Flying Armored Turtle? (Open)

[Jin Reno]

Ruma had gone off somewhere to do something for someone she spitefully talked about, and Jin, simply put, was bored out of his mind. He didn't know who had control over his collar, but Ruma told him he was allowed to wonder around the Fortress, but leaving was forbidden.

So he armored up, his body fully covered from head to toe in the tan and orange armor, his tail sliding on the ground behind him and his vest-jacket still appearing over the armor. He had mostly recovered from his spar with Merik, but he had nothing to do right now. No adventures, no Ruma time, no sparring time.

With his clawshot in hand and his body protected pretty soundly, Jin carefully climbed up a tall building and looked around before jumping off, gliding as gracefully as a rock thrown as hard as one could. With the ground rapidly rising to say hello, Jin turned in the air a bit, aimed the clawshot and fired it off, feeling the entire thing shiver a bit as it latched on to the side of a wooden building.

It pulled him along the path and when he arrived at his destination, he braced himself and hung off the side of the wall, about 15 feet in the air, not noticing the set of eyes upon him. "I need something to do today..." He said with a sigh.

Kotone was outside sparing with 15 other gerudo females. It started off training however there was a disagreement in the group. Of course like any gerudo the only way to stop a disagreement is to fight it out. Well that what this group was doing as they had a disagreement with Kotone. There was no real weapon but only weapon was a wooden poles and wood swords for training however they still hurt bad. Kotone was able to hold herself off rather easy. Not only the fact the girls were still training but the fact Kotone knew hot to fight.

Kotone moved threw the group with a fluid motivation like the water dodging their foolish attack on her and knocking them on their feet, on the back of the neck, hitting the back of the knees, hitting them hard in the belly or right over the heads. She stop at the last one with the pole right at the young gerudo's neck. Her golden eyes hard and cold as the young one drop her training weapon as all bow to Kotone. They said sorry at once as Kotne tap her training pole on the sandy grounds a couple of times then slid it to the north. The group stood up and nods and headed off back inside.

The group was getting clean up and going inside to eat as they knew what Kotone said with out looking at her lips. As soon they went inside Kotone pulled up the training pole and went swinging violently in the air if attacking someone she hates or trying to kill. It was clearly seen she was upset as she stab the pole in the ground hard as she let out a sigh as she lead on it. She was upset with herself still for burning her flute as she can't play music she hears anymore. She can't tell Merik or he be upset too.

Looking down, Jin saw a small kitten looking at him from the streets and decided to ignore it for now, and with a jump, he was sent sailing through the air for a little bit, no real idea about where he was going. However, he saw the Training area approaching, and with a few more hookshots around, he landed on the top and looked in.

He managed to catch the tail end of Ruma's sparring session with some other Gerudo woman, and simply, it looked amazing. However, it seemed as if she wasn't done, and he watched as she seemed to attack the air with a lot of anger. He couldn't help but wonder what was going on with one of his new friends, so he jumped down from the top of the area and landed, the sand getting kicked up from his impact.

Getting to his feet, he waved over at her, his form hidden fully in the magic armor, but he hoped she knew who he was still. "Hey Kotone, you doing alright?" He asked, watching her.

Ktoone had pulled out the training pole and swing around as she was going to attack who ever it was that just made that sound. However she stop as she heard Jin's voice. She turn to see a guy in duck out armor as she goes and hit him anyway under the legs to make him fall of course. She looked at the pole as she broke it doing so and toss it aside then looked at Jin. 'What with... the deck out armor?' She lipped to him as she bend down to look at it better.

'Sorry... was upset. My flute go burned when I was on my day off' she explain to him as she sighed. 'I did pick up a cute Zora slave but still...' She said as she rubs her neck and looked at him. 'Oh mind training the guy when you can get a chance? He very slow and dumb' she explain a bit more but she was still upset about her flute. She can't play music anymore now. Plus it meant something dear to her.

The stick just broke against Jin's armor, but he didn't fall. In fact, he blinked at Kotone due to the random attack and rubbed his head. "Huh... well... its Lisa's newest upgrade. Full body armor, protects me very well and keeps me from getting hurt as well. In fact, I didn't even feel that attack right there." Jin said, before watched as she spoke about the flute.

"What? Why did it get burned? You need to be a bit more careful. As for the zora slave... um... thats.. nice? I guess." He said, a little saddened for another person becoming a slave. "I'll train him a bit if thats what you want. So have you gotten a new flute yet?" Jin asked, looking at Kotone, his tail moving a bit.

