x x DUSKFILLY GRAYSHADOWyour little nightmare
RACE,
fairy.
GENDER,
male. can easily play it female thanks to this.
BATTLE ROLE,
support dps. generally heals, but can also hold on his own.
BATTLE STYLE,
casual or ls. can try story as well.
AGE,
fifteen.
ALLIANCE,
nightmare darklight all the way across the sky.
PERSONALITY,
annoying ー caring ー charismatic ー childish ー clingy ー clumsy ー dedicated ー defensive ー demanding ー diligent ー empathetic ー energetic ー enthusiastic ー friendly ー gullible ー hyperactive ー ignorant ー innocent ー loyal ー naive ー obsessive ー optimistic ー protective ー reliable ー sensitive ー simplistic ー smart ー stubborn ー vain ー wild don't even try and guess who dusk's biggest influence is. it's like the name that should be never mentioned around him. why? well, it has the opposite affect that it does on muggle borns and wizards--it causes him to spazz and sparkle and go into hyper mode that never EVER dies down. then again, even if you don't mention the name, he's OVERLY HYPERACTIVE ANYWAYS. good luck dealing with that! :U he's bold, he's happy, he's charismatic, and all these things combine together and make ONE HELLUVA COMMERCIAL SPOKESPERSON. not that commercials existed or anything, but yeah. (HE'S THE FUTURE BILLY MAY--shot-)
he's not afraid of anything, or so he says, although in truth, he has never actually killed anyone. seen some blood, yes, but never has he taken a life with his own hands. his training is merely for self defense, for the most part, and because of this, he is a bit merciful. there has never really been a moment where he's been in a state of absolute RAAAAEGGGG! either, and we should all hope he doesn't ever have such an episode, lest he turn out like night. but yes, dusk can't kill anyone. because unlike nearly all the other characters around here, he knows PEOPLE DIE WHEN THEY ARE KILLED.
easily manipulated, but only by those he admires, MAINLY NIGHT, TROLOL. his thoughts almost always direct back to this man, which can be pretty irritable at times. everything told to him will ALWAYS BE OVERRULED by whatever the big man says, so yes, he so horrendously influenced it's not funny. as any child would, he has a vast imagination. if he wanted to, he could probably go off on ENDLESS TANGENTS, as if he had been given an overdose of TOO MUCH POWERTHIRST (obviously nonexistent on sos). be forewarned, he's also the next CAPTAIN OBVIOUS. only not in the stupid derpderp way; it's the annoying loli'majerk way.
for the CHEESEBALLS who aren't nigthmare freakin' darklights, be prepared to deal with an annoying punk. obviously, he only listens to one sole person. talking to him, he's quite agreeable, and always listens. on the other hand, for everyone else, he's a major pain in the butt. cocky, slightly demanding, and a bit whiny, it's no surprise that you won't want to kill him five minutes--or even less--after meeting him. despite being an irritable little imitation monkey, dusk is actually a smart little feller, he just never seems like it thanks to his stupid personality.
APPEARANCE,
METABOLISM. a child's best friend. thanks to such a divine bodily system, dusk has a thin build, almost like a twig, rendering him ABSOLUTELY USELESS when physical prowess is needed. okay, so maybe that was a huge exaggeration. dusk has strength, it's just a little less than the average human. it's incredibly hard for him to build muscle as well, despite how vigorously he's been training. also a lightweight thanks to his fairy heritage, it's not too difficult to pry him off, or knock him over, but this in turn makes him a slippery little brat to get a hold of.
his attacks may not be strong enough to break through bone most of the time, but take enough damage from his agile moves and hits, and you could be placed in an unfortunately position for someone to deal the final blow. in short, he's kind of the appetizer during battles. that doesn't mean you should OMNOMNOM him, though, obviously.
his complexion is light and peachy, not too dark, not unusually light. his hair is somewhat well-kept, with golden locks hanging in his face, although they appear mostly centered. it's fairly short, only ending at the very nape of his neck, and easily allows people to see his rounded ears. as any child, he has a heart-shaped face almost, and normally always bears a great joyous expression on it, especially when near one person in particular. his eyes are a great and innocent almond shape, bearing an amber-golden hue, much like his hair.
his wings are normally kept hidden, but if they do get seen, they are of a translucent white with a golden glow, semi-butterfly, almost like your typical pair of wings. without them, he easily passes as a regular young human child. his small fairy form is similarly the same hues, giving him a rather 'shiny' appearance, giving him more reason to not be in such a form, for he has often been trifled with or kidnapped (specifically by rocs) because of it.
