How did he end up here? Akira honestly couldn't remember when, or how he manage find his way all the way out to Faron, but it didn't matter. The Sacred Grove was simply beautiful; Akira adored the slick subtle, sublime streams of silver that escaped through the thickets of trees. The gentle mist that hovered the ground gave these parts of the forest a mystical aura. A sense of magic that hung over the air that did not escape the foliage. The Twilit Adviser had to admit that Hyrule certainly had it's fare share of beauties as far as scenery went, but what really stood out to him was the colors that he's never seen before.
With each passing step, one foot in front of the other, Akira journeyed further into the heart of Sacred Grove. He could sense the presence of spirits fully alive, and living merrily within these parts. A place left untouched by man or the various technologies he noticed before in his prior travels. A small gale rustle through the leaves causing a couple to fall. The silver haired twili peered out into the depths of the forest keeping the picture within the back of his head. He did not know for certain if he'd ever come to seeing this place ever again, and thus wanted to enjoy every moment of it's tranquil reprieve.
Suddenly, a quick glance out of the corner of his eye would drew his attention to something that stood out amongst the silver coated forest. It was small at first, but when he turned his head to get a better view, the shape began to form. Redirecting his walk on over to what caught his eyes, he could hear the soft rustle of the grass beneath his feet let out a crisp sound as he made his way to a very tiny clearing where he noticed a nice row of wild flowers in full bloom. His eyes scrutinized the colors as if fascinated by the silly little plants. He wanted to touch them, to feel the soft petals within his hands, but the second he attempted to reach out his hand, he realized at the last second sunlight poured out on the flowers.
They were out of his reach. Forced to stay behind the cloak of the shadows from being burned excruciatingly from this realm's harsh Light against his twilit skin. It was quite depressing really, but Akira knew there was no way of escaping such the fate of the twili who came on of their own free will into this foreign land. So deep within the shadows lied a silver haired youth with eyes that only watched from a distance.

A pair of magenta eyes transfixed themselves to everything surrounding the carrier of said eyes. The forest itself shimmered with a soft luminescent glow that streamed silver in color. It was as if entering a dream like state getting lost within the songs filled with mirth, and delight. The lost melodies of old carried on for many generations left by the immortal children who preserve the heart of nature. In short, Seyka found this place absolutely breath taking~ The adorable little lavender haired girl scampered about playfully through the grass enjoying the cool moist air against her skin.
She originally began searching through the woods for medicinal herbs to take back home. She still needed much practice before she could get any good with the whole healing deal. However, we're talking about a poor girl who has the attention span of a goldfish, so it didn't take her long to get easily distracted, and find her way poking her curious nose into the Sacred Grove. Her lavender locks were mattered against her forehead from all of the running she did. Her heart was beating fast within her chest, but she enjoyed the rush it gave just to run freely through the woods like that. It was comfortable here~ She thought about taking a nap!
Though her attention was quickly taken away from nap time towards something rather... more colorful. Flowers! Scuttling on over to the tiny clearing, where light shone down onto a large cluster of flowers, she knelt down within the light, basking it in. Her magenta eyes stared at the pretty petals for a good ten seconds or two before her senses went wild. Was there another presence within the vicinity? She got back up onto her feet before spinning around, until she managed to pinpoint the stranger hiding within the confinements of shadows.
"Oh~! Excuse me, I didn't mean to intrude here," she said, bowing her head apologetically.

"Hm?" His attention was quickly taken away from the flowers, and pulled on over to a girl who noticed him. He blinked a couple of times taken back when the girl apologized to him for intruding. He shook his head calmly, the thin strands of his silver locks falling into place when his head moved, but his eyes never roamed anywhere else. Just blue meeting the pure magenta eyes. "No need to apologize," he replied. His eyes didn't stay in contact with hers for long, eyebrows furrowed softly, and his posture straightened into a tensed fashion.
Out of the corner of his eye, he did notice how the girl stood within the light of the sun, yet she stood perfectly fine within it's light. No, more than fine, it was as if the light poured down on her blessed with no flaws like the twili had. Shadows who could only covet the light, but never could it accept them. The flowers in the background was quite suiting for a background for the girl.
However, what really piqued his interest was the fact this girl didn't seem at all cautious about his presence. Or at least, that is what he's assuming, but he had to admit the girl was a bit strange. Akira noticed right away the cat ears that stuck out form both sides of her head, and a tail right behind her. A cat girl?
"Inhabitant of the forest?" he asked, noting her quirky traits.

