APPEARANCE,
In her true form Kylie is basically a blob. Though much like the Chu and ChuChu jellies that you see throughout Hyrule she can take on a more direct shape by molding her unshaped body. Kylie’s usual choice of form is that of a human girl that is designed around what she thinks she would look like if she had been born a human. Though it is much harder to form clothing, with so much concentration going into holding the molded form already, so Kylie most often appears bare. Not as though you can really make out much since her skin is not very detailed but rather a smooth surface.
Outside of being in blob form Kylie can take on the form of other people in full. Though during the first time replicating someone there is likely to be errors in the change. Starting with the eyes which tend to take on the current color of her jelly state. But they changes can also be more severe, such as body parts being those of someone else’s or incorrect sizes. She can usually easily correct them but only if they are noticed.
Currently Kylie is in the form of an Oocca Adjunct woman. She has slender white wings, white hair, white skin, and even dresses in mainly white as if to bring everything together. She has piercings in her left ear, several, hanging down a bit. She is quite bow legged, one of her bird cosmetic looks as well as her sharply pointed ears, nose, and chin.

Being unable to carry items in the goo state has kept Kylie from ever coming accustomed to any weapons. She does not usually keep any on her. Though Zolanius has been teaching her in combat in order to assist him if needed.

Attract

Kylie lets out a pheromone that attracts in other Jelly creatures. They are usually caught by surprise as they are expecting a chance at mating. The opposite effect can be had as well since some may get aggressive when eager to mate. The majority of species can not pick up the smell but those who can will find it to smell like some kind of toxin that’s scent is sticky, clinging to the nostrils and scent glands thusly blocking out other smells. In this sense the ability can be used to shut down someone’s sense of smell. Will only work on Jellies associated with Color Coded.

Color Coded

Kylie can use a Chu Jelly or the essence of another Chu/Chuchu in order to change her goop attribute based on the one she is absorbing.
Green(current color.)- slightly heal others by allowing them to digest a small part of herself. (health increase by 1 level. Has a one post cool down. Can not heal self with this ability.)
Blue-Can shock others by touching them. (basic touch will deal one level of damage, touching with something that conducts electricity will deal two levels of damage.)

Shape Shift

Being made of a goo that is easily moldable Kylie can change her appearance at will. The general mass needs to be the same which is why she usually appears to be much older than she actually is, since her gelatinous mass makes up about that of an average adult for most of the races. For her first time becoming something/someone the details can come out wrong but not always. Taking the form of someone does not grant any of their abilities or racial abilities. But can grant the use of there weapon, but not any abilities that weapon may have.
In battle transforming has to be done in two stages, once to a goop form where she takes no definant shape and again to the desired form. There is a two post cool down between each transformation, making the entire process two posts. But outside of battle Kylie can change her form without the cool down period. This ability can not be used to copy another player’s appearance without their approval first.

Tishoo Regeneration

Any substance lost will be immediately regenerated. Unless removed in a way that is body effecting, such as being removed with a flaming sword that would burn the area. In which case it will take 2 posts to regenerate the missing mass. This ability does not allow for more to be generated than the amount lost

HISTORY,

~Life~

A pregnant woman finds herself giving birth in a bathtub during what should only be her second term. The growth of the child is already to a size normal for a full term birth, doctors having calmed the worys with the wonderful news that it was very likely twins or more. But fear has set in on this human woman and her husband as the water has broken and contractions have begun. Unsure what to do the husband has run to fetch a doctor while the wife is left to deal with things alone. As time seems to drag on forever things eventually stop. Blood covers the tub along with other things. But there is no child. The woman belives herself to know what this means, miscarriage, and begins to wash the rather disgusting mess down the drain.

~The Beginning~

But as it turns out the woman did give birth to life, which she sadly washed down the drain. Leaving the gelatinous blob to find its way alone in the sewers beneath civilization. It wasn’t as hard as one would think since from the day of conception this deformity of nature was taking in the world around it. In days it developed the way a human child would in simple years. Over time it found itself able to take shape as it explored its abilities. Taking on the form of a young human adult. With nothing to base the look off this look has been assumed to be the form she would have taken if she had been a human. Though she was still red and slimy the form allowed the ability to make her way out of the sewers.

On the surface it was dark allowing for sneaking without being seen. It was immediately apparent she did not fit in, obviously she needed clothes. While searching for clothes there was a high-pitched scream as someone discovered her. The startling caused her form to be lost causing a return to just a simple red blob. Which in turn caused more screaming. Things about a daemon monster of blood. It wasn’t hard to guess what they meant. People with weapons came and began trying to attack. With no other options, returning to the sewer was the only escape. In time the sewers emptied out into some river or another. Leaving the blob girl to collect herself in sorrow.

