~ ~ Does the usual Sound of Nothingever even mind the Song of the World? The forest was eerily calm. The winds were soft and just gently stirring the leaves, as the green haired girl was hanging on a branch. The marsh, not too far from here, was very near the edge of her own home. In fact, she was going to pick up something she hid a while back : it was too big to carry then, but the girl was sure that she could carry it now. Her movements were furtive, almost panicked : but she was completely fine, as she made it through trees and wood. But something was here : it was barely on the edge of her senses, and the trees were muttering about something dark. The girl wasn't necessarily afraid : but she was cautious like all predators should be. Because one day, there's always something bigger, stronger then them, as her green hair melded with leaves and bushes, her shape moving like a ghost.
Moments later, she was at a clearing, and settled in the shade, her eyes searching, as she felt the skin on her back tremble : her wings were needing a stretch as of late, she had been quite put on the ground. Even though she loved nature, the sky was her second home : it gave great feelings down her spine, as a grin showed at the thought of the sky. But that moment allowed her teeth to flash, and she felt a light curse wanting to escape, but it didn't matter. Her fingers drew upon themselves, and she waited, her wings slowly unfurling, ready to dash out and escape should there be too much danger.

Darkness... The sun began to set as the woods became unusually quiet. No animals, no spirits coming out to play... Just a Kokiri child running for her life. Wait, what?
"Somebody! Anybody! Please help me! It's going to kill me!" She was a small creature, running through bushes and brush in a mad attempt to escape the clutches of a dark figure flying after her with scythe in hand and two glowing eyes floating after her. She was a good distance away until something hit her leg. Three sharp needles were suddenly embedded into calf of her right leg. The shock of the pain made her trip and fall flat on her face. She was on the verge of standing back up before the creature snatched her up and carried her upwards, past the trees.
"Please... Put me down, please... I didn't do anything..." The Raven Shade had her by the neck in the cold grip of Inquisitor, a gauntlet of dark design. [glow=purple,2,300]"You insignificant trash, one who holds secrets to immortality, to appear young forever... You are a mockery of life, and therefore, you will suffer for the years you have so naively lived through."[/glow] In his other hand, Harbinger, the scarlet-garbed scythe, was activated as the shade used telekinesis to extend the sword end. It had wrapped around her neck as the released his grip of his claw. Suddenly, he was behind her while holding both ends of the chain. The Kokiri was struggling to get free, but to no avail. He then whispered into her ear... [glow=purple,2,300]"I'm sorry for the life you were given."[/glow]
Her legs twitched and shook, then became limp and... Lifeless. She fell down, into the forest, branches breaking and leaves rustling as her lifeless body impacted the ground. Zolanius slowly fell after her, landing gracefully into a branch, staring at what he had done, oblivious to the other young girl in the area.

~ ~ Does the usual Sound of Nothingever even mind the Song of the World?Fear.
Screams.
Prey.
Hunger.
Blood.
The sharp tang of blood filled the predator's nose, the object being put down. No sense in letting it get ruined again, because the first time had been entirely too much to say the least. Though the scent of blood was faint, as the wings unfurled behind the girl. ''My, what are you going to do with that body.'' said her voice, daring and strong, as she stepped out. The fading sun angled perfectly for light, illuminating her figure like an ethereal presence. Those wings, slightly transparent, were green colored, and looked like a mix of vines and leaves. Over, it was obvious that as similar to fairy wings they looked, they were not : for small feathers were drifting in the air, as the spread of the wings flashed in the fading light. Strands of green flowed over her face and body, like a covering shroud : of course, that little dress she wore, gift of the person that tore off her smock, looked like a summer dress, pure white. It seemed like a pure, and angelic presence, if one discounted the question.
And of course, those wildly burning eyes, and that dangerously fanged smirk. In the girl's hand, she held the object she had thought that she had put down : a white thing, smooth and elegant in nature, taking the complicated form of a saxophone. That hand tightened a bit, as her posture was proud and unyielding : clearly displaying her Ooccan heritage, more or less, to the strange reaper that had taken the lives of one of her so called own. She had no idea of her dual bloodline, to say the least, as that green gaze never wavered in the furious burn of hunger that they gave off, keeping sight on the male, knowing that she may have walked into danger. But perhaps, if he thought her easy prey, she would show him just what neck of the woods he had stumbled in.
Merciless as he, if not more so.

