Where could she be, he pondered. Cloaked within his shadow veil, the young Twilit Adviser peered out in the distance searching both high and low for his princess. His travels originally started out in Lanayru, but he decided to take his chance up in Eldin for some apparent reason. When he made it there, he came to be quite surprise to what he discovered. Akira couldn't help but wonder what the hell was happening in this realm. He had to admit that he was slow on gathering information when news broke out that the Twili were allowed to leave their home, but he tried to make up for his lack of knowledge by scouting out areas.
Eldin appeared to be a hot spot of hostility, especially what was going down with the mountain men, Akira collected that the rockmen were called Gorons. There was an extreme amount of tension risen up within these giants, and they weren't happy in the least bit. What caught his interest though was what kept him in Eldin for a while investigating the aftermath of a disaster that occurred a while back. Stalking within the shadows, and listening in on multiple conversations here and there, the twili male found out the Gorons were putting blame on the Twili!
When the shock settled into his brain on the Twili's existence disclosed to these beings, he knew he had to find Princess Midna and inform her immediately of his discoveries. The nerve of these brutes. Where do they get off blaming the Twili for a catastrophe? Akira was appalled of their accusations, but it was important to find his Highness first before making the next best move. Despite his judgement, he wanted nothing more than to silence those abrasive giants of speaking ill of his people. Though he knew there was a time and place for everything, and violence wasn't in the schedule for today. It was only a matter of time before he ran into her. Hopefully, she wasn't too far...

Well... to make a simple explanation simple, much to Akira's delight, Midna did so happen to be in the area. Eldin happened to be next on the list of spots to investigate, so here she was. The red earth was barren, and rough as the mountain that stood proud and tall in front of her appeared. Jagged, and unapproachable, or at least it would be for others. It was handy being a twili at times~
Her attention was quickly turned away from the mountain, and onto the presence of someone else. Her carmine eyes flickered brightly recognizing the fellow! Hastily, she approached him, leaning an arm resting against his shoulder. "You should relax a little," she mocked playfully. "You'll be an old man before your time, Akira." A grin formed upon her lips delighted to find one of her lovable Twili. What a stroke of luck as well that it happened to be none other than her adorable little adviser. He was still the same silver haired old geezer in a youth's body as he was back in the Twilight Realm. Stiff as a board, and silent like a mouse. Still, he was fun to pick on~
Unfortunately, play time would have to be postpone for another time. She could see within eyes the need for words to come out, and the look on his face told the Sovereign that it was dire. Her brows furrowed slightly as her scarlet eyes gazed at the male curious as to what was it that plagued his mind so. "Speak. You are troubled," she inquired.

His abnormal twilit blue eyes flickered the second his sonar went off alerting him of an incoming arrival. He tensed up slightly noticing the fast approach this person had, and strangely enough, he or she was coming Akira's way. By the time he turned around to get a look at what was coming at him, Midna had already made her presence known to him just casually leaning her arm against his shoulder. Resting her weight against him as if they were best buddies or something of that sort. He stared quietly at the deviant princess thinking to himself he should have saw that one coming. It was a little too convenient for his taste, honestly, the moment he needed her she so happened to appear. Though he supposed there was no room for complaints since it made his job easier now she was found.
"There is an extreme amount of tension compressed within the mountain, your highness," he got straight to the point, "The rockmen who live in the mines of Death Mountain, the Gorons, although proud and powerful they may be, are outraged of a disaster that hit them, and their mines in the volcano not so long ago."
His tone was anything but kind when mentioning the regional denizens. It was the only time Akira ever raised his voice to get his point across. Otherwise he wouldn't have said so much as he did, but he needed to keep his head on his shoulders, and think with a rational mind rather than let his heart go out for the false accusation his people were taking from these light-dwellers. It was frustrating, indeed, to hide your emotions down when logic, and reason needed to come into play. Both at which Akira found was no where around in these parts. "What makes it worse is they're accusing us behind the volcano erupting. Reasons behind how they know of our existence is still a mystery. I suppose it's only a matter of time before the rest of the Light Realm finds out about our presence here... Perhaps you can fill me in as to what you have gain from traveling Hyrule?"