Oh~ She really hope she wasn't being a burden to him. If she was then it was only a simple matter of taking her leave, and find another place to go frolic about. Seyka would be out of his hair, and out of mind! Fortunately, the stranger didn't seem at all bothered by her presence, and relief washed over her little frame happy to hear that she wasn't being a pest. Although the lack of eye contact didn't go unnoticed by the cat girl. What's up with him? Did she have something on her face, and he couldn't bring it up! He better say something otherwise the kitty was going to spazz~
Sey Sey's kitty cat ears perked up when he questioned her. An inhabitant of the forest? A soft smile escaped from her lips as she shook her head. Her tail wagging back, and forth excitedly. Her eternal smile plastered upon her lips.
"I am a forest Minish, but I do not hail from these parts," she explained, "I come from the Ordona Province; the Minish Forest, to be precise." Oh yeah! Before her thoughts strayed onto other things, it was best to introduce herself. "My name's Seyka. Who might you be?"
What was he staring at? Her eyes turned over to the patch of flowers again for a moment. Could it have been the flowers? Magenta eyes flickered back over to the silver haired youth before walking up to him. Seyka's small frame leaving the sanctuary of the soft light that bathed her body in a gentle glow, and into the calm cool shade the treetops provided. "You were looking at the flowers, right? Do you like flowers?" she started her string of innocent questions.

A small nod of his head was all that he returned to the cat girl as she explained her race, and origins. This was the first time he's ever seen a Minish, and Akira had to admit - if only to himself - that she was quite a strange one. Then again a lot of the light realm's environments, and denizens were strange looking creatures. He couldn't help but wonder if the girl thought the same thing about him. Did she think the just as peculiar or out of place from the rest of the background? The silver haired male didn't really need an answer; he was already convinced that he didn't really belong there. "Akira," he simply stated when she asked for a name in return for hers.
He was a man of simplicity, which included in his speech patterns, that tended to consists of four words or less. His eyebrows furrowed when she caught onto what he was looking at. "Not really..." he answered. "What about you?"
He knew it was a rhetorical question, but he decided to humor himself with his new found company. The girl seemed to show a dominant trait of the animal she takes after. One could say he was actually rather perked by her cheerfulness, and friendly behavior. This would have to be the first time since he's made his arrival in the realm of light that he's met someone who didn't oppress him for being a Dark Interloper. Or perhaps the girl was completely oblivious to such things? Well, in any event, it just made life so much easier that she wasn't pointing a blade at him.

Interesting name~ Seyka noted that if anything, at least, he was courteous, and respectfully gave his name back to her. She liked his politeness! That everlasting smile not once faltered from her lips. "A pleasure to meet you, Akira," she spoke, her voice filled with mirth. She had to admit, she didn't see adults, let alone someone like Akira out here in the Sacred Grove as often as she did Skullkids or Kokiri.
Those who did probably didn't stay as long as Minish or other forest creatures due to the fact that the protectors of the forest made sure nobody disturbed the tranquility of the forest. Plus~ If she remembers correctly, some spirits were quite playful, and tended to pull pranks on those who stumbled into their territory.
She was digressing though~ The Twili's respond to her question made her kitty cat ears droop down. So why was he staring so intently at them if he didn't have any remote interest in them? Sey Sey didn't get it. Perhaps he was being shy, and didn't want to admit to anything. Yeah~ That had to be it.
Though her thoughts didn't last long before he returned the question right back to her. A big smile formed upon her lips as she nodded her head eagerly. Her tail swishing back, and forth from being a little too excited to jumping onto answering. "Absolutely! I love them," she mewed, "Flowers are very beautiful. They come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. Plus they each have their own unique fragrance to them." She turned her body around and took a good look at the patch of flowers enjoying the conversation quite a bit.
"Yet despite their differences, they all originated from the same earth, and share similar qualities. You know like needing water, nurture and care, and sunlight in order to grow." She was babbling again. She smiled sheepishly before turning her eyes back over to Akira. Sey Sey scratched the back of her head~ Silly kitty was silly.

