Description
Archaeologists digging in the Faron Wood have uncovered a network of tunnels leading to what they believe to be ancient ruins, which they had been attempting to investigate. However, the project has been suspended following attacks on the workers whilst in the tunnels, killing almost the entire research team.
The two survivors reported that they were unable to identify exactly what has attacked them, all they can report is that the creatures were fast, strong and incredibly efficient hunters.
The call has been put out for a team of talented exterminators and warriors to traverse the networks and remove all threats within. One of the researchers who possesses a talent for low-level charms has agreed to go with the team back into the tunnels to assist navigation.
Judging from the nature of the tunnels, as well as an intriguing stone wall at the end of one of the routes, the ancient ruins appear to be that of an old temple, one that could potentially possess numerous treasures. Should you be able to assist with the trouble of exterminating the creatures, the scientists will provide you with just rewards.
