Hulio Coolio Barulio Bonboolio Miguel Fernandez Rodriguez Heatstreak
Slayer of Demons and Pendejos like You
RACE,Human/Hylian/Zora/Goron/Fairy//Oocca/Minish Hybrid
Hulio's family is infamous for literally having incredibly awkward fetishes and over hundreds of years produced Hulio who possesses the blood of pretty much every race in the world (Save those who cannot form hybrids, but it's not like his family hasn't had one night stands with them either) by some genetics defying miracle. Despite having a Zora for a father and a Minish for a mother, Hulio is... Human dominant.

PERSONALITY,
What can we say about Hulio? Well to start:
He Drinks
He Swears
He'll Kick you in the Nuts
He really hates demons
And he's a romantic.
Hulio is... not a very pleasant person in any sense of the word. You think that such a strange looking man would keep to himself, brooding about different things but that would be too much of a blessing for everyone else. Hulio is loud. He will seek people out and talk to them. The word "subtle" only has meaning when Hulio is on a job that requires it (and even then he doesn't bring much). He doesn't see race at all but has a dictionary of jokes and insults that would turn Ganondorf red with embarrassment (and probably rage as well) custom tailored to who he's talking to. Despite his retrograde amnesia he loves telling stories, especially when there's alcohol to pass around. Hulio lives on the stuff, he drinks so much that drinking has somehow stopped killing his body and drinking in fact helps keep him healthy and fit. He's not completely immune to the mind-numbing effects that drinking has, and although he can still aim his Johnson just fine his decision-making skills tend to fall through the floor causing him to solve every problem with violence. On top of the drinking, the swearing, the violence, and the fact that this is all Hulio's twisted form of being friendly is his self-confidence. He is not so cocky as to take on a dragon with a teacup but is cocky enough to ignore his bosses and make it very clear that he's more of a lady's man than you'll ever be. He's also so cocky as to deny the fact that he has retrograde amnesia, even when it becomes painfully obvious.
Of course no one is completely composed of bad qualities. Just mostly. For Hulio, if you can withstand the drinking, swearing, violence, and cockiness you will find that he is actually being friendly with you. He does appreciate the company of other people, and laughs off most disagreements and problems. Hulio is also very romantic in front of ladies, in that although he still remains as much of a **** as ever he comes off as extremely charismatic. He doesn't insult a lady he's romancing either, and can in fact pick out qualities that she never knew she had. When asked where he got his experience in romance, Hulio usually laughs it off as saying that he's always been good with women. However if you press him and earnestly ask him, he will quietly think and tell you about a girl he remembers from a long time ago, who name he can't quite recall. He will put on a quietly happy smile and whisper "Ahh, mi dulce angel... if only I could remember your song..." with great sentiment.
APPEARANCE,
He has a really long name.
Hulio is about as out of place as his full name is. He has a tan complexion with a muscular build, standing at a flat 6 feet tall. He has brown eyes like his mother but the face of his father (you know, without the fish features and blue skin) who was rather handsome by all standards. Hulio rarely shaves, preferring to trim his facial hair into the permanent 5 o'clock shadow he now has. His hairstyle is something that arranges itself, all he ever does is run his hands through it to pull it back a bit. In terms of identifying marks, it's hard to not recognize Hulio from a mile away which makes you question the intelligence of the people whose drug rings, slave operations, and other underworld dealings he's sneaked into. To start off, he has a cross shaped scar across his left eye that goes down along his cheek and through the bridge of his nose. Secondly, Hulio's chest, back, and arms are absolutely drowned in ornate tattoos in a language only he understands with different symbols such as snakes, doors, and angel wings making up the majority of the designs.
For fashion, Hulio wears plain black shoes (with steel tips for making nut-kicking extra effective) along with comfortable black pants. He usually walks around topless, as he finds the stares of people at his chiseled body and complex tattoos rather endearing. When it's cold or if a bar has a dress code, Hulio will put on his favorite purple leather jacket. He wears some jewelry: He has a small hoop earring on his left ear, a pendant with a crucifix design in gold with the words "With love, from your dearest" engraved on the back, and a series of very mean looking skull rings he wears on all his fingers.
WEAPONS,
Johnson
He is both Hulio's weapon and friend. He's an informative, joking flaming skull that follows Hulio at all times. He says he used to be a demon but much like Hulio he has retrograde amnesia that spans over the last 10 years. Hulio and Johnson are partners in crime, for melee attacks and convenience Johnson will turn himself into a torch with a scepter for a handle which Hulio will use to viciously beat people with, though Johnson's flaming skull does no fire damage at all. For most combat though, Johnson will instead transform into the Boner, a very ghoulish pistol that does not work on any scientific means. The Boner does not fire metal ammo either, but instead fires sanctified bone fragments (though whose bones they are is a mystery) that lodge themselves into enemies and in fact attach themselves to their own bones. This causes disruptions in the skeletal system that slowly paralyzes the victim until they cannot fight. That is the non-lethal option however. The lethal option turns the Boner into quite a gory weapon, as the bone fragments first embed themselves in the body and then release the energy stored inside themselves causing internal damage. Three shots to the same area can shatter any nearby bones from the inside, and 6 will cause an explosion big enough to open a gory hole in an enemy or dismember someone if the shots were taken in the arms of legs.