It was the least he could do to make up for his introverted behavior. Akira was quick to keep his back straight, his arms crossed over his chest, and deep blue eyes watching the girl. He wasn't quite sure on how he should make out her seemingly unrelenting smile. "The feeling is mutual, Seyka," he returned the favor. It was almost unsettling for him to be honest. How many people would you find nowadays as chipper, and overall friendly as this cat girl? Especially towards strangers who lurked in the shadows, didn't she have some kind of censor that warned her of stranger danger? Akira was quite puzzled by it, but looking at it in retrospect, he had to admit it really was nice to have such an encounter.
So the Twilight Adviser was going to count his blessings for the time being. The girl's words were rather endearing, like hearing the words of a little girl, praising the joys of simplicity. Perhaps that was the reason why he had a hard time accepting the girl's nature at first. She was... quite innocent. However he was taken back by her words when she began speaking in reference to the silly little plants. Seyka spoke the truth; they were different just as they were beautiful. Whatever it was that she said struck a realization in him, and it was all thanks to the girl's naive yet wise words.
In short, he thought about her words, taking the very same concept as with dealing with people. In the end, didn't they all originate from the same creators? So why bother would all of the conflicts, and chaos that has been going on as of recently? If only life were just as simple as the day in the life of a flower. "Do you... have a favorite flower?" he asked the girl. He was at least trying to contribute to the conversation.

Seyka wasn't totally oblivious towards the stranger danger factor. It was just that... she had a knack for trusting her instincts when came to interacting with people. It didn't matter if they were made out of rocks, scales or even came from a whole another world entirely. So long as they didn't mind her company, and was somewhat friendly to the cat girl, she could get along with just about anybody! She didn't even need the kindness returned to be honest, but it sure was nice to have company who didn't argue, or gave her venomous response. Akira was very pleasant company to her, if only a little shy, but that was ok! We can work with it~
She cupped her chin softly when he gave her a question. What was her favorite flower? Goodness! There were so many pretty petals that she couldn't possibly pick out one against them all, could she? That was a very good question. "Hmm..." she pondered softly. "I like them all to be honest... but if I have to pick one out of all the flowers it would have to be..." She closed her eyes and tried to think of the first flower that came to her mind. The one flower that meant more to her than the others, the prettiest bloom that left a mark for the adorable little kitty.
Then it came to her!
Her kitty cat ears perked up as she opened her eyes back up. Her gentle magenta eyes beaming brightly knowing what her favorite flower was. "The rose!" she meowed happily. "I like wild roses the best. Garden grown roses are beautiful too, but when you find one out in the wild, in full bloom, it's simply gorgeous!"

Akira couldn’t help but admit that he wasn’t entirely surprised with her initial response to his question. Flowers seemed to have given him a typical boyish aspect. They were… girly. It was the first thing that popped into his mind when he looked at them. Due to the very living environment he was raised under, flowers were practically nonexistent within the Twilight Realm. There was certainly not enough light to sustain such life, but still… seeing such living life forms was fascinating in its own way.
Then again the little lavender haired girl seemed to a bundle of interest as well. Akira swears on his life he’s never met anyone with that much energy, and can be cheerful for long periods of time. Or did she tire out eventually? If she was like this when she’s remotely calm, who knows how she will react if you gave her sugar related goodness. That was a topic to think about for another time…
An eyebrow quirked up when she burst out with her conclusive answer. Rose? Not just any flower either, but a wild rose. “That’s a fancy title,” he noted, “What is this ‘Wild Rose’?”
His twilit blue eyes gazed up for a moment trying to see if he could find in the cluster of flowers. Every single one of them was colorful, but he didn’t suppose he’d just be able to point it out by a lucky guess. What made this specific flower jump out for the cat girl? Another thought came to mind he wanted to ask her.
“Can you find it here?”

