PERSONALITY,
Goes by her surname, Slaughter, and refuses to be called by any other name. This is the first indication of what a stubborn, strong willed girl she is. Her personality can best be seen as a manifestation of her very being: her hybrid inheritance. At times, she can be amiable, social, and a very likable character. However, like many, the girl has her dark days. She has times when she feels nothing more than cynical, irritable, and wants nothing to do with others. She is unpredictable and impulsive, and struggles with the idea of good vs. evil.

APPEARANCE,
Slaughter is a girl of petite stature. She has short blonde hair and blue-green eyes, which she claims will turn strange colors sporadically. She has no pronounced facial features, other than her rather large eyes and pale skin. She is beautiful in a very delicate and somewhat juvenile way.
She has a variety of attires, but typically keeps a large bow atop her short hair.

ABILITIES,Purgatory
A transformation with an abundance of theatrics reveals itself anytime Slaughter needs to go on the offensive. The transformation occurs in three stages, and also has three levels of power associated with it. This ability can be seen as an extension of Slaughter's self, and is essentially her inner essence manifesting itself in the form of colored energy.
PRIMARY STAGE: Two gnarled brown horns will protrude and eventually break through the top of the girl's skull. Slaughter's irises will be dyed by a seemingly natural pigment that is dormant up until this point. They will be colored a deep red, and her pupils will experience a form of miosis and become increasingly constricted. The energy that Slaughter has stockpiled up until this point can be released in one of two ways: directly from her own hands, or channeled into a weapon. Purgatory creates a mirror effect, and when used with her hands a turquoise beam of energy will shoot out in front of her, and also directly behind her. When used in conjunction with her katana, she will slash out in front of her and an equal cut will appear and slash through space directly behind her. Cooldown of one post.
FINAL STAGE: The altered differentiation of characteristics in Slaughter's genetic make-up reaches its pinnacle in this final stage. Her horns will become increasingly knotted and darker in color, and her hair will turn a opaque, jet black. When used without a weapon, amber colored energy will encircle and radiate from all over her body. When expelled, it will cause damage to anything within range. When used with her katana, a single slash will create a host of cuts that will slash through space and cause damage to anything within range. Cooldown of two posts.

An ability that has reared itself when Slaughter was in danger, this ability reveals itself when her safety is in jeopardy and she needs to go on the defensive. This ability also has physical changes associated with it, including the sudden and rapid growth of the girl's hair, due to the different effects of the burst of chemicals coursing through her veins at this time. If Slaughter is threatened, a field of golden energy will bubble up and form a barrier around her person, and essentially cocoon her, protecting her from any attacks. Lasts two posts, cooldown of four posts.
RACIAL ABILITIES,
Dominance
Hybrids do not get the abilities of both Races that make up their lineage. Instead, whichever Race is Dominate dictates what Racial Abilities the Half-Blood gets. However, even though they are of mixed blood, their Racial Abilities are still just as potent.
Technically, Slaughter is half and half, but for the sake of abilities, I am claiming her Oocca abilities as dominant.
Spatial Science
As all Oocca are really no more than weird chickens with faces, they’ve also developed a way to … get around that biological handicap. All Oocca can switch into a humanoid form, which may or may not have bird-like characteristics (e.g. a beak, feathers … you can include stuff like that if you like, but you don’t have to), but they all have large, feathered wings. This means that they can fly, but also that they need to have hollow bones to be light enough to fly. The frail bones, unfortunately, mean that they have a whole level of health less than normal (the most health an Oocca can ever have, barring a magical ability, is Near Perfect). Their flight lets them access to a unique third action slot: an Oocca can only use this extra action slot to fly in or out-of-range, as long as it is the last action slot they use during a turn. They also have some very potent powers, reflected in their ability to manipulate space.
Teleport: The Oocca can teleport, moving them in-range, out-of-range, or without changing range; either way, the act of teleporting avoids one physical or magical attack. Cooldown of three posts.
Telekinesis: The Oocca can use a form of magic which allows them to manipulate objects, which comes in three ranges: Weak, Moderate, and Strong. Weak Telekinesis can either deal moderate damage to an opponent (by way of a sort of “force push”, or by flinging a small object at them) or can block a physical projectile that would deal up to moderate damage. Moderate Telekinesis can either deal heavy damage to an opponent (same as Weak, but with a stronger push/larger object) or block a physical projectile that would deal up to heavy damage. Strong Telekinesis, meanwhile, can deal massive damage to an opponent (same method as Weak or Moderate), three levels divided up among separate opponents, block a projectile that would deal massive damage, or block up to three projectiles that would deal moderate damage. Weak Telekinesis puts the whole ability on cooldown for one post, Moderate puts it on cooldown for two posts, Strong puts it on cooldown for three posts, but also consumes two action slots instead of the usual one.
HISTORY,Slaughter has a vague history, with much unknown to other people and much unknown even to herself. She is a half-breed, born of an Oocca mother and a human father, something that has managed to wriggle itself into every aspect of her life, at times unwittingly. The girl struggles with a constant identity battle, blaming her imperfections on being half-human, and viewing herself in the light of somewhat of a fallen angel. It is because of this that the girl volleys between good and evil, optimism and cynicism, confidence and insecurity. Ultimately, she seems to be a good hearted individual, whose morals usually take over at the last minute (most likely due to the Oocca blood running through her veins). However, there are many times when it seems this moral high ground will break, and she will let her pessimism take over.
Her mother left her in the care of her human father, who passed away recently, leaving Slaughter with a strong thirst for change in her life. Slaughter has not seen her mother since she was very young. She has no siblings and due to being alone most of her childhood, a strong sense of creativity was fostered in her. Her strong suit is definitely her intelligence and is one of her best contributions in a group fight. She enjoys solving puzzles, investigating mysteries, and of course, butting into other peoples' business.
Overall, Slaughter enjoys being around others and getting to know them, and throughout her life made many meaningful connections with others. However, she claims that her friendships and relationships are best when kept on a somewhat superficial level, and anything more than that will only stimulate her insecurities and doubts. It is for this reason that Slaughter is reluctant to stay in one place for too long and has become somewhat of a wanderer. This is the context in which she can currently be found in her life.
While Slaughter somewhat aspires to be a social butterfly, she is also easy to anger and is always willing to pick a fight, so watch out!
EXTRAS,Alter Ego (Sunny Skies):
A misfortunate chain of events unfolds for Slaughter as her human blood amalgamates with her Ooccan blood and corrupts her entire genomic blueprint. It is something about the overwhelming surge of unfamiliar hormones that seems to prompt a personality change in the young hybrid. After reaching the final stage of Purgatory, Slaughter's awakened powers seem to put a hold on the inhibiting neurotransmitters in her brain, induce supplementary re-uptakes of testosterone, and temporarily freeze her neural fear circuits. She receives no additional powers due to this alteration in character, other than a heightened sense of (perhaps false) invincibility. During this time, Slaughter's memory is clouded, and she will act far more aggressive, confident, and often forget who she is. At times she will claim to be a different person entirely.
