The Beginning of Something More

It was mid day by the time Kazu had finally found land in a form of a island, not that he needed it other then finding out just where he was. It was his own fault for the situation he was now it as he had chosen to take a dive from the trade ship he was working on. His only guess was that he had remain underwater much longer then he had first thought as he return to the surface the ship was nowhere to be seen. Pulling himself up on the rock along the ocean Kazu began to think what he should do next as finding the trade ship was now next to impossible. However his mind would soon forces on something each as he heard sounds and a scent in the air. The sounds was without a doubt a person and the smell seemed of something cooking perhaps. Picking ups his bag and short sword Kazu was began walking the rock toward the sound, but trying his best to watch his steps as well as holding his tail up to keep it from making sounds, after all you never know who or what you might find it this world. As he approach where he believed the sounds was coming from he found what appear to be a camp fire, but nothing more. The smell the smelt appeared to be fish that's had been placed next to the fire to roast. Thinking now with his stomach rather his brain he leap from the rock and made his way to the fire, taking one more look around he smiled a bit as he set his bag and sword down then reached to picked up a fish and began eating it. Sit cross leg with his tail wrapped around resting his his lap as he ate.

This guy was one of the most unluckiest guy ever as this was Kotone's camp site. She was out well doing her normal thing. Researching ruins and information she got from locals in this area, plotting to kill the Queen bug, getting a break from reports and her sister. So yeah it was a bit better then normal. She been working all day on a statue of an owl and studying it. She gotten hungry and went fishing and started a fire but she went to the... lady's room not to far form the camp site.

As she return she slow down and almost came to a stop as someone was at her camp site and eating her fish. she went in to her stealth mode as she quietly made her way around the site and slowly behind the guy. She stood there for some time to see what eh was doing at her site. He was a very good looking Zora that she ever seen. He might of been mixed blood but she can't tell as he just looked so hot.

She shook her head as she gave a cough giving away that she was behind him. Then she hit him hard across the head with her hand. There was no way a zora was going to get away with eating her fish and getting in to her camp site like that. Plus Zora know better then come in to Pirate area. They be wishing for death or slavery from the gerudo females.

As the young Zora sat eating his meal he couldn't stop the worrisome thoughts in the back of his head. Now with food in his stomach his brain seemed to began to work as it should stopping his hand from reaching for more as the thought that's this was no doubt someone camp site and he had just helped himself to another food, a big no no in the world. The troubling thought as proven truth as felt as if someone was standing behind him just as the heard a cough from behind. Freezing in spot he would slowly turn to see who it was only to be met with a hard fist across his head then the taste of sand as his head hit the ground. Quickly rolling away he would put some distance between him and the attacker, only to be both surprise and shock to see a woman standing there.

"A Gerudo?!" he would say as he looked over the woman before him. A worrying look would soon wash over him as he stare forward as he had heard of story's about this race of warriors. Rubbing his head it seemed the story's was true as the Gerudo woman's was just as strong as they was lovely, a very dangerous combo indeed. Trying to think of his next step was anything but easy as a straight forward fight he was sure to be a dead man and running might end with a blade in his back so he chose the only thing left: Talking. "I'm guessing those fish was yours..." he would say to the Red hair beauty as placed on a friendly smiled "I'm sorry for just eating them without asking. Please let me make it up to you somehow. Hmm about it" He ask with a weak smile as hoped this day would not end in Shark fin soup.

Kotone looked at him as he roll out of the way as she pull out her pole arm dagger to her side as she looked at him. She looked back at the fire to see he ate her food and the last one too. She let out a long sigh as she was hungry after all and this zora ate it. She looked at him seeing he was not running away which was dumb not to do. He might of gotten away from her if he would start running to the ocean. However he seem to be trying to say sorry to her. A fool of course but its not like she can tell him.

In her mind she thought of a couple of things one eat him , kill him, or in slave him. In truth she was really hungry and eating him sounded good. Killing him would make her happy but not bring her food back and the last one well. She like it the guy was hot thought not to smart at all but he was smart. She see if he was strong now but either way she knew what she was going to do to him. She lung forward with dagger out trying to get his arms or legs with her weapon. Then spin it around to try knock him in the side with the pole part.

Slowly sliding a foot back with each passing seconds Kazu could feel the cold sweat rolling down his White chest and gray back. It was becoming painfully obvious that's his words was not going to be of much use here as she pulled her weapon from her side and giving a large sigh. Standing still now before the woman Kazu began his new plan, the back up plan if you would like to call it that. Seeing as steel would be much more useful then words he reached out behind him with his tail using his body as a shield to block his tail movement.