Seyka blinked. Scratching the back of her head as her magenta eyes peered down at her shoes. How does one go about describing roses? Crossing her arms over her petite chest, she pondered for a moment on how should she describe roses. "Roses are... well, they have a regal beauty about them. The most common colors are white, pink, and red. I like the red ones personally~" Images of the flowers with stray petals dancing in the air plagued her mind. She could even remember the sweet smell of the blooms of summer. Her mother was laid down on a bed of roses upon her funeral, buried right next her father, where they share the rest of the afterlife together. Seeing her mother like that, like a princess locked within an eternal slumber, brought a light in her life when everything was cloaked in the darkest hour. She found strength to keep living after death.
"Flowers each have their own unique beauty about them, and in fact, they even symbolize other meanings behind just being a pretty petal," she explained a little more thoroughly, "Roses mean passion, romance, and love. Just an example~" A small giggle escape from her lips getting a little girlish on the male. She could see it in his eyes that talking about feminine aspects weren't really his forte. It was just too cute!
Akira did bring up a good question though. She turned around, and looked around the forest for a moment. Roses were really summer season plants, weren't they? She knew some of them could withstand harsher climates, and last up until the beginning of winter, but she wasn't sure if they could find them here. A soft smile escaped from her lips as her tail wagged back, and forth slowly. "Only one way to find out," she meowed, "Come on, Akira~! Let's go find the Wild Rose!"
With that said, she began scampering off into the woods, and trusted her companion to follow her right behind.

Was he seriously going to go tag along with a strange little cat girl in order to search for a flower?
... Yes, Akira was going to join Seyka to search for the Wild Rose. What was going through his mind at the moment? He had absolutely no clue, but his legs started moving, and it didn't take him long to follow behind the scampering little kitten. The silver haired twili was not the most creative person in the world so he had no idea what he was looking for to be perfectly honest. For all he knew, he could be walking right past the flower and not even know it was right under his nose.
He was fascinated with the way she described the rose though. A regal beauty that stood out prominent amongst the rest of the blooms of this earth. It shouldn't be hard to find out where the flower could be located. Then again her description did come off a bit vague as to what shape it took, and all of that fine little details. A small sigh escaped from his lips just shrugging his cares away for the sake of just going with the flow. There was no use in complaining over small stuff... they were looking for a flower, after all. How on earth could that turn into a serious life or death thing?
Akira could only pray that it just stayed as peaceful during their little scavenger hunt. Seyka was a handful as it was, and he didn't need more on his hands.

"Ok!" she mewed with mirth, "Roses tend to grow in bushes, and briars. Might as well start with that~" With a optimistic nod the bubbly little kitty scuttled around. All of her energy was exerted out of searching high and low for the flower. Akira just had to see how pretty the flower was! It was the kind of flower that brought a smile on your face or at least a look of awe in it's beauty of sorts.
Even the little kitty cat girl didn't really understand it entirely. Flowers were probably the most useless things for anything practical in every day life. It was an aesthetic little plant that gave off a wonderful fragrance, but it was but one of life's precious gifts. There was a reason that one saying came to exists... the one that involved stopping to smell the roses~ She guessed it meant that life was too short to so tightly wrapped in every day stuff that you need to stop for a moment to actually enjoy what was around you.
Seyka was going to follow that to the fullest! Her magenta eyes scouted the area down to the very last detail, but there wasn't a single pretty petal to be found. This was a lot tougher than she thought it would be. They were in the most secluded parts of the Faron Woods. So she wouldn't be surprised if it came up right under their noses. Though it would have been better if they found it altogether! Just where could it be?
Thus Sey Sey skipped along, turning around to see if Akira was behind her, before going off again.

This was weird. Then again encountering the little cat girl was weird altogether to be quite honest. Her smile was like a small flower caught in a ray of sunshine. Look at him comparing the girl to a flower as well. She had a strange influence over him yet he couldn't find it in his heart to ignore her either. His oceanic eyes were humored by the girl's excessive energy being burned up searching so diligently for this flower. Was it really that big of a deal?
Ok, he didn't have anything else better to do at the moment, but he just wasn't seeing the goal behind finding a flower. There was obviously something he was missing here that Seyka found important to get all worked up about. He wondered if it had anything to do with finding the wild rose... Perhaps that would solve the problems he was having trying to find any type of logical reason behind this hunt.
Thus he took search to the best of his abilities for the elusive rose for the kitty. If he wasn't already a feeling like a fool already then this experience made that feeling jump tenfold inside of his chest. Apart of him was starting to really hate being a gentleman feeling the weight of his obligations. "Do flowers serve any true purpose?" he asked the cat girl, turning his eyes back over to her.

