking a 3rd magic slot that you have privilege to since you are a Human lol You haven't lost this slot or anything, but when you think of something you want to add (Or if you simply didn't notice you had one), please feel free to throw a thread up in the Update section of the Database!