Midna stared up at the mountain as Akira explained the situation to her. Apart of the princess was quite amused with the fact that the quiet one was speaking so much. Then again she had to understand the tone he was using as well. The male had every right to be displeased as she would be when he elaborated what went down in the Eldin Province. So the Gorons had problems in their mines... which happened to be inside of a volcano.
Right. Where was the logic behind that one?
Moving on right along! The Twilight Princess blinked a few times blankly. She had to admit she didn't see that one coming at all. The Gorons were blaming the Twili the disaster that occurred. As far as she was concerned, they only arrived in this realm not so long ago, there was no way in the Goddesses holy name did they do something that quick. Her thoughts quickly jumped to the conversation she had a while back in the Twilight Realm with the man in a fancy looking tuxedo. Midna didn't not want to admit it, but the fancy pants was right. Though it wasn't going to fix the mess that was created or help her on her own quest in searching for the Fused Shadows.
The alienation was to be expected, and mind you, she highly disapproved of it. She sympathized with Akira greatly knowing he was holding back his own emotions as well. There was nothing to gain in getting upset over what has been broken. Her adviser seemed more interested in what activities the Sovereign has been up to as of recently~ Might as well get him up to date.
"You should know exactly what I'm looking for, don't you, Akira?" she implied. Her carmine eyes burning with her own share of frustrations searching everywhere for that artifact. "Well, I've been doing some investigations. A group of bad guys appearing out of the blue stealing treasure... Betcha anything the disaster was anything but coincidental along these recent events too. Don't you agree?"

Midna had to have a reason to come here personally on her own accord. He went on a mental scavenger hunt through his not so vast archives of knowledge in the back of his head searching for one conclusive idea to what she meant. Her implications rooted back to his thoughts on the one thing their ancestor's left them, but it was taken away, and shattered into pieces within the light realm. The Light Spirits, guardians of Hyrule's vast provinces sealed them away, leaving only one behind to be taken back in the Twilight Realm. "Fused Shadow," he answered his princess.
He silently nodded his head at her explanation. With one hand, he ran his fingers through his silver locks, before unlocking his eyes away from the Sovereign gaining an uncomfortable tension. Not because he held any fear or anxiety, but rather, he was nervous when it came to interacting with others. It wasn't out of disrespect, or that he didn't want to talk anymore to his princess... but rather he had a habit of growing nervous when talking to people. It was all an internal struggle for the poor twili to keep up with the conversation. He's never gotten over his shyness with people sadly...
"I dont suppose I have to tell you then," he spoke calmly as best as his voice could manage, "Don't get in over your head with these denizens of light." He said it any who because it had to be put out in the open. One could never be too careful when dealing with natives of another world. Akira knew the extents of how brash the Twilight Princess could get when she wants something, especially something that didn't belong in this world to begin with. "Do you by chance... have any leads to where the other fragments are?" he asked politely. He gestured for her to come along with him; an offer to join him in a stroll into Kakariko Village.

