Alyra say on the remains of a ruined column. "Dahnee, let's do something fun. We've both been working a lot lately and now that we're here and we have some time to ourselves we should explore or look for some plants to take home and cultivate, or..." She trailed off, looking up into the sky at a bunny shaped cloud. "Well you don't see that every day."
"What was I saying again?"

(wow, short, you werent kidding, lol) Dahnee stood on the ground, looking around at the fallen stone and overgrown courtyard of the Ruined Temple. Alyra had scrambled up on a mostly toppled wall to see a bit farther. It was nice to have some time away from the village and to have stumbled on the fabled temple of the forest, well that was an excellent discover all in itself; Dahnee had begun thinking the forest had nothing left to offer her.
"You were saying we should explore," Dah looked up at her sister, once upon a time they had been identical, but now Alyra's replicated face was framed by short chestnut hair while Dahnee's own hair was easily ten feet long and a perfect golden color which at this moment was twitching behind her in silent anticipation, like a dog wait to go walkies.
The Minish Chief climbed the short stone wall to stand next to Alyra, the forest temple was dark and ominous, thick trees had grown where once a well kept garden surely grew, "I think thats a splendid idea," Dah flashed a wicked grin that begged for trouble.

Alyra smiled. She knew what her sister was getting at, and it would mean a long day ahead of them. She hopped down from her perch and landed lightly in a patch of flowers. "I know how we have to do this. It's scientific really." She took her gardening bandana out of her small bag and tied it around her eyes.
"And this is the direction we'll start in!" She lifted her arm and pointed straight ahead. And then she spun. And spun.
And then she crashed, falling into the wall. "Ouch. Well then, not going that way."
Standing up again, she pointed in a random direction and took off her bandana. "How does this way look?" She opened her eyes, to take in the view.
It was a small dark entrance to the temple that she had no idea where it would lead. "So, good enough for you?" She smiled up at her twin, still standing three feet above her on the crumbling stone.

Dahnee watched as Alyra made herself dizzy and yet still seemed to point towards the Temples main entrance, even after falling into the wall, "Are you sure you can't see through that thing?" Dah laughed as she hopped from the walls ledge next to her sister, the train of golden hair twitching its way along behind her.
The 'elder' sister took in the sights of the courtyard, it was still mostly surrounded by a stone wall, the bits that were still fully intact stood over eight feet high, but more than enough of it had crumbled leaving several openings of no more than the three feet the girls had just clamored through. Aside from the many oaks and birch that had matured over the last hundred or so years the yard was littered with saplings, paths of white marble bricks were over grown with lichen and grass and fine trimmed gardens ran wild, unattended.
The bright sun seemed dim and lost in this place, only shafts of light poked through to illuminate the surroundings and the thick pollen in the air made the world seem hazy and unreal. "I suppose we could just wander on in, but..." Dah squinted her eyes towards the shadows that clung to the temples outer wall. She was sure she saw a hooded figure there, but just as soon as she'd seen it she was sure she hadnt, "...that would leave this whole area unexplored."
Dah smiled at her sister, "Surely it would be more scientific to secure the area around the temple before we go barging in,"

Alyra's head started to throb a little where she had hit it. "Well, you are the adventurous one. I trust you....well." She laughed and ruffled her hair.
She dusted off her dress, and placed her bandana back in her bag. "Where would you like to start?" She looked up in the sky as a slight breeze tickled her nose. A perfect day to explore.
Alyra hoped that she could find some good samples to bring home to plant in her garden. Any time she could make it bigger or better, or add something of use to the towns healer she did.
It was something of a legend around town; a family treasure.
A rabbit bound past startling both the girls before Dah could reply. "Dah look at that!" Alyra was so surprised she couldn't help but laugh at herself. But then she realized why it had caught her eye. "Did you see what was around it's neck?" She looked confusedly at her sister. "I didn't see it clearly, but it was so shiny..." She trailed off and stared in the direction it had run.

Jin had finally managed to escape from most of the dense forest, wanting to go one way but not wanting to have to go around it. He was stubborn like that. Jin had picked a path that he wanted to take, and the further he went along it, the thicker the undergrowth and trees had gotten. However, after he left the forest, he fell off of a small cliff and landed on the ground, holding his back. "Ouch..." He said, getting to his feet.
He could hear voices near by, though he wasn't sure where they where or how close he might be to them, but he shook his head and walked around some. As he did, a small rabbit started to run out of an area toward him, before he came to a stop and ran toward the small area which he had landed in a bit ago. From the same direction he heard the voices again, wondering if that meant he'd soon meet the owners of the voices.

Dah laughed, "You're so easily spooked, it was just a dumb bunny," Dah chuckled again and looked after where the rabbit had gone, it was out of sight now, but she was absolutely sure she could see someone just beyond the edge of the overgrown hedges. Curious, but wary, Dahnee elbowed her sister sharply in the side to get her attention and pointed towards the mans outline.
"Hello?" she called out, her voice echoed over the yard, "We can see you, don't bother hiding," She kept her eyes glued to the hedge, waiting. (Gah sorry it is so short and suck, I am having brain fart)

When the girl called out, Jin jumped a bit but he didn't freak out. Instead, he simply pulled back the bush the rabbit had used moments before and gave the two a nervous smile. "I didn't mean to hide... I just didn't want to actually run into someone." Jin said, bowing to them as he exited the bushes.
"When that rabbit ran past me, I thought one or both of you would of gone running after it... I didn't want to get in your way." He said, rubbing his head, trying not to suddenly get quiet. He figured that'd be a pretty bad way of handling the situation, and he didn't want them to see him as a freak or anything.
He thought for a moment and then spoke again, "That rabbit was heading for a dead-end, if you still wanted to catch it..."

