After his bit of fun, he quickly rushed up to the domain, put on his noble's regalia, and made his way quickly to Hyrule Castle. He knew he could cover more ground quicker in the water, though he hated to meet with a ruler like Zelda soaking wet. However, there was little time, as he wanted to relay this information while it was still fresh in his mind.
Taking the Lake's river's as close to Hyrule Castle, he hustled down the field road and entered Castle town. Then, pushing through the crowds, he reached the guards, who stopped him at the gate. He greeted them with a slight bow.
"Greetings guardsmen. I come bearing urgent information regarding the pirates. I must deliver this to her majesty Princess Zelda posthaste." One of the guards nodded and led him through the walls to the heart of the castle. However, he was having considerable trouble keeping up with Kulau's quickened pace.
As he went through the doors, he eventually reached the throne room. Entering the throne room, he took a knee, still dripping slightly on the carpet.
"Your Majesty, I apologize for the sudden meeting, but certain pertinent information has come to my attention and as Princess of Hyrule you deserve to know what it going on."
(OOC: I made a couple of assumptions, please let me know if I need to alter anything.)

Recieving supplicants was a biweekly occurrence for Zelda; it was important that she knew the troubles of her people, and she could only spend so much time going out to gather the information herself. Besides, it was often the case that people found they could come to a princess with more important troubles than those they could share with a mere girl.
At the end of a long session, Zelda stood from the throne and hid a subtle yawn behind a gloved hand; after making a few small movements to stretch slightly, she turned to depart for the library, but was interrupted by a sudden arrival.
"Ambassador Kulau?" It took a moment for Zelda to indentify the Zora, but once she did, her brow furrowed slightly. "It is not an issue, Ambassador. Please, tell me what has happened."

Kulau, still breathing heavily, stood up strong and gave her a thankful bow.
"Thank you, your majesty. I have recently obtained valuable information relating to the identity of the Pirate Captain who has been terrorizing Oceania Hyrule. While this information has yet to be proven reliable, having a lead at this stage is most fortuitous." He spoke quickly, and needed to take a deep breath before continuing.
"I recently came into contact with a Gerudo who alledged that the identity of the Gerudo King is the very same as the identity of the Pirate Captain." He paused for a moment, allowing her to digest the information. Obviously the testimony of a pissed off Gerudo wasn't exactly substantial evidence, but it was the first big lead anyone had for a long time about this enigmatic figure.