"Plenty," she answered, "It really depends. Like I said before, flowers serve more than one purpose, but what you do with them is another story." Her magenta eyes kept scouting the area high, and low, persistent in finding the petal with fierce determination. Twigs, bushes, grass... A small frown formed upon her lips. It's gotta be here somewhere, but where could it be! Sey Sey perched herself onto the soft grass for a moment scratching behind her kitty cat ears. "You can use them for decorations for one thing like a crown of flowers or even give them to others as gifts."
Huh? A young green twig stuck out in the grass caught the girl's eye. Crawling through the bushes with her tail popping out she picked it up. Much to her surprise though it wasn't a twig, but rather something else. Something far more radiant than she could ever imagine. A bright smile graced upon her lips replacing the frown that was there before.
Popping out of the briars, she scampered back over to Akira with her hands behind her back. She looked back up to meet his pretty blue eyes. "This is just me, but I think flower's purpose is to make people smile," she said proudly before revealing the flower, she had been wanting to show him all of that time. Within the palm of her hand, the Wild Rose radiated an ethereal beauty that the cat girl just couldn't find the words to describe.

Now it was starting to make more sense. Other than being a pretty little plant, it was up to the person who had the flower to decide what kind of purpose it would truly serve in the end. His expression softened a bit. His eyes were still dancing with amusement with the adorable little girl going through the bushes determined to find what she was looking for. What with her tail sticking out as she swam through the sea of greenery.
Akira was actually quite surprise when Seyka showed him the rose. The vague description she gave him earlier was starting to make sense, and overall, she was right about the flower. It did have a regal beauty about it that made it stand out besides the other flowers. The petals were huddled up perfectly aligned one after the other. Yet the edges were curved ever so elegantly, and he could swear that rose was glowing, but he shook his head convinced it was just the lighting. "It's beautiful, Seyka." He remarked.
He raised his hand up, and petted the cat girl on top of her head. Akira wasn't quite sure what came over him when he decided to do it, but it felt right. It was like petting an actual kitty, and she was cute as one. "What are you going to do with it?" he asked curiously.

"I think I'll keep it," she replied, "That is unless you want it~?" Seyka already knew the answer. There was just no way Akira would be caught dead with a flower on him. Still, she had to tease him a little with knowing he didn't care for something girls like Sey Sey were a softy for. Her gentle magenta eyes flickered brightly with delight as a giggle escaped her curved lips. However the kitty was stopped in her tracks when Akira started petting her head. A small purr formed within her throat the second he petted her. What was she? A house cat?
She was an adult for goodness sake! Still, whether she admit it or not, it was nice to have someone petting her. Then again, she liked the attention in the first place, and it didn't help that Akira was super nice to her! Since he was up close, Sey Sey decided to break his personal bubble, and wrap her arms around him, giving him a big warm hug. Hugs were always nice, and they came free. "Let's hang out again sometime ok, Akira?" she asked happily.
Letting go of the twili male, she backed up a few paces before waving to the silver haired male. Judging from the time she spent together with him, she took a wild guess that it was the start of the evening. She had to get back home, and take care of her pet. The poor dear lost track of time - totally distracted with her adventure - that she didn't realize so much time flew by. Still, it was worth the venture, and there was still time to spare for more fun along the way~

"Its all yours," he returned rather quickly. She was right. It's not that he resented flowers or anything, but rather they were more fitting for someone as adorable as the cat girl. With Akira? Not so much. He amused himself with thoughts of the kitty's head, and her cat ears. They were really real, and quite soft too. Yeah, he was that easily amused, but then again you had to understand he was not from this world. So things like having animal limbs instead of normal Hylian or human ears was quite a strange aspect for the Minish. Still, she was just a person nonetheless, but it was quite entertaining.
Oh god, what in heaven's name is she doing? He nearly had a panic attack when she hugged him. It completely took him off guard, but quickly relaxed when she released. With a small sigh escaping his lips, he turned his attention back over to the girl, initially confused as to why she did it. Sadly, he didn't get an answer to clear his confusion as she bid him farewell, hoping to meet with him again. That was weird...
"There she goes..." he said in a sort of musical rhythm. With that said, he pocketed his hands, and turned back to the forest around him, and decided to prolong his stay. Not to mention clear his thoughts of all the craziness he's had to endure.