For LS terms, the Boner has an ammo capacity of 18 rounds. Firing 6 rounds costs one action slot. The Boner does not immediately deal damage upon hits, it instead stacks the damage over time and when Hulio detonates the rounds all the stacked damage is applied. Hulio has 3 turns to detonate the rounds or else the damage is reset. It takes 3 hits in order to equal a basic attack. Damage rounds down, so if Hulio detonates the rounds with 5 stacked it does the damage of 3 stacked. Hulio can reload 9 bullets in a single action slot, and cannot dodge, attack, or defend while reloading. The Boner is considered long-range and does damage in long range. Hulio can spend an action to shift to Johnson which is a melee weapon that acts like other typical melee weapons.
ITEMS,
Hulio has a picture of him and his Minish mother (who he always refers to as Mama) smiling and hugging each other outside her house. It was taken within the last 6 months. Commonly people mistake Hulio's mother for his daughter, and when he tells him he doesn't have a daughter they assume he's a pedophile until he tells them who it really is. He also keeps Johnson in his pants, sometimes around his underwear. Oddly enough he rarely refers to Johnson as Johnson, but possessively as in "Would you like to see my Johnson?"
ABILITIES,
[/b]
Cut`N`Run:
Hulio is human, and he knows it. Yet despite having no redeeming qualities as a human and having no real advantages or disadvantages Hulio makes it all up with sheer intelligence. He's always thinking on his feet and finds that remaining mobile on the battlefield is the key to victory. Hulio uses the advantage of range as much as he possibly can, and as such has achieved a feat that most would call only a parlor trick that is deadly in his hands alone. You see the main weakness of guns is that most users can only hit their target if said target stands perfectly still while they themselves stand still. It's considered mastery if you can accurately hit moving targets while standing still. However Hulio has taken it a step further in that he can still accurately hit moving targets while moving himself, meaning that he never has to stop and leave himself open to attack in order to fire off shots or reload the Boner. Hulio also understands the value of teamwork however, and although he hasn`t been able to remember a time he needed a partner, he works very well with one at the very least. Utilizing teamwork and cues, Hulio can keep his teammate as quick on their feet as he is turning the pair into a literal death machine.
In LS terms, this gives Hulio a passive free action slot that he can use in combination with another action as long as the first action involves range. As an example: If Hulio is in close range he can freely go into long-range and fire off 6 shots, then take one more action such as defending, maneuvering, reloading, or attacking again. He can also freely step into close range, switch to Johnson, and attack. He doesn't need to consume his action slot at the beginning either, as he can attack, and then reload and step into long-range at the same time. Hulio can also link this slot to a single teammate, giving them the same options as him.
The Gang Bang:
This is a very special shot that is dangerous with just Hulio, but with the presence of allies can easily turn deadly. The Gang Bang takes twice the ammunition of The Boner's normal ammo and produces a different type of bullet all together (meaning Hulio can fire 3 Gang Bangs in a single action). It applies a wet, sticky white substance to the opponent (hereby referred to as the sticky payload) first. The sticky payload is near impossible to get off until it fades away after 3 turns. At most Hulio can stack 3 sticky payloads onto an opponent and when he detonates a minimum of 3 Boner shots as well he will apply a debuff that cuts defense in half for 5 posts during which Hulio cannot apply the sticky payload as the Gang Bang is on cooldown. However this is not where the Gang Bang gets it's name. You see for the turn that Hulio detonates the Gang Bang, some of the sticky payload is still left behind. When an ally strikes the foe during this time, they will not only deal increased damage due to the debuff but also deal additional damage equivalent to the number of Boner shots Hulio had used to detonate the Gang Bang. As an example, if Hulio detonated the Gang Bang with 6 stacked Boner shots and his ally did a basic attack, his ally would do moderate damage due to the debuff and then the Gang Bang would explode further causing that damage to turn into Heavy Damage.

