Merik nodded as he ran a hand through his hair, deep in thought. After a few more moments of silence he shook his head.

"I don't know...maybe that will work, maybe not. For the moment it seems all I have to worry about is Seraphina finding out we took one of her lieutenants prisoner and enslaved him." he fought back the urge to say 'well at least it can't get any worse' because he had a feeling it was already going to get worse without giving Fate a kick to make it come quicker.

Kotone shook her head at Merik as he did worry to much. She stood there a moment in thought. How can they fix that if there was a chance of being found out. Then she smiled and nodded to herself. 'He either write a letter saying he find or... if Ruma thing does work he can just travel back and froth with Ruma. She does not look like Gerudo to much so there no fear of being caught' she said explaining. Plus Ruma would lot to see more cool stuff so she can improve her robots and all.

"Perhaps... it will require some thinking on before I decide..." Merik said after more time spent in silence.

"Though I really don't like the idea of her traveling alone with him...even if he did save her life." Those words though, they were clearly the words of an overprotective sibling and not a King trying to protect his followers.

Kotone smirk at him as she sighed then looked down at the dog once more then back at Merik. She pointed to the dog as he can go too. After all Merik the one that let the dog in the pirate group why not let him go. No one would think twice on a dog working for the pirates. Really it was a easy plan and no one would ever figure it out really. Not only they get information from this leader but Ruma get to have a mate so it was a double win.

"I'll speak with him after he's had a rest; I've seen the children playing with him and I'm sure he needs a break." Merik replied with a laugh as he stood up.

"Come along Kotone let's find something to eat, I've been buried in meetings all day and could use the break." he said as he stepped down from the throne and started from the room.

Kotone nodded but she did not know that. The dog was playing with the female gerudo? She smiled at that as it must of been hard as the women are rather strong even for children. She looked back as Merik was tried of doing meeting and wanted something to eat. Well it sounded good to Kotone too. She went to follow Merik but stop and waved goodbye to the dog as she follow after Merik.
