APPEARANCE,
Mabari is a lean, tall canine Monster who stands at about 30 inches. He weighs a mere 75 pounds. His body is designed to be amazingly quick and nimble, and his ability to jump, land, and move with accuracy and agility is quite profound. His physical appearance broadly shows this, as he is slim, muscular, and lean. His ears are rounded, and he does not have a dew claw. Mabari has bright hazel eyes, typical of his kind, which is rare and nearly unseen now these days.
The Monster has a strong, thick lair of fur that is designed rather strangely. His feet are blotched between his upper coat color of black and brown fading into white. The Brown of his coat is more of a yellow gold however, somewhat murky. White and Black cover the majority of his coat. His teeth are a strong pearly white, and his tail starts out as a fading between black and brown, which changes from a thick black stripe to the remaining being all white.

WEAPONS,
- Teeth- Mabari, in the Canine family, has the strongest bite force of any carnivore mammal, making this an amazingly powerful weapon.
- Black Fire- Race Slot. Black Fire is passive, and acts as a normal weapon. Basically, it is a small black fire that encases Mabari’s paws and infuse his teeth, granting him the ability to do what a sword would basically be capable of with his paws. This black fire is the same as a sword, in the sense that it can clash with weaponry and not damage Mabari. Its magical element is basically the fact that it can be summoned upon by command.
ITEMS,
White Bag- Although not always with him, as he has a habit of burying his bag in places for safe keeping, he has a decent sized white bag for rupee’s and stolen items.
Each member of the crew is given a crystal necklace known as the Pirate’s Charm. If a member of the crew speaks the name of a crewmate into the stone they will be able to speak to each other now matter how far apart they are. Also if a member of the crew calls to the Defiant the message will reach the Communications Master via the Gossip Stone on the ship. As well as being able to contact individual Charms, the Gossip Stone can also send out a message to all the Charms simultaneously (generally in the event of an emergency).
ABILITIES,
- Berserk- For three turns, damage talen by Mabari by any attack of heavy damage or below is reduced by one level. If heavy Damage is taken while this attack is in use, it is automatically removed and set to cooldown. Mabari must wait a 5 post cooldown to reuse this Ability. When activated, this ability sets a light black and white mixing aura over Mabari, protecting him from the attacks, and the force of attacks still can push and effect him.
- Crushing Howl: A devastating attack that deals Heavy Damage to all enemies within range; for Story and Casual purposes, this range is a mere 10 meters. Mabari howls out as loudly as possible, magic enhancing his strength, and causing a strong shockwave of sound to damage any characters within a 10 meter radius.
It has a 3 post cool down.

Black Fire- Listed in Weapons.
Passive Enhanced Nature- This ability is passive, and while it may not have a specific addition in LS, it is more competent in Story and Casual. Basically, as a Monster, this ability states that Mabari has enhanced hearing abilities and smelling abilities, as well as much more speed than any walking Race [Humans, Hylians, etc.] . He holds the ability to sprint long distances at over 40 miles per hour, maxing out at around 45 mph.

HISTORY,
Most of Mabari’s life consisted of him living on his own in the Faron Woods, occasionally traveling out into the Plains with his parents for municipal goals. Being a monster, Mabari was exceptionally smarter than any of the average woodland creatures, however presided in peace with them. Eventually, his mother and father were killed by travelling hunters. Mabari was not aware of this at the time, but when his parents never came back, he set out in search of them.
Eventually he found a Man who took him in, and raised him out in the woods. The man was a lumberjack, and the two bonded together quite well. Uniquely, Mabari never forgot the vague scent of his mother and father, and upon meeting two passing hunters, Mabari caught the smell on their satchels, which was made by his parent’s coat. His master, the Lumberjack, caught on quick, and questioned them, to which they admitted. Mabari, having excessive understanding knowledge of the language, attacked and killed them; they sadly took Mabari’s master out during the fight though.
Since then, he has roamed as a Vagoband, occasionally stealing from people in Hyrule’s Castle Town, and often times searching for a new allegiance. He has been hoping to join and serve the Monster Emperor.