Kotone circle around the armor as she looked back at him then point to the tail and looked at him funny. It was armor yet the tail moved it was a bit creepy for her point of view. However she figure something happen to his... pet thing. So it grew up more now he has more armor one. Good for him but she not carrying him again. She hate to see how much he weights now with it on. As last time was not a cake walk.

She shrugs as she did not know how it got in to the pit fire. 'I don't know...Either I thought it was a branch or the dumb zora did it. I don't know...' she lipped as she was still upset as she was more upset with herself. She did not think the Zora did it or he be dead if she did think that way. she gave him a smile as she nods. 'Thanks I figure I use the zora to keep ships finding the pirate city like you did' she said exampling why she has the zora slave now. As it was a good idea any how that and the Zora was HOT.

She shook her head as she sighed. she had not yet got a new flute as she did not know where to get one or how to make one. She got that flute from either Merik or her mother she can't remember as it been so long. Either way it was a childhood memory that been burn up now. She can't play her wonderful music anymore and oddly she can't seem to hear any music anymore. She think its just because she upset over the events that had happen.

As she circled him, Jin kept his eyes on her, making sure to follow her lips in case she just so happened to speak again, or lip her thoughts. She seemed a little unsure about his new appearance, but he could only chuckle and just wait to see what she was planning on doing about the situation.

It was when she mentioned the fate of the flute that Jin rubbed the back of his neck before nodding his head and moving in front of Kotone. "I know what we'll do! Let just go and find you a new one, one that is better then the other one!" Jin said, excited about the thoughts of adventure once more.

'New flute?' she question him as he knew where flutes are made how he knew someone that made them. Either way it sounded find she just borrow Jin form her sister. She won't mind as long she brings him back. She just hope he was not going to travel with that goofy armor on. She looked around and nodded to him as she smiled.

'Sure let go get one... So where to?' she lipped to him as she had no idea. She did not know if she be needing her cloak or be needing to sneak around at night to break in to a store. Heck she never done shopping before only stealing. The life of a desert thief and ocean pirate.

"Yeah, a new flute. I am sure there are some stores around here that sell instruments, after all, every culture enjoys music and I doubt that a race of Pirates and Thieves wouldn't have some instruments around here." Jin said, nodding his head and walking over to the exit before turning back around.

"What do you say? Shall we go and find you a new toy or should we just let you mope around here all day taking your anger out on your family?" Jin asked with a hidden smile.

'Stores? There no stores here" she lipped as she follow him. She sighed at him as s he seem to be all in to this. It was really funny seeing him wanting to help her get a new flute for herself. However it was also nice since she really did love music. It had been dull with out it. Her research stop because of it and unable to go on with out a flute. It be like taking Ruma's odd helmet away form her. 'More like... cousin... of cousin but tribe is better word for it' she lipped once more.

"You really want to make this difficult... well, since there are no stores lets just go around and search everywhere." Jin said, nodding his head a bit. "Your Tribe is still a group of thieves I am sure somewhere here someone has an instrument that you can take." He added, using the clawshot to get to a platform a little higher up then Kotone.

"Come on, if we don't even try to look, then you might as well give up being a researcher." Jin said, as if he had just challenged her. "You still going to refuse, or are we going to get your grove back?" He asked, his hand held out to her.

Kotone eyes widen as she heard what he said about her people and she did not take it as a good thing. Her people to her were cursed people outcast by the rest of the world to live out in the hardest, hottest lands for punishment. They were not thieves they are surviving.

She paused and looked at him as he called her a researcher. No she more of a history then a researcher as that was Ruma. She did not make new information but looked up old history. However she ran up a wall then grab hold of the edge and flip herself up where Jin was. She stood there with her arms cross as she shook her head. 'There a reason why Gerudo never used Hoot shoots' she lipped to him with a smirk. The goes and kick him behind the knee where there is a gap in the armor to make him fall to his knee. 'And we not thieves.... we just living' She lipped to him trying to get a point across to him.

Luckily for Jin, his armor had no gaps and the kick to the back of the knee wasn't felt. "Well you are more agile then I am... but being a thief isn't a bad thing." He added, before using the clawshot to head up to a higher spot and stand there, looking around. "So Kotone, do you often hear music being played here or is it something a little more rare?" Jin asked as he looked back to the Gerudo woman.

"Also, my armor has no weak-spots, openings, or anything of that sort. I am pretty much sealed within this, so I would suggest you stop trying to knock me down." He said with a hidden smirk.