Hm? A child? No... that was no child. Just another Kokiri vermin that... Has wings? The Raven Shade eyed her, examined her behind glowing eyes as she stood almost valiantly.
[glow=purple,2,300]"And what hath the Goddesses graced me with on this evening? A child?"[/glow] He swooped down from the tree and landed almost just in front of her, then began walking circles around her, taking note of the almost ethereal wings. [glow=purple,2,300]"Or perhaps... Another of my kind has graced me with her presence?"[/glow]
He was losing touch with himself, as Skeith's mindset was more in control. If this one was in tune with the world around her, perhaps she could feel the malevolent force behind the voice.

~ ~ Does the usual Sound of Nothingever even mind the Song of the World? The reaper came to her, moving like slick shadows. But Ziva's smile became worse, fangs glittering in the sunlight, as she let him turn around her. Malevolence did not bug the child raised in it : it was as part of her as him, as she walked over to the body, her wings quivering in delight at being out. It could be taken as something else entirely, but the girl was observing the body, her fingers running along a speck of blood, almost humming as she licked it off her fingers. There was a shiver along her spine, as her fingers trailed down her chin and neck, a pleased sigh escaping, as her hand gripped around the white thing more. These delights : it was rare to catch a kokiri child, but honestly, she was starting to enjoy it a bit more each time. With a grin, the girl whirled about, her eyes alight with a strange glowing fire, as that gaze looked up at the strange garbed reaper. But now she was starting to think he was no reaper, as the girl felt the pulse in her veins.
The same when she looked at the kokiri : it was like their bloods echoed. It was strange, as it was less strong then the Kokiri pull, but the girl was fine, as she stared at this male, her own green eyes swirling with only the purest of intentions. As she smiled, her fanged teeth showed, as a bit of the blood had transferred over to her lips, as those emerald pools showed hunger and malice : a dislike for kind that intruded on her territory. A sort of childish evil, but one of the most dangerous : for a child that knew no right and no wrong, nothing was out of the question. Even eating others of their own kind : nothing seems too bad if the child knows no defining edges.
She was the purest form of that.
''So what brings you to the forest.''

If he wasn't wearing the mask, one would see a raised brow on a confused face. What was she? This was no Oocca, not even a Kokiri. This was a monster, and Zolanius... Found use for her. Such bravery in the face of death such as him, and he could tell that she had potential. When she asked such a simple question, he decided to give a simple answer.
[glow=purple,2,300]"Just... Killing, some time. Tell me, girl... What are you? Your visage, as beautiful as it appears, is confusing. And answer carefully... I'm not very tolerant of certain people."[/glow]
He gestures with Harbinger, pointing at the body she had just tasted.

~ ~ Does the usual Sound of Nothingever even mind the Song of the World? The girl let out a laugh, as it echoed in the woods. She could feel the plants listen, laughing along with her : it was a childish peal, one of delight and discovery, as she clapped her hands together, the fluttering green wings quivering more, as those emerald eyes seemed dangerous, almost uniquely so. ''I can't seem to tell you what I don't know.'' she said simply, as that grin touched her face. The scent and need of blood and meat, as she still held the saxophone in her hand. Striking a decision, she shoved her hand forward, pushing forward the Saxophone towards the male. ''Take this.'' she said simply, that gaze almost swirling dangerously. It was unique, as she extended her hand more, his answer being nothing more then well, nothing. It was just as pointless as her own : a child reflected what she knew, that was all. And monkey see, monkey do. It was such a childish thing, as she waited for him to grab the bone saxophone she was waiting for him to hold. For there was no such thing as fear in her : simply excitement.

What was with this girl? Never has Zolanius seen such a being, one so innocent looking yet so malevolent... She truly was a rare find. That she was tuned to nature like she was, made her even more. She could be useful. The one thing that amused him was the random gift of music. Not that he knew how to play that well, but it was a gracious offering nonetheless.
It could be a trap...
[glow=purple,2,300]"And why should I accept this... Gift? I already know of your malevolence. It would be foolhardy to accept something like this without there being a catch."[/glow]