A small smile escaped her lips. Akira was a bright little twili. He didn't need a second guess before answering the princess' question precisely. He knew right off the bat what Midna came to the Light Realm for, and this pleased the sovereign so. Now that he knew her motives in being here, she could only suspect that he would mention something about her safety in mind. Although a quiet one, it didn't mean Akira was apathetic, in fact, he cared a whole lot about others safety, whether he wanted to admit to it or not. Nonetheless, Midna was quite happy with having such a sweet little adviser who looks out for others~
She totally called it. It was ridiculously easy to point him out, but she restrained her laughter to soft giggles. Her carmine eyes filled with delight flickering brightly towards her precious twili. "I'm sure to keep that in mind, Akira," she spoke merrily. She had to restrain herself from going up to him, and pinching his cheeks gushing at how adorable her little adviser was being. Yes, she had a tendency to pick on him, and she found it quite endearing to how responsible he was for his age, but nonetheless, she did trust him.
The princess followed her adviser as if he was an escort leading her straight to the village. Might as well do a bit of venturing together, and two Twilis were better than one~ A question was brought up, and it irked her a bit. A small bead of sweat formed behind her head like that in an anime, but soon a sign escaped her lips. "I hate to admit it, but I don't..." she grumbled. "Hm? Akira~ Take a look."
Her slender hand raised her index finger up and pointed in front of them. Two stray bublins walking on the pathway carrying something between the two of them. It was a chest, probably stolen goods from the village, seeing as they were scuttling away from their direction. She looked back over to Akira before flashing him a playful wink. "Would you be a dear, and help me out?" she asked sweetly.
Midna didn't even wait for a response before sinking into the ground, lurking on the ground as nothing more than a blob of blackness heading straight to the bulblins. When she rose up, the two creatures jumped up surprised, dropping their spoils before one decided to take out a spiked club, and the other a bow, and arrow.

That smile of satisfaction forming across her lips as a good sign for the twili male that he hit the mark. Of course, she would go after the Fused Shadow. That was the big given there, but looking for such an artifact would be no easy task. Searching for even one of the fragments was a job in itself, and it didn't help that due to recent events happening, it didn't make the job any bit easier. Still, as one of her followers, Akira could only suppose that as long as he had powers to use then he would use them to the best of his abilities to help out his princess any way he could.
Akira let out a mental sigh of relief. Even if his words were predictable - or at least to the princess - so long as he was heard he was content. He couldn't help but wonder where does she get all of that enthusiasm from. Given that she had a warped way of going about with certain aspects, but that could be easily brushed to the side, but still... He worried about her sometimes.
"... you're kidding, right?" he sighed. So after spending all of that time romping about in this world, she hasn't gotten a single clue as to finding the whereabouts of the Fused Shadow? She's got some tough work ahead of her. It couldn't be helped, he supposed. The princess tended to do things in her own reckless fashion that it was quite hard to understand her ways really. Though his complaints remain unheard as he turned his attention over to what she was pointing at. Just a bunch of petty thieves...
Oh god, she's not going to... she is, he exclaimed mentally. Removing himself from the shadow veil, he slinked himself close by watching as the princess drew the two beasts' attention towards her. Pulling out a wires in between his knuckles, he twirled them around like a lasso as swift as he could, aiming for both of them for one fell swoop. They came pretty close to making the first hit, but after latching the metal strings onto their skin, it didn't take long before Akira coiled them around the creatures. Both fell down in an fenzied struggle to get out of the tangles. Only to find out that the more they struggled the tighter their bounds got until finally they drew their last breath, choking themselves until they couldn't breath no more. It was a quiet, but slow death.
"Next time, just throw them off a cliff, your highness," he advised sarcastically, "It's a much cleaner job for the both of us."
Well, to the victor, the spoils...

"You're no fun," she pouted softly, "Where's your sense of adventure? Cut loose every now and then~" Midna was right; her adviser was worse than an senile old man. Look at him being all grown up, it was just too cute, it made her want to hurl a little. Then again throwing up would leave quite an unpleasant after taste, and that just wasn't something she wanted. Eww~ Back to the point! The spoils now belonged to the princess. She clapped her hands together in a childish manner excited as to what was inside of the chest. There was a lock on it obviously so one of the dead carcasses had the key.
With a flick of her wrist, she picked it up after a few telekinetic thorough search for the little thing before unlocking the chest. Pointing her finger upwards, the lid of the chest flew open disclosing the hidden spoils that dwelt inside. Carmine eyes blinked a few times actually surprised to what they got. It was... clothes. To be more precise, it was uniforms of sorts, for a bar or something related to that sorts. "Ooooh~" she awed. She took out one that she really liked, a white collared, long-sleeved shirt, black vest, and a pair of black slacks, but unfortunately, it was only in men's. "Aw... I could totally rock this if it was in women's," she snickered holding it up to her body. "Hmmm... Hold still, Akira."
She held up the uniform over to him but quickly frowned. The length seemed good, but it looked rather... baggy on the twilit male. She couldn't help but laugh at the poor dear being too thin for it. "Oh well! I'm going to keep this," she giggled. Soon enough the bartender uniform dissolved into multiple twilit particles before disappearing into thin air completely. "Thank you, my dearest adviser."

