PERSONALITY,
Bennan has lived a pampered lifestyle since he was born and that clearly shows through his mannerisms and quirks. Like any spoiled brat, Brennan complains--nearly constantly, as often he'll grumble to himself just to keep the incessant chatter going. He doesn't favor a lot of hard work nor getting dirty or anything a commoner would do.
That's not to say his life has been all rainbows and sunshine with mummy and daddy showering him with love and adoration. In fact, his parents were extremely strict (and dearest mummy still is), leaving the poor man scarred and often fearful (she's really not a pleasant woman). He's always the polite rich gentleman one would expect for fear his mother will hear otherwise. He's always on his best behavior. His shoes are always shined, his smile is constant, and he is never, ever rude. He is the perfect little rich boy.
At least, he would like you to think so.
Buried under all the pleasantries and all the protocol is a young man that hates knowing how to dance and all the little tedious details of etiquette. A boy that wants to be normal, who wants to laugh and talk about crude subjects and date any girl he wants. It takes a great deal of trust for Brennan to reveal this side of him, to let the wall of wealth drop. It's never easy for Brennan to show the world he isn't the snooty rich he was meant to be, but rather just like anyone else, with the same hopes and dreams.
But Brennan is a man and human at that. His anger often gets the best of him, as do most of his emotions. He wears them on his sleeves shamelessly, no matter how much his mother complains he should keep his composure. His temper is relentless when he lets it go and he always does something stupid he'll regret later--like break a priceless vase or speak honestly for once. It takes a great amount of effort to bring him down from his latest tantrum, a burden few care to bear.
APPEARANCE,
Imagine the usual stereotype for the rich and famous and you have Brennan planted in your brain. Fair skin, fair hair, brilliant oceanic eyes, and fabulous clothes. It's hard to see who he really is buried under so much obvious wealth, but it takes a closer look to see the tiny mistakes underneath.
Brennan has a pretty crop of blonde hair, often poised so perfectly and so shiny that it's the first thing anyone notices. The straight locks fall around his face neatly, each strand painfully placed in the perfect spots. His bangs sweep just above his big blue eyes and his hair is always neat. His mother picks out the style and has instructed him how to do it, so it's no wonder the imagery is so immaculate.
His face is no different than his hair--perfect, pale, with all the right features. His mother would have nothing less. His face is thin and strong and very pale. Fair, like nearly all the rich, with pretty blue eyes to add to the effect. High cheekbones and a straight nose only add to his handsome appearance and, of course, full sensual lips finish the look.
He's always been tall with a skinny, lanky build. It's no wonder he's such a klutz despite all the grace dearest mummy drilled into him. With long stick legs and long wire arms he's always falling or tripping and ruining his perfect image in one fell swoop. But to hide his lack of muscles and the toned, perfect body he should have, he masks it with fine clothes. Silk jackets with big gold buttons or slacks made of the finest material or shoes that gleam so brightly they could blind a passer-by are all things he could, and would, wear. His goal is to impress and look perfect--such high standards his mother taught him since he was a little boy--but even a perfect appearance can't hide all the flaws he bears.
WEAPONS,
Because Brennan is mostly a healer, he only carries around one tiny weapon: a simple dagger. He often hides it in his pretty silk jackets in a special pocket and the dagger is only used in the most dire cases.
ITEMS,
None, so far.
ABILITIES,
Brennan is a healer and a good one at that. He has no magic he can use in his own defense, but perhaps that's why he is so skilled in helping others, rather than himself.
CURE Heals nearly all minor wounds and can only help major wounds, often stopping the bleeding on large, overwhelming injuries but nothing more.
Active for 1 post.
Cool down is 3 posts.
PROTECT A spell that decreases physical damage done to the person the spell is cast upon. Brennan is able to cast protect one three people at once, but the more people who wear it the thinner the magic becomes. If three people wear Protect then the spell is considerably weaker, almost to the point of being useless. Protect does not guard against damage done by magic.

RACIAL ABILITIES,
ESUNA Heals most ailments like poisons and sicknesses. It can even cure magical ailments such as silence, blind, mini, etc.

HISTORY,
Brennan was born into a long line of wealthy blue bloods. The kind of family that has always had money for as long as anyone can remember. The Gallaghers were rich, pompous, and elegantly perfect on the outside, but on the inside things were much, much different.
It would be assumed that Brennan was born into a lavish lifestyle without a care in the world. That he got whatever he wanted, when he wanted it, how he wanted it. That Brennan lived the life of any other snooty rich kid.
But you would be wrong.
His parents were not kind. They were not understanding. They did not give him whatever he wanted, even though they could. They were strict, cold, and mean--only beaming their pearly white teeth for strangers or other rich folk like themselves. Brennan never really had a childhood. He was forced to grow up at once for his mother had no patience for silly "childish" things like toys and games. There were countless rules in their household, which would be taped to his walls, so that every morning he could look at them one more time.
Though Brennan showed an aptitude for magic at a very early age, his mother thought it was "impractical". His dreams to become a doctor were ignored as was he most of the time. His mother had one goal for her only son: for him to keep the Gallagher family proud. Unfortunately, his parents were impossible to impress.
As a child he was enrolled in many different schools. A military school (where he got beat up constantly and showed no skill), an arts skill (where he was too nervous and shy to really bloom), a boarding school (again, he got beat up and slept through many of his lessons), and so many others he can hardly name now.
His mother and father were furious. A useless son, they called him, sneering their lips with disappointment. Brennan had a private tutor from then on to learn all his basics, but never did his parents embrace his true talent: healing magic.
He grew up in a dreary world. A world punctuated by rules and proper etiquette, balls with endless dancing, fine food that tasted bitter and bland. A world he didn't want, but was forced to embrace.
When he turned eighteen his parents promptly kicked him out of their grand home. His mother told him, precisely as she always did, that he had to make his parents proud--find a way to impress them and only then would he inherit their great fortune. Otherwise he would be disinherited from the life he loathed.
Brennan knew only money and was frantic to be on his own, in the real world where others were not as rich and blessed as he was. He found a boring, listless job as a secretary at the palace. This warmed his mother, who was always bragging to her friends that her son, who had disappointed her so much before, worked at the palace. She didn't know he never saw any royalty or that his job was stuffing envelops and sealing them with red wax and she didn't have to.
And now Brennan struggles to find a way to please his parents while staying in their iron grasp. Maybe, one day, he'll find himself too.
