In the early days of his youth Wiseman was known to those around him as a man with a good sense of right and wrong.This led him to persue a career in law to see that those who did evil were punished sufficently for it. After obtaining his education and proceeding into the courts he became a successful prosecutor. However its said that the number of times criminals got away with minimal sentences or even all together began to erode at his belief in the human justice system. When he too was taken as a victim of this by one of the very criminals he had sought to put away, the fragile parts of his moral code that remained shattered.
Seeing the body of his wife and child laid bare at his feet, Wiseman became a force of justice and revenge. Murdering the man and taking vengeance himself. It was after his own imprisonment however that his mind began to degrade further. Pressing him into becoming the thing that he had once so zealously hunted.
APPEARANCE,Its hard to say just what Wiseman looks like nowadays. On the day of his release from prison, Wiseman would strike a person as a man of complete averages. Average height. Average build. Short brown hair. Brown eyes. In truth this totally unspectacular appearance has probably aided in his career as a killer. Not standing out in any kind of crowd allows him to blend in far more easily, a sort of social camoflague. Those who have ever caught a glimpse of the macarbe puppet master and lived to tell the tale. Have spoken of a man of regular height sporting a long frayed cloak and cowl. Appearing like something out of the black age plague stories.
However, these glimpses of his true self are rare and far between. Most of the time when anyone ever " sees" Wiseman. They would see his puppets and assume that this was in fact what he looked like. The Male puppet, his first victim. The person that murdered his wife and child. Appears as a lavishly handsome man in his early twenties dressed in what would appear to be early Victorian attire including a cane. This puppet stands at roughly 6'3 and is built to a slightly lower standard than an athlete. The second puppet, appears to be a female. A once renowned woman who charges money for special services, turned lifeless marionette. Dressed in a similar manner to the male. But sporting an umbrella rather than a cane.

Slot 1:Male Puppet( Magical Weapon)
The Puppets that wiseman makes are part organic. Using flesh and skin from his victims harnessed onto a metal puppet exoskeleton. Whilst they appear to be human for the most part, they will display some slight differences. Mostly the tone of the skin. And the temp of their bodies. In the male puppet, he seems be be built for strength and surprise. His canesword is coated in a poison which would begin to numb the opponent for 3 posts. ( Opponent loses an action slot for 3 turns, only able to perform one action)
Slot 2:Female Puppet (Magical Weapon)
The Puppets that wiseman makes are part organic. Using flesh and skin from his victims harnessed onto a metal puppet exoskeleton. Whilst they appear to be human for the most part, they will display some slight differences. Mostly the tone of the skin. And the temp of their bodies. In the female puppet, she seems to be built for speed and seduction. Whilst the male puppet's " flaws" appear to be more obvious. This puppet appears almost completely human. Her kiss has the same poisonous effect as the Male's cane sword, to numb the body for 3 turns. ( Only works once per rp, same as above)
Slot 3: ( Non Upgradeable) Puppet Craft
In the Black Grimoire, Wiseman found many techniques. Most beyond his ability. However one in particular caught his eye. The ability to craft puppets and control them magically from the bodies of the dead. Wiseman knew that to deal out his version of justice. He would need to be anonymous. Thus gathering the corpses of his first two victims. He would proceed to craft his first living puppets. With this ability. Wiseman is capable of both crafting new puppets from new victims. And controlling his existing puppets from a distance.
However whilst he's controlling his puppets. His actual body will be stationary. The best way to describe his control of the puppets is a sort of possession technique.

Humans are, above all else, adaptable. They are not exceptional physically or magically, but they’re naturally able at both; this manifests itself as an additional Magic Slot, which can be used for either an ability, item, weapon, in the typical way that a Magic Slot would be used. However, this Magic Slot can never be upgraded.
HISTORY,
As a young man Wiseman was raised in a rather wealthy family. His father was a judge and his mother a lawyer. So a harsh pressed knowledge of the law was placed into him at an early age. Rather than grow to resent this however Wiseman embraced it. And as he grew up much like his parents he showed a great apptitude for the legal process. As a young man he went on to study law at a higher level, obtaining his degree and becoming a prosecutor for the crown court. Over five years, Wiseman was a central player in many cases, be it as petty as theft to as extreme as murder and rape. He became known for his almost ruthless pursuit of justice for the victims and their families. And it was this ruthlessness that would be his downfall.
At the age of 24, Wiseman took a bride. Within 2 years she had fallen pregnant and they had a boy. And with Wiseman now a leading prosecutor in one of the most dramatic cases of the past decade. It looked like it was to be a turning point for the family. If he got a favourable verdict. It would look good on his books. And some of the higher nobility might decide to turn their eyes his way. Unfortunatly however it was not those from above that turned their eyes to him, rather the criminal underworld's contacts for the defendant. After returning home from court one day. Wiseman would find his wife and child flayed in their home. Driven mad by grief and anger. He was forced to pull out of the trial. With his chance for greatness come and gone. His career went down the tubes. Not that he had much drive for it anymore. Now Wiseman sought another kind of justice. That which could only come from the sins of evil being washed away in blood.
To put it short. Wiseman tracked down the man responsible. And murdered him. It was a clumbsy murder. Easily found by the town guards. Wiseman arrested. He was looked kindly upon due to his years of civil service and because the murder was looked upon as justified. He got 3 years in prison. During which time, living among the scum that he had helped put behind bars. He realised that caging those who did wrong only in fact made them worse. And after being freed set out to fix this problem. During his stay in jail. His parents had died, rumour had it that grief and shame had driven them to early graves. What happened next isn't really clear. Wiseman inherited his parents property, and in this time somehow acquired the item known only as the Black Grimoire. Which from within, over the span of 2 years he learned and mastered the arts of Puppet Craft.
Digging up the corpse of his first victim, the murderer of his family. He bound the rotting flesh to the metal skeleton he had prepared. And with a ritual, restored the flesh to an almost life like state. From the point of crafting his first puppet he then set out to destroy those who he saw as a blight on society. For, it would not be at his hands that they died. But at the hands one those who were already damned. Hands that he had crafted into his tools of unsatisfied justice.