He got monster guts all over his Heartstrings so that the princess could have a chest filled with clothes? He was starting to understand why she hasn't made much progress with finding the Interloper's most precious weapon. Then again, he suppose it wasn't his place to make such judgements - it wouldn't do him any bit of good to begin with since she tended to ignore most of his advice he gives her. Seriously, why did he take this job again if he was just going to get harrassed by her? Even Akira didn't understand it much really, but a job was a job. He didn't particularly hate his position, but it did bring up a lot of questions...
He stared quietly looking at the princess with a look that obviously screamed out what are you thinking, woman? First she tried seeing if the uniform would fit her, and then turned it over to him. It didn't fit either of them... but that wasn't the point behind the face. The face came with a question that didn't stay closed from his mouth for long. "Do tell, your highness," he started to rub his temples, "What are you going to do with those clothes?"
He knew he was going to regret ever uttering those words, but they came out all the same.

There he goes again. Performing the same old habits that he did as usual questioning her motives down to the very last detail. This boy needs some serious help lightening up or else he will die young of a heart attack. If he didn't get it from something else then the princess was going to be the cause of it. Some things just don't die that easily in people... then again she didn't have room to speak for herself.
She had some pretty bad habits that didn't die off ever since she started moving around here, but we're digressing. Midna gave him a devious grin looking for some clever reason as to why she wanted to clothes. She was having way too much fun messing with Akira, it never got boring, since he always leaves himself open for harassment. She is rather surprised he still puts up with her, but then again she had to commend him for his diligence. If only a little~
"Haven't you heard of role playing?" she was joking for the most part, "A lot of people are into it. So why not~?" Breaking the fourth wall jokes were fun. Probably not the most creative thing she's ever came up with, but it sure was clever. "I like souvenirs. Relax, you~"

Called it. Akira knew he would regret asking her such a question, but alas, he got his answer. Somehow he just knew in his gut that the answer he was going to get would be mind-boggling, and he was right. He needed to trust his instincts more often. The places his mind wandered off to for a minute or two. There was but one conclusion he could come up with the second he got his thoughts back in order, and his nerves calmed down.
His princess was a freak. He couldn't help but wonder if it was this flamboyancy that has kept her from having a steady boyfriend. Then again such contemplation lead to other suggestive questions that he didn't want to be thinking about. Damn it, Midna!
"I'm afraid you make it rather difficult to do, princess," he sighed. "Besides... don't you need a partner for that?"
Wait... why the hell was he asking that?! He quickly shook his head getting disturbed with how the princess was messing with his head. Akira was not interested in knowing what kind of past times she got herself into. He was starting to think that coming to the Light Realm was a very bad idea. Where did all of these corrupted thoughts come from? Then again he had to think for a moment on who he was questioning.
This was the Twilight Princess... Why did it still surprise him that her actions, and behavior were off the rails or so to speak. He would probably never know. "Nevermind. I didn't say anything. Do as you please," he shrugged his shoulders.

