PERSONALITY,
Dawnmounter is a woman of no secrets. She doesn't try to conceal any of her thoughts, dreams, or desires and any who ask will receive the answer they want, though in some cases they may not like it. She is proud of whom she is and she doesn't believe that she really needs to hide anything. If a human being is to fully enjoy life, they should do it without regrets or remorse; that is her philosophy. She would prefer to speak her mind and deal with the consequences of her words and actions rather than not do them at all. It is worse to feel regret over not doing something than to feel regret for doing what you want, she thinks.
Because of her take on life, she's impulsive, rowdy, and generally the opposite of a contained person. She's not rude in any regard though, and despite what some may think, she's very composed. She's fully aware of what she's doing at any given moment and thinks out her actions; she just doesn't worry herself with the results and deals with them as they come. She's a considerate person, but she tends to show it in relatively selfish ways from time to time. Her act first, ask questions nature results in her being bold and appearing to not have a care in the world with how she brushes off negative consequences.
Dawn's behavior in regards to other human beings is just as she desires from others; accepting, joyous, and outgoing. She will not judge people based on race, interests, behavior, or anything. She tries to be as accepting to people as possible and only really holds things against people if they're blatantly causing huge issues (like trying to kill her). She always seems to be in a good mood and doesn't hesitate to show it, and she even tends to try and force her good mood onto others. Though really, she just wants people to enjoy themselves and means no harm by it.
Despite the massive amount of material possessions that she has, she doesn't view wealth as power or the key to happiness. If it were her desire, she'd be just as happy with a small little house in Castle Town with no real fancy clothes of decorations. She doesn't judge people based on their own social standing and does not act like she is higher than others because of her own wealth. She simply happens to find happiness in the more expensive life styles and requires money to make it happen.
Her love for the arts is grand, but this has an unfortunate side effect of making her rather...lazy when it comes to her martial duties as a Human Gentry. She doesn't really enjoy fighting, and though she has a bit of talent in it, she'd prefer to just relax and have fun with someone as opposed to fight them on the battlefield. She'll help whenever she feels it necessary, or if it's something that she'd truly enjoy doing, but other than that her contributions as a Gentry are minimal.
Dawn's expressive nature extends as far as viewing her femininity as something to ensure all notice. She dresses in such a way that you'd have to be blind to not notice, even though it's not what many would call 'combat efficient'. She also tends to get around in terms of sleeping with people, but she doesn't really view it as anything big. People were designed at their very core to do the act, so why deny it? She's not picky when it comes to gender and whenever she holds a party at her estate, it isn't uncommon for her bedroom to be occupied by a number of people aside from herself come the next morning.
APPEARANCE,
Front and Back view of outfit
Dawn tries to maintain her body so it is definitely feminine and without any blemishes, which she does quite a good job at. Her height works in her favor, since it's not too tall or too short, standing at around five foot four and weighing a little over a hundred pounds. Her hair is a fair shade of pink and is always kept long, reaching her waist in pure length, though most of its length behind her is kept in a single thick braid. One thing that's always been odd about her hair is that she has a single streak of pure white hair, off to the left side of her head behind her bangs. She's never been sure why it's like that but it always grows back in white whenever she cuts it, so she's more or less given up on that. Her eyes are a light tint of purple, actually matching the color of her hair in proper lighting.
Because of the pride she has in her own work, much of the time Dawn is seen wearing the suit of armor she herself made. It's main piece is a plate guard covering her torso, the main plates colored black and having been designed in the back to allow her freedom of movement starting at the spine, and shifting to accommodate the rest of her. Over that at chest level is a burgundy red breast plate, emblazoned with a lion in gold in its center. On her shoulders are two pauldrons, white in color with gold trim, which are hooked by a burgundy band on her arms and a chain connecting them both to each other and to a golden plate set just above the breast plate. She has a pair of gauntlets, white in color also with gold trim, designed to fully cover her hands and her forearms. On her waist she has white plate hip guards, only reaching a little bit below the waist, working with the chain shirt to make a 'skirt' of sorts. They're held up by a burgundy belt that is secured at a silver winged buckle. On her legs she wears black thigh-highs, which connect to her underwear, and in her hair she has a pair of matching black ribbons. On her feet, she wears a pair of white boots with golden plate toes. The boots are armored along the foot, but turn to cloth above the ankle. Over her torso she often dons a white cloak, with white fur lining the collar, with two red swords emblazoned on the back.
WEAPONS,
Durandal: A sword crafted by Dawn once she obtained the means and time to do so, it is something she has on her person much of the time. This reason isn't for self defense, but because she enjoys showing her craftsmanship to others. The sword is shaped from pure steel, and though her own clerical abilities, it's a holy sword as well. It is blessed to deal twice as much damage against those of evil, undead, or demonic origin, but it is simply a regular sword against anyone else.
ITEMS,
A suit of armor that, much like Durandal, Dawn crafted for herself. It's far from a complete suit really, and for the most part it covers only her upper half anyway. It consists of a chain shirt, two small pauldrons, gauntlets, hip guards, a breast plate, and boots. Because she forged the armor for herself, it's designed to fit perfectly with her figure, making it difficult for those who differ from her a bit to wear them, and impossible for any proper man to do so.
ABILITIES,
Rite of Farore - Healing Light: A rite of the Church dedicated to the Goddess Farore, it takes the form of a healing light that can either be channeled through the user's hand or projected at a distance. It's effectiveness depends on how close the user can get to the target, as the closer they are the stronger the healing power is. When it is used within touching range of the target, or in direct contact, it heals a large amount of damage (LS-terms: 2 raises in condition), while at a further range it only heals at medium level (IE, 1 raise in condition). Either way, it has a two-round cooldown until it can be used again.
