APPEARANCE,
Kulau is a blue-skinned Zora. His fins, much like Zora Link's, have been fashioned to function as blades. He is a very tall but thin Zora, and by Zora standards is handsome and a good swimmer. His attire when not on the job is a simple pair of trunks. He tries to keep himself in shape by swimming often, often with the guard.
As for when he is on the job, he dons the traditional noble attire of his own noble family: a long blue cape adorned with valuable shells, and he wears a much fancier pair of pants to fit in better, and a human-like formal shirt bearing the seal of the Royal Family of the Zoras.
WEAPONS,
He carries no additional weapons, as he fights with his finblades.
ITEMS,
Normally very little, although he will bring area appropriate items: a grappling hook in the mountains, hydration on the rare occasion he ventures far out.
SHOP ITEM: Bomb [1].
Explosive devices, can be used to open blocked pathways or deal moderate damage to foes.
ABILITIES,
Fog Cloud: This generates an obscuring fog used to escape hairy situations. The fog is generated for 1 post, then dissipates like a regular fog after a few rounds, depending on the surroundings.
Cooldown: 3 posts
Water Cloak: This allows Kulau to maneuver undetected through water. While he is submerged, he cannot be seen by any conventional means. Lasts for 2 posts.
Cooldown: 4 posts
RACIAL ABILITIES,
Water Dweller: Generates electric shield, damages all enemies in range, extended range in water. Those damaged lose 1 action next round.
Cooldown: 5 posts.
HISTORY,Kulau was hatched the son of a warrior. He was to be trained like his father, but his lean figure proved unfit for a warrior's path. Instead, he used his sharp tongue and sharper looks to take up the task of diplomacy. After training to both control his xenophobia and not be as much of an unsympathetic jerk, he eventually reached the title of ambassador. While still relatively new to the position, he has shown exceptional prowess. Being the son of a warrior, he can defend himself adequately against many of Hyrule's monsters, which reduces the need for a guard contingent. However, he is still not a perfect ambassador, and has made comments he wishes he could take back, especially with the Gerudo. He frequently blames the dry air there for the outburst, but those close to him know better. Despite all that, he has shown an ability to recover. His brothers are warriors, and his sisters assist the Queen herself. He is happy doing that job, even if he must sometimes communicate with those he does not like much. He wishes to uphold the honor of his family and the Zora Royal Family more than anything else.