He needed to act now as he knew there was only two options that's awaited him: first was death and maybe being... eaten, and then there was the outcome was enslavement, which might not be to bad when compare to death that is. But sadly his thoughts was correct when the Beauty lunged at him with her dagger giving him very little time to move. But thankfully he was somewhat ready as his tail tensed as it catapulted something up over his head: the something being his short sword that he had left with his bag at the edge of the camp. Quickly drawing it and placing it between himself and the cold steel that was meant for his arm he would hold his grounds as he looked for a time where might could run. However his lacks of training would be apparent as the second attack would make contact with his side knocking him to the ground.

Kotone saw the hot zora back up in fear then block her attack. This guy was dumb and uneducated. His skill in fighting was lot and lacking a whole lot. She had knocked him on to the ground as she place her foot on his back and her blade down int eh ground by his neck. Mainly telling him if he moved he was dead. She bent down and started to tie him up. She tried up his hands, feet and tail as there was no way he was getting out of this.

After she was done tieing him up she goes and get a fishing pole from the side of her tent. She headed back to get some food for herself. She was not worried about the guy getting away or anything. She only wen fishing gone for hour or so and came back as she started to gut and cook the fish over the fire. She looked over at him once more as she wonder what she was going to do with him. Sure can give him to one of her fellow gerudo as a slave to them however he was to hot to give away like that no matter how weak and uneducated he was.

No she figure she keep him around her as she have to do some training of her own. Then she remember about Jin her sister's slave maybe he cane help her train this guy. He needed more education and he was a very smart guy as well as a great fighter. She would have to stop by her sister's room to get a collar but she figure it work out well. She looked at the fish as she took out one and looked at it. She blew on it before taking a bite out of it. She lean back looking at the sky.

Faster and easier then Kazu count to three he found himself now down and even hog tied on the ground. This Gerudo had even made sure to tie his tail up, something most would forget. While tossing and turning on the ground Kazu went to work trying his damnest the free himself from this predicament he had now found himself in as the Hot Gerudo seemed to have decided to go and fish for more food. It would be the prefect time for him to make his escape or so he thought. But after a hour of trying he had only made a complete circle around the camp by the time the Gerudo had return and made her second dinner.

Tossing and rolling himself he soon rolled himself back over to the fire only to land and become trapped on his back, looking at the woman from the ground. With nothing but time on his hand now being trapped his green eyes moved over his trapper as his curiosity was now coming to the surface. For this was the first time he had ever seen one so close and truly she was a thing of beauty, but try as he might to try to find a bight side of everything in life this was one of the dark times. So from his spot on the ground he would speck "What...What do you plan to do with me?..."

Kotone heard him talk as her golden eyes looked down at him. She smirk a bit as he was cover in sand from rolling around all over the place trying to get free form her ropes. It was a funny site but she did not laugh. She just ate a bit more off the fish then pointed the fish bone on the stick at him. Her mouth moved under her purple veil but no sound came from her. 'Slavery'

It was a simple word as if he did not please her she just kill him it was that easy. She figure he be her to go slave if she want something he get it for her however she still want him strong. So he be needing training and some education. If nothing else she break him to the point he do anything for her with out question then it get really fun.

Breathing heavily from his "work out" on the ground Kazu watched and waited for a answers to his question. Slinging his head from left to right he would try to remove the strands of blue hair from his face so he see. But his green eyes would soon lock with the golden eyes of the gerudo then moved down to her lips hidden behind a purple veil. She did not speck but still said the work: The word of Slavery! Those green eyes of his would grow wide at this just before his head would fall into the sand. He no long tired to fight the ropes as they had not gave a inch and more struggling would be a waste of energy. It would appear he was destine for the lesser of two evil. What would he face now... now all because of a cooked fish. "What a funny and crude world this it!" he said as he rolled over and stared at the sky, his last bit of freedom!

Kotone did not feel any pity to him as their people and her people been fighting over the ocean for a very long time. It was just the fact and she goes by them like normal. As her king wanted the ocean and the desert for his people only. Well and pirates and anyone or allies with him. But still any other people like his zora was either killed or taken in for salivary. Which this one was as he seem to stop moving and pity his self.

She rolled her eyes a bit ad she grab the second fish and blew on it. She took a bite as and back away from it as she waved her hand in front of her mouth. It was still to hot but she was unable to yell or say it was hot. She shook her head and blew on the fish from more as she did not want to get burn again from eating it.

It's seemed the story was true about the gerudo and zora fighting over the sea. A long drawn out war that was never truly a war to began with as both sides wanted something that was free to all. "Such a foolish thing. Fighting over something so big!" said more to himself as he watched the Woman: his new Master! She had said a word to him even if he was a prisoner he found it odd. Moving closer to the fire those green eyes of his never removing from the golden one above him. Again he watched as something happen which would call for a reaction from most, but no word was release only a motions of that that the fish was hot followed by her blowing on it. What did this mean he wounder as he was not fully the fool most thought him to be. Slowly his sat up now just a few feet away from his so-called "Master" and Asked "Can you... can you not talk?" Sadly subtly was never his strong point.