Rite of Din - Guiding Light: A rite of the Church devoted to the Goddess Din, it takes the form of a buff that can work for up to two targets at once. It doubles all of their physical attributes for five rounds, with a cooldown of four rounds. This can be used on targets from a range, and those who are affected take on a slightly red aura. In LS terms, this adds half a condition of damage to their regular attacks, reduces damage by a quarter of a condition (basically, two regular attacks while it's active equal one half condition), and permits a 'dodge' action because of their raised reflexes and speed (this takes up one of your two action slots for the round). The dodge action has a two-round cooldown and functions similar to guard, but allows avoidance of the attack.
RACIAL ABILITIES,
Rite of the Trinity - Golden Light: Basically, Dawn has the ability to harness a bit of the holy energy that she claims 'comes directly from the Goddesses'. Once a round, she can use this energy to launch a wave of holy energy from her sword (this does normal damage against anything not weak against holy element, in which case it is doubled) or form it into a shield that can withstand low level attacks (in LS terms, it is half as effective as a standard 'guard' action; IE, it can only reduce damage by half a level, and thus can only completely block low level damage). LS-terms, either use takes up one action slot, and both cannot be used in the same round.
HISTORY,
Dawn was born under a very different name; Bridget Claudia Vashti. Back in those days, she was the daughter of a preacher and a cleric, so her life was very...Goddess-oriented. She was more or less forced to go to Church on a regular basis to praise the Goddesses for creating the world. Admittedly, back then she didn't really mind it, but at the time she also didn't realize how controlled her life was. Every decision was made by her parents on the automatic assumption of what was best for her.
Obviously, this wouldn't work once she found out what she wanted. Thankfully, her parents allowed her to play with other children in the neighborhood, and as they got into their teens, their discussions drifted from the normal 'new game!' discussions. Some of the boys began discussing more mature topics, and as Dawn overheard them, she began to get curious, as it was something her parents never mentioned. However, when she actually did ask her own parents about it, their response was a slap to her face for mentioning things that were 'inappropriate', and promptly deciding to begin her clerical training to keep her mind occupied.
This was only maintained for about a year though, as after that, Dawn became very malcontent with her life. She appreciated everything her parents had done for her, and for having raised her till this point, but she knew there was more to life. She wanted to experience all the world had to offer. She took her belongings and left, politely of course, to begin her own life without the Goddesses breathing down her neck every few seconds. Her parents loved her, and despite her choice, they gave her part of their savings in order to make sure she's at least able to eat and get a place to sleep.
Her first stop was the gambling center of Castle Town, because she knew she had money, but she needed more. If she was going to enjoy life, she needed to have the money to do so. Whether she was simply lucky, or could call her games well, she was actually quite successful there. She amounted what was essentially a small fortune, playing with the richer crowd to make more of it (and at this point, playing off a rich man's inexperience). Her first task was to hire the crew that would be necessary in order to build an estate for herself in Hyrule Field. She primarily hired humans and Gorons, though there was a little bit of every race involved. After all, she wanted their opinions as well as their aid, because this estate had to be comfortable for any kind of person who would come.
While the parts of construction went on that she couldn't help with, she hired the tutelage of a Blacksmith in Castle Town to teach her how to smith, so that she could forge her own equipment. Under his eye and hand, she was able to craft the equipment she has today. Her next step after this was to get into a seat of power, so that she could ensure nothing was out of her reach. The easiest, and most likely spot for her to get, was the seat of Gentry underneath the Champion. Using martial skills she acquired from a swordsmanship instructor and her own innate talent, combined with her clerical abilities and knowledge, she proved she served her own purpose out on the battlefield. While she did not have nearly the leading capabilities the other two existing Gentries had, she was a very open and outgoing person. She was, above all else, a people person; something that one Gentry was far from, and the other was a bit too aloof to properly connect with people.
Her first day of work, which by this point her estate had long been finished and she had eased into the life she has today, she laid eyes upon Daystallion. She instantly knew that whether it was love or lust, she had to get Day into bed with her. Obviously, people like Princess Zelda were attractive too and if she could she'd get away with them too, but there was something about Day that she had to have. She made it a personal goal of hers to sleep with Day at some point or another, thus making her contributions as a Gentry....minimal at best. Still, occasionally she does her job, and usually it's done well when she does.
EXTRAS,
Dawn is the owner of a rather large, romanesque estate established in Hyrule Field. The entire estate has a size of 34,579 square feet and includes a large enclosed garden with a salt water fish pond, fresh water swimming pool, an entire pastry shop, a music hall, art room, fighting/wrestling arena, gambling room, dining hall, and stables, among other things. She tried to accommodate both herself and any people of any race whom might come over for one of her parties.

First thing I need to point out is that you actually have one too many abilities. You can technically only have 2 MSs with a Racial Ability slot, you have 3 MSs with a racial slot (MS on armour, MS on weapon, MS for normal ability, MS for Racial Ability), so one of those needs to be dropped.
For your racial ability, you'll need to apply a cool-down onto the holy attack. I would advise a three-turn cool-down after its use.
With your armour, the passive buff can only last for a certain amount of time and have a cool-down related to that; an example would be lasting for 5 turns with a cool-down of 3 turns, which would be fair for that slot should you choose to keep it.

The extra MS is from being a Lieutenant. This character is intended to be the third Human Lieutenant, as I'm the one who reserved the spot.
The Holy attack...are you referring to either use of it, or specifically the ranged attack? The ranged attack is basically a regular attack action if she had a bow instead of a sword, and it only does extra damage against things weak against Holy, while the shield is a weaker version of the Guard action that can be used in each round as opposed to every other round.
As for the Buff, I decided to simply change it to an ability and rework it a little bit. The armor is no longer enchanted.

Due to having another leader character and this one being ancient (since early July), I'm going to go ahead and move this.