RACIAL ABILITIES,
Stranger Danger (Non-upgradeable Human ability):
Despite being dominantly human, his mixed bloodline has given Hulio a rather peculiar ability. He possesses the shark-like abilities of a Zora adapted to land using the different sensitivities of other races. Essentially, Hulio has an advanced form of radar/sonar jacked into his head. His Goron blood allows him to feel vibrations not unlike a snake, his Hylian blood allows him to detect magic without sight, the Deku in him allows him to vaguely feel the emotions of plants, the Minish lets him do the same for animals, the Oocca lets him detect minute changes in the wind and air pressure, and finally Fairy blood in him lets him sense good and bad intent. Alone, each sensitivity is basically useless in combat. Together though, they make Hulio impossible to surprise (while also affording him vision in the dark). He can detect everything around him down to minute details within a 30 meter radius, meaning that Hulio never has to look for cover or figure out who wants him dead since he's already got a complete layout of the room along with a friends and enemies list the moment he walks in.
In LS terms, Stranger Danger makes Hulio immune to losing action slots. He can gain them, but Hulio will never lose them. He is also immune to any effects that lower his accuracy, and can detect all non-magical stealth. In terms of magical stealth, he can detect an enemy just a few moments before they uncloak themselves (one post before they uncloak).
HISTORY,
Hulio is completely aware of his family lineage. Proud of it in fact! Hulio's Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great Grand Papi was the very first person to ever entertain the thought of bedding and loving someone outside his race (he was a Hylian, she was a Fairy), a tradition which proudly carries through Hulio's ancestry to this very day. He is also aware however that his family did so due to increasingly deviant sexual fetishes but he doesn't judge. Though he does find it creepy when his cat-Minish of a mother gets that lustful look in her eyes when she serves fish for dinner. Hulio's father and mother met in a way that is not exactly typical, she had been fishing for food near lake Hylia when she ended up fishing up his father completely by accident. She was about to eat him when he woke up, thought she was cute (his father was the child of a Zora and Goron so he wasn't partial to getting freaky either) and kissed her. His forwardness cemented their relationship and a few years later they ended up having baby Hulio. They were rather mystified at why he ended up human but loved him all the same.
However life isn't always as good as advertised. When Hulio was still just a baby, a few drunk humans stumbled into his area and were disgusted at the relationship his parents had. They beat up his father and then tied down his mother, about to rape her as a sick joke and warning to his father. His father did not take this very well and promptly went ballistic, killing his mother's attackers. However it was 10 to 1 and although his father killed every one of his attackers he had sustained too many wounds and died in the process. As he lay on the ground, slowly bleeding out he asked to hold Hulio one last time. With all the strength he had left, he kissed his son on his forehead and whispered goodbye with his last words being "Love is infinite... it will make you strong... it will break whatever holds you back... even if I'm not here, I will always love you my little angel...", words that Hulio still remembers.
Life was tougher for Hulio since then. His mother worked hard as a single parent to raise him, becoming a fishmonger with her incredible fishing skills (and the help of Hulio's father having shown her the best spots before). She showered all her love on him and took him fishing often, but when Hulio met other children he found that not everyone was as nice as his mother. The other children shunned him, called him a freak and asked him why a Zora and Minish had come together, let alone produced a human child. Hulio could only say it was love, but that didn't stop the teasing and bullying. However from a young age Hulio learnt not to take shit from anybody, asking his mother what he should do about the mean kids. She replied “Rip their calajos out through their gilipollas!!!” which Hulio promptly did. Somehow.
Suffice to say, no one ever bullied Hulio again.
Now as Hulio grew up, he knew what he wanted to do. His mother had told him the story of his father's death and Hulio felt ashamed that he was similar to his father's killers at all. He wanted to live his life beating the ever loving shit out of pendejos, as per his words. The weird thing is that after the age of 15... Hulio remembers nothing. Hulio woke up one day a year ago and realized that he couldn't recall the day to day events of the last 10 years. He chalked it up to none of it really mattering, but what surprised him at first was that he had met Johnson. It took him a bit to remember that Johnson was his partner, but when he heard that they had been partners for ten years, Hulio got a tiny bit suspicious. He asked Johnson what they had done over the past 10 years. Johnson could remember what he had done, but mysteriously could never recall Hulio's involvement.
Hulio assumed that Johnson was just an idiot.
Hulio has spent his last year until recently as a freelance mercenary/assassin of sorts. Somewhere down the line he picked up a hatred of demons to complement his hatred of evil people and acted like something of an angel of death for local people. If people were bullied by a local gang, the gang leader would usually have his head turned to giblets. If there was a drug cartel near by, the dealers would usually find themselves with violently compacted genitals and their entire product destroyed. Hulio's mama is proud now because Hulio has recently gotten himself a much more official job as a member of the Sentinels. He ended up meeting Rwaht, the Sentinel's leader when news had gotten out of a prostitution ring popping up somewhere in Hyrule Castle Town that revolved around kidnapping girls from around the world and then over the past 50 years having their hybrid children fathered by the clients also join the business. Hulio had sneaked in as a client, then promptly begun shooting up the place. By the time Rwaht had gotten there he had found several very frightened girls hiding in the back watching Hulio turn the ring leader's head to mush while screaming some rather iconic words.