Kotone blinks as her head to to the Zora as he was staring at her for some time. Of course she been ignoring him for sometime too. However he spoke about her unable to talk. She nods to him as he pointed to her neck then at him. 'Your going to be my new voice' she lip of course she did not know how much he will catch since her viel and well education. Well she really thought he was dumb but it seem he knew some things so he was going to be useful to a point. He still needed training.

It's seemed his questioning was rewarded with a answer rather then the back of the hand he was half expecting. However she neglected or purposely to remove the viel from around her face. This made reading he lips all the more difficult causing Kazu to only catch the tail end of it, but enough to know what she meant. He was to become "Her new voice" is what he had gotten out if her jester. So she really couldn't talk with words, something odd as there was no scars on or around her neck, perhaps it was something from birth...What the Hell was he thinking!

He suddenly yelled inside his head as he shock it as he began fighting the ropes again. Here he was about to become someone slave and he was wondering how they had lost their voice."Come on you stupid rope!" He Mulder to himself as pulled and tossed with the it before falling over breathing heavily, he would lay there for a few seconds before turning back to the hot gerudo "Enjoying the show I hope" he said adding the sarcasm.

Kotone looked at blink as he looked like he felt sorry for her and started to think a bit. However he soon got over that and went to wiggling again. She let out a sigh as she finished up her fish she was eating. He started to curse at the rope but she did not laugh as she found him dull as she seen this before when she hunt down people trying to get in to the desert area. So she was use to this however this was the first time she was going to take someone back alive.

she blinks as she heard him as she looked down at him and looked at him funny. She did not understand as she blinks at him as she let out a yawn. She was getting a little tried from eating fish but she still had a lot of work to do here. However she can't get work down with his new slave about. She sighed as that means she have to cut it short and go back.

Giving up once again after a few minutes of fighting it, he rolled onto his side as he cursed his weakness. Unable to free himself from something as simple as a rope. It's seemed he should have spent more time training then working on ships it seemed, but that's was in the past now. Looking back the red headed woman seemed bored as he yawned as she tossed the fish stick away. In truth he was also growing tired of this as his mind wanted to know what was going to happen next. She said he was to become her new voice: Just what did that mean for him and a even bigger question was where would she be taking him. Taking a deep breathe he would hold it for a bit before releasing it, it was just a feeling he had but he felt it would be a very long time before he was smell the scent of the sea in the air.

Kotone looked at him as he wiggled finally stop however he did not speak anymore. After he finally stop again she whistle as a horse came around the tree lines. Kotone got up and moved about stretching her muscle a bit. Then she reach over and sling the Zora male over her shoulder as she carry him over to the horse and threw him on like a bag. She went and started to gather all her stuff up and loading it on the horse on top of the guy.

She looked around making sure she got everything and then put out the fire. She paused as she felt her side then went in to a panic as she misplace her flute. She got to find her flute it was her favorite and only musical thing she had. She went around looking for it but to the Zora slave she look like she gone nuts or something looking around like she was.

After a sudden whistle Kazu would feel as he body become light and began to fly a few feet from the ground. This would be before he would notices that in fact he was being carry toward to horse before being tossed up on it. He would release a sigh of reflex as it at least seemed he wouldn't be dragged behind the fury beast. But he would let out a small yep as the weight of her camp was felt on his back. Very little each could be done as Kazu laid and waited for the woman, but then something very odd happen. He would watch as the lady checked her side just before seemly going crazy as she looked for something, but what? After a few minute of it Kazu decided to speck up. "Umm need any help?" he asked half hoping to be release from under the weight of her gears.

Kotone kep looking around as she could not find it. She did not think she took it with her when she went and got fish. It had to be around here somewhere. AS soon she heard her slave speak up she looked at him as she wiggles her finger to the side of her face a couple of times and went back to looking for her flute. After some time searching she sat down and let out a sigh as she looked at the warm coals in the fire pit.

she closed her eyes as she can't believe she could not find it. Then her eyes open wide as she looked at the fire pit and saw the dark mostly burn away flute. It seem it was thrown in the fire. Did she do it or her slave? She shook her head as she could not believe it as the only thing from her past when her mother was still loving is burn up like trash. Thought she felt like crying no tears came out. No she have not cried ever not since she took up the job of being merik's body guard. She stood up and got on the horse tapping a bit as they started to ride out of there.

Laying on the back of the horse Kazu could do Little more then watched as be took short breathes of air from his position. The only answer he would receive from the woman would a quick wiggle from her finger as she kelp looking for... Well what ever it was she lost. He watched as she soon stopped as stared at the fire with a painful look as if she lose something truly important. But nothing was said as she return and jumped onto the horse and begin to ride off to who knows where.
