~ ~ You can't live outside of your own willYou're only scared of self-reflectionWhat was this? So many people, so much things around her : the girl tilted her head back and forth, looking around. There was a curiosity alight in those green eyes, even as the girl's frame was shrunk and shy it seemed, to the area around her. Almost guardedly, the girl walked into the town, quivering like a little leaf. But still, bravely, the girl's steps touched concrete, and felt her connection to the earth sever. This man made area was lifeless : it held no buzz of the trees, as she felt a quivering breath. Fear was flooding her, pressing against her mind : the cultural shock of change was breaking her mind more then she cared to admit. People were all around her : taller, and smelling different, smelling not like woods or grass. Even grass would be good right now, as she heard a faint voice in the distance : there existed a tree in this unforgiving place! Without asking herself, Ziva burst into a run, green hair wiping past as she moved through the crowd, agile like a monkey.
Her speed and movement were beautiful and eye catching, as the few passerby that did see her were amazed. It was a beautiful display, as the girl was moving without much thought. Landing in a clear space, she suddenly heard the whiny of a horse, it's shout of terror, and then heard screams. The snap of leather and the groaning of wood, as the girl looked to her side, green eyes seeing the wagon. There was no hesitation, as her hands came forward. With a burst, vines came out of her hands and arms, and sped towards the horse and wagon, wrapping itself around them : inherently a good act, but Ziva had acted because of the animal, not the human. The vines steadied the horse and it's load, as the girl was a few inches from the hooves, before she stood up, her green hair moving slightly. For someone that didn't want to be noticed, she had sure made an impact, as she felt eyes on her. Humans.
Disgusting.
Filthy.
They were nothing but food!
Kill them all!
They were looking at her!
With a quiver, Ziva's steps raced away again, dashing through the crowd, as she wanted to just disappear. But this jungle of steel and stone, this area of strangeness were driving her nuts. She hated it : it lacked life, as the voice of the tree called out to her still. And that's where Ziva was aiming to go, as breaths escaped her tiny body, leaving behind the scene of the near accident, and her accidental heroics : she just wanted to get to that tree, to that beautiful voice, as those strands flew with her movements. She had to get there, she had to feel safe and comfortable. The kokiri hybrid needed that sense of comfort and safety, or else she'd go mad, she'd go insane and something would end up split inside out. The girl had to get there, at least to save her own mind.
No matter who stopped her.

Today was her birthday. Well, it's not like she was even alive to celebrate with her younger brother. It took a bit of restrain not to cry when he went over that one fact in his mind. He walked through the crowds of people, but today, they weren't anything special. Not much of anything was. It was an average town, constructed out of stone, run by stone, and would soon return to stone. His dank white hair trailed behind him in feminine wisps, his dark clothes attracted a few glances, but besides that, Ein no longer had anyone in the world to look after him. The only person who did was gone. Her favorite flower was cradled in his hands, and if she was alive, she'd sure be happy with what he got her. That's why he at least had to pay his respects to her.
Or, well, so he thought.
Suddenly, footsteps. One that stood out more than the others. It wasn't heavy, but it wasn't light either. Somehow, he could hear it though, and the direction it came from. When he turned, they bumped. The pot fell out of his hands, Ein turned to reach, but it was too late. The echo of breaking pottery shattered across his mind. Yet, life didn't stop moving for him.
"Ah.. Big sis' flower.."
Wait, that wasn't important! Did the person he bump into get hurt?
He turned towards the woman with the long green hair, which shockingly looked to him like vines, a hard blazing edge to her eyes. Ein was almost fearful to approach her, but at the same time, she, well, didn't seem like a bad person. In fact, she gave off the same mood his dead older sister did, minus the.. what seemed like panic.
Quickly rushing over, Ein lent a hand.
"Are.. you alright?"

~ ~ You can't live outside of your own willpowerYou're only scared of self-reflectionOf course, in her race, she caused an accident. Twice now, as the girl felt the world crash around her in a flurry of senses : and with a startled cry in her mind, the girl's hand reached for the flower, grabbing it by the stem. People were staring, as someone was there, helping her up : she let herself be lifted up, almost weightless : truly the form of a small child, as she stared at the flower in her hand. It was almost enchanting, as the girl curled her fingers around it, and closed her eyes. But her magic wasn't coming, as she frowned : this flower needed earth, for it was already starting to suffocate. She had to save it : it was her fault that it was suffering, as the girl felt tears fall from her eyes. Reality seemed to settle in, as she saw humans : and one was touching her. The immediate reaction was to lash out and hurt the one touching her, but something stopped her, suddenly and without warning.
''Please! Don't hurt my master!''
The small voice of the flower spoke into Ziva's mind, as her eyes watered once more, and she stared at the one before, most likely staring up, due to her 4'8 stature. ''Please.. take me to a place with ground.. hurry.'' she spoke to the white haired male, her voice coarse, and her mind confused : but the flower, the first sign of true life, was more important. That tree was calling, but it understood the flower's plea. The girl had to ask help from a human : naturally she would be disgusted, but right now, her mind was in panic, was in a strange mode of need : she had to save this beautiful flower, even if she had to cater to human scum. There was no other choice, even if she lost the game to the master. Ziva had to save this one flower.
Because death of nature because of her was too much of a thought to bear.

What was happening all of a sudden?! Well, he didn't need to ascertain everything. The urgency in her voice forced Ein to release his plated white claw in broad daylight. Unable to see a route that would allow a comfortable route to land, he simply grabbed her and the plant and jumped. Luckily, when his claw was out, he had much more athletic capability. It took him 2 roofs and a rough slide to get to a broad patch of soil. "We made it," Allen said, out of breath and on his knees. (( STUPID LATE SHORT POXT AAAHHHH ))