"Oh my~" she gasped. She placed her hand over her mouth as if she was surprised to hear such a question come out of her adviser's mouth. She really wasn't but he lured himself into a good teasing. Midna was not going to let him down on this for a long time. "I'm sure I can find someone who wouldn't mind RPing with me. Why? Are you interested, Akira~?"
She knew he wasn't, but it didn't mean she wasn't going to let him go that easily. She flashed him a teasing wink before hearing him give up in trying to understand her again. He was going to be profound a lot more during their time together if he kept trying to analyze her personality as if it was textbook information.
Life's too short to be having your nose in a book reading information when you could broaden your intelligence by means of looking at other perspectives. Midna knew that soon enough playtime would be over, and she would have to get back to work searching for the Fused Shadow.
What her adorable little Adviser didn't seem to realize that he needed to relax, and just enjoy the moment before it disappears. There was no need to take everything for granted. Such thoughts would close his mind off of the beauty that this realm had. "You don't need to worry about me, sweetheart," she smiled softly, "Try to find the good in things rather than observing what's in front of you. You'll find your stay in the Light Realm far more enjoyable."

Akira answered her question with a deadpan stare. Did she really think that he was the type of person who would be into those kinds of things? Midna really was a freak. He could swear he felt a headache forming from the frivolous of this encounter has been. Quietly, he shook his head allowing his silver hair fall into his face for a moment before readjusting it. His oceanic blue eyes staring off from eye-contact with the princess as he crossed his arms in thought.
So where did they go from here? The twili wanted to know where their path's were going, and how it would affect the rest of the world around them. Questions that were still unanswered that he longed for solutions, or possibilities to come. Results would be nice, but logical reasons behind important matters would help their causes in this realm were even better. The least he could do was offer what little service he could for his princess even if she really didn't need him around. As an adviser, he still cared about his ruler's well-being, and that at least she was doing well.
She may be the most unruly ruler there was, but he couldn't find himself following any other besides her.
His expression softened a bit when she started giving him advice. He thought that was his job? A small hint of a smile formed upon his lips as his blue eyes turned back over to the princess. Amusement filled the light of his irises as he calmed down a bit. "That's going to be one tough job to do," he complained lightheartedly, "I suppose it's got to be done one way or another."

Answers just didn't appear out of thin air solving the world's problems just like that. Yes, it would be nice if it did, but the real world simply didn't work that way. Reality just didn't want to be easy for people, but it was something they had to accept. With the ability of free will there comes a time when conflict rears it's ugly face, and when it happens, that's your true colors will be exposed. Still, it brought the princess joy that at least Akira was willing to live life a little~
"There you go," she cooed, "Now be a good adviser, and do your best, ok? Don't do anything I wouldn't do~" That would probably get his mind ticking. Nonetheless, she trusted Akira to report back to her should he find anything that would help them. Help her to become one step closer to finding all the all the right places. To settling the problems with the natives who falsely accused them of matters that didn't even involve the twili in the first place.
The night was still young, but the moon would soon be rearing it's harsh light against the earth. It would seem that their time in their physical forms would come to an end. Midna approached her adorable little adviser, and patted his stiff shoulders slightly. "Call me if you need me. I'll be in touch~ See you later," she waved him goodbye. Closing her eyes, it didn't take her long to sink back into the shadows crawling upon the earth. Her appearance disappearing without a trace of her existence lingering within the area.

What was that suppose to mean? Knowing the princess, what could she possibly not do? What a troublesome woman she was... Honestly, Akira was really thrown off by her quirky nature. Then again, it probably shouldn't come to much surprise on his part, after all of this time of serving as her adviser. That still needed some adjusting before it melded into his character. Concluding that this trivial matter was settled with, and he got what he wanted to say down, it was probably time for them to continue their ventures in this realm. Akira could only pray for safe travels for his princess as she took off first.
Her words would haunt his thoughts for a bit trying to make sense of what she said. A troublemaker, at best, but all in good fun. Or at least to what twili called fun... With a long sigh escaping his mouth, he cloaked his form within the shadow veil once more before departing as well. Now that one chore was done, he had to set new objectives up in order to complete. Thus the silver haired twilit male traveled off through the night...