"Y-Yes! Um hello!" Being shy around strangers Alyra halted only long enough to address the man and then dodged under the bush to search for the rabbit. She thought she had almost seen what it was tied around it's neck. All she could remember was that it was red-orange and almost almond shaped tied on with a ruby colored bow. The details were hazy in the rabbits speed and the encounter with the man.
She knew her sister wouldn't find her actions towards him strange but the man would definitely think her odd. But this is how it always went.
Getting back to the rabbit she looked for the tracks in the dirt. They were light but they led further into the underbrush.
And continued right into a small break in the stone wall.
...almost small enough for a minish.

Dahnee watched as Alyra rushed a hello and ducked into the underbrush, disappearing from sight. The Minish Chief hadn't noticed anything strange about the bunny, but then she hadn't been looking. "I'll leave the rabbit chasing to my sister," Dah smiled softly to reassure the strange he was in good company, "Great foresight to stay out of the way though,"
The wind picked up slightly through the overgrown courtyard, rustling the branches and leaves, Dah felt the slightest bit awkward with the newcomer, but then maybe he would be of use in the exploring of the Temple.
"I suppose proper introductions are in order," Dah gave a short little curtsy, "My name is Dahnee Sieza, Chief of the Minish, and the green thumb that went into the bush is Alyra, my little sister, What can we call you, sir?" The chief smiled, she did hope her statues would catch him even a little off guard, she loved the look on peoples faces when they discovered who she was.

With one of the twins, the short haired one, rushed past him, Jin turned his attention back to the longer haired woman and gave her a bit of a smile. He wanted to pay more attention to them, but the problem was that he was a little distracted by something already. Why did the two look so alike? Was it some sort of magic? Jin nodded a little absent-mindedly when the long haired one spoke, barely hearing her, but not purposely.
He turned to the bushes where the other one went before turning back to the twin in front of him with a smile. He felt a little caught off guard still, but he tried to act nice and kind to the one who was left. When she began introductions, Jin listened, copying the curtsy awkwardly, not knowing that bowing would of been more proper. At least not yet.
"Me? My name is Jin Reno... Desert Tortoise." He said, not actually being a tortoise, but the shield on his back and the buckler's on his forearms certainly making him into an armored one. He had no clue what she meant by Chief of the Minish, never coming across the title of Chief in the books he had to read. "So... are... are you two magic copies of each other?" Jin asked, caught off guard a bit.

Getting ahead of herself, and a little too excited to care, Alyra jumped back out of the bushes. "The rabbit went down the hole! I'm going to see if it's small enough for me to crawl through. Be right back!" Her eyes were wide and she had a huge grin plastered on her face.
She dashed back to the rabbit hole and stopped. She couldn't believe she had just done that. A minish ELDER and she had acted like a little school girl. Well, she had heard him ask if they were copies, so he probably wasn't too smart if he had never heard of twins. She hoped he hadn't noticed and peeked again at the hole.
She stuck her hand in first to test the ground and then hiking up her skirt she prepared to go after the rabbit.

Dah cocked her head to the side and raised an eyebrow as her sister jumped out of the bush, yelled across the courtyard and then disappeared again. She turned her attention back to Jin, "I wish, if that were the case I could just make her disappear anytime i wanted, unfortunately she's my little sister, we're twins" Dah put a hand on her hip and sighed a bit dramatically; a handsome boy stumbles into the least expected place and she chooses now to act like a real child.
"Have you never seen a set of twins?" Dah giggled, she knew they were rare, but she thought everyone knew what they were. ((Sorry for the late response.))

Jin jumped a bit as the other girl reappeared and said something then vanished again. Holding his chest a bit, surprised, Jin shook his head and smiled at the one who was still there. "That surprised me... wow... never expected her to do that... not one bit..." He said, sighing a bit. He looked at the Minish Chief as she spoke before rubbing his head. They where siblings? Twins? What was Twins? It was a concept he had not known, that he had not figured out yet.
"Umm... well... the thing about that is... well... I have never seen twins... I've never seen a lot of things... I've lived in a cave for most of my life... most things are new too me." Jin said, letting out a sigh and closing his eyes. He really didn't like not knowing things and having to say it aloud, let alone to strangers.
"I'm still learning... and the world is filled with fun and adventure."

Dahnee giggled, this boy was funny, but she liked the spark in his eyes. She twisted her fingers behind her back and rocked back and forth on her toes.
"A cave? Really?" Dah smiled, big and bright, "You ran into the perfect people then~" the minish looked past the mans shoulder at the hedge her sister was rummaging through, "Well me at least~ I'm the queen of adventure,"
In a rush of excitement Dah lunged at Jin and grabbed his hand, "Would you like to explore the temple with us?!" Her eyes were wide with excitement and her smile was just as big as it ever was.