WEAPONS,
» TRIAL & ERROR, trial, a silver scythe, often polished to appear a clear ivory white. it has a simplistic design, with a few ornate accents at the base of the blade, and running down the handles. error, a sleek, ebony black scythe, on the contrary to trial. yet likewise, it also bears simplicity, with few ornate patterns. dusk has been known to wield both of these at the same time, and when not in use, they are either not on his person, or laying criss-crossed upon his back. thanks to their height, he has no doubt had trouble navigating in narrow halls in towns, although he blames the invisible walls and barriers for that.
» DAGGER, a nameless dagger, because it DESERVES NO NAME. about one foot in length total, the silver blade being eight inches long, the black hilt four inches, it is kept hidden on his personage, usually strapped to his leg. it is more or less used as a last resort.
ITEMS,
» ITEMS, WHAT ITEMS. maybe he'll get some later.
ABILITIES,
» OPEN MAGIC SLOT. » OPEN MAGIC SLOT.
RACIAL ABILITIES,
» WHITE MAGIC, all fairies have some degree of control over a naturally abiding white magic, powered by an internal source of energy. this passively allows all fairies to fly about, and has other uses as well. each turn, fairies can focus their power (consume one action slot) to charge up a single unit of white magic energy. that energy can then be spent in one of a few ways (each of the following actions also require one action slot): they can spend one point to heal a moderate level of damage, deal moderate damage, prevent no more than moderate damage in the next round of battle, or switch into a white ball form. in that form, the fairy is extremely agile and can’t be harmed by physical damage, but also cannot use any offensive skills; it costs three levels of energy for the fairy to change back, and they are automatically knocked out of the white ball form if they take heavy magical damage.
HISTORY,
normal childhood. normal parents. BORING, LIFELESS DAYS TO COME.
that pretty much sums up dusk's life fairly well. his given birth name was arthur wolfe. he lived somewhere in a small cottage on the outskirts of kakariko village. his parents were both carefree klutzes, who lived an incredulously happy life--so happy you'd want to gag. because this life was so happy, there was nothing for the poor boy to do.
he slept, he ate, and that was it; with the occasional read and study when he didn't want to sleep--which was always. as they lived along the borders on the edge of the village, there were no kids around to play with; nor would they come visit whomever lived in the strange house in the distance. since things seemed peaceful, there was no need for weaponry, or fighting, or training of the sort.
of course, this all soon changed. at around seven, the family decided to take a stroll throughout kakariko village, where although it was but a mere glimpse, the boy caught sight of what he deemed the most amazing thing in the world, leaving home to venture out to who knows where--(i say thing, but we all know it was a person)--and though it was but a mere glimpse, he became an instant FANBOI FOR LIEEF.
from then on, the young boy found himself a trainer of sorts, although he was only good with the weapon dusk uses now. it didn't matter to him, as long as he could be strong enough. he found himself sneaking away from home nearly every day, so that he could get better and better, and that he did.
then, turmoil and chaos ensued, if only for a moment. things happened, both in dusk's residency, and pretty much all around the world, and by twelve, the age which he thought he could easily take care of himself on his own, like the idiot he was, he ran away from home for good. long story short, he somehow gets by, and often wanders. though now it would appear he has found a place he wants to be. because yeah, he's one of those intense, stalking fanboys.
EXTRAS,
beware that dusk is an avid fan of hugging and glomping. in the least to say, he isn't clingy unless your name begins with night and ends with light, but it would be good to keep such notes in mind. he also has a tendency to sing annoying songs. including "the gears on the ship go round and round" and "twinkle, twinkle, angry moon," both of which happen to be his own personal compositions, BASED ON LIIEF AND PAST STORIES.

I'm actually going to step in here.
A Fairy Lieutenant having a straigt-up Alliance to the Human Gentry is, I'm afraid, something that's going to be a little difficult to navigate particularly since we don't have an actual Fairy Leader. If a Fairy Leader was made by someone who didn't like it, then that Leader could pretty rightly say "Well I don't want this person as a Lieutenant". I'm going to have to talk with some other staff to see what we're going to do about this.
For the record, it's not the Nightmare Darklight knockoff trend that I'm protesting, no matter how I feel about it. It's the potentially contentious issue of leadership/lieutenanthood that's uncertain here.

Being as you're seemingly no longer a lieutenant and all that jazz, I guess you're fine to be approved.
APPROVED!
Yay for ridiculous groups of characters...[/sarcasm]