~Moving on~

Life moved on. The jelly watched the people of the world from afar, wishing she could be one of them. There where regular sightings of her. Making her almost infamous as some kind of hideous monster. A few years into life it was one such occasion that resulted in a monster hunt. Torches, pitchforks, the whole shebang. A broken down house provided the chance for a place to hide, possibly a rout into the sewers. The house turned out to be a home, the home of one Hybrid Oocca. She had only a single black wing, a deformity of her hybrid-ness. Her name was Sophia. The woman took pity on the creature that had barged into its house. Lying to the mob about its ware bouts.
Sophia became everything for the girl, no longer just some blob of a creature but a person with a family and a teacher. She even had a name now, Daniell. Sophia was not skilled in much of anything, but was able to teach the girl about the world and about life. Brining her up to par on all the things she should have known by her apparent age. In discovering what she was capable of her ability to take on a more solid form was discovered. Though to do so she needed to take on the form of another individual. Sophia never did get used to seeing herself walking around the house.
Sophia, wishing for Daniell to learn more about what she was. Captured a Chuchu jellys, one green the other blue, in a bottle insisting she at least touch the jelly. Upon finally touching it, after much insisting, Daniell’s normally red jelly color flowed to change into a blue one. Followed by a blast of electricity that knocked Sophia back. Excitedly Sophia grabbed the next one. Turning her a shade of green. Boringly enough nothing happened this time. Now she was just green. It was a lame result but Sophia said to count there blessings since the results could have been anything, the where lucky the electric blast hadn’t killed her.
~Present~
Sophia lived a short life, something involving the way her organs where placed from her being a hybrid. In the years with Daniell she was never quite able to rid her of her hate for humanity. Sophia had been the only one to ever treat her normal without disgust or fear. Using her abilities to gain things from others, take advantage of them, even hurt people. It was these very motives that lead to her impersonating an Oocca Adjunct. Near death and requesting help Daniell put her out of her misery. Daniell knew quite a bit of information about the Oocca already, for as it turned out Sophia was her half sister.
So over the next two years Daniell became Kylie Highwing. Oocca Adjunct. Playing the things she didn’t know by ear and staying as far out of the light as possible. Until learning her way around doing things in the political world. At some point or another during this subtle potential rain of terror, Kylie found herself finding allot of things in common with one of her Adjuncts, Zolanius Thyre. It came to be that they had some similar outlooks on life. Sure Zolanius wanted to destroy all races besides Oocca, which included a disgusting blobish creature. But as far as he knew she was an Oocca, and a good one at that.

This character terrifies me. In a good way, mind you, because it's very creative and unique. I'm not sure if the Adjunct slot can be filled by someone of another race, but because of the clever medium by which you did it I'm going to assume yes and let the next mod take issue with that point. >.>

My concerns are mainly with abilities. I'm not quite sure what purpose Attract has. If it just takes away the sense of smell then . . . well sure. XD

Shapeshifting is fine, especially since you stated quite clearly no abilities and only with approval.

The biggest issue is your second racial ability, the prismatic one. I'm not sure if the Monster racial section states this, but the two slots you get to use are half-slots, meaning the abilities are not as fully powerful as a normal ability slot. What you have would fit better into an ability slot rather than a half-slot. And if you decide to go that route then you're going to need to severely adjust some of the abilities (for example: freezing an opponent completely isn't allowed, as per your light blue color).

First of thanks, you basically just had positive things to say and I like that it terrifies you. Good thing or not.

I would not be to upset with not being able to get the Adjunct slot, would be perfectly understandable.

Attract other than the blocking out scent, just attracts jelly monsters. Making finding them a bit easier for me. It would be used for that whenever I have staff bringing monsters into a thread. It would really just increase the chances that whatever you guys bring in will be a jelly creature.

It states the half slot thing somewhere, I didn't really feel like either of them where very powerful. The powerful aspects of the one are interchangeable and I didn't personally feel where very strong. I will be fine with taking it over to a ability slot since I didn't even fill two of them anyways, though I would prefer to keep it. I guess if I make it a slot I can upgrade it anyways which I had been considering. Can I freeze a person for a duration of time? I'll change it to that for now and if you say no just tear that out entirely, the ice chu only appears one cannon time anyways.

Any suggestions for another racial ability? I'd like to fill that gap. I'll be thinking on it and will have something soon.

The problem with freezing an opponent in any way is it technically opens them up for a coup de grace at your mercy. Since it's a full ability slot instead of a half-slot, what I would recommend is something like "an opponent who is 'frozen' must take two action slots instead of one to maneuver". That's just a suggestion, as it accomplishes a similar effect to freezing.

I should have mentioned this last time, as well, that the prismatic ability should have a cooldown between switching colors. And, finally, you need to add some more static definitions, like how much damage the shock does. Oh, and I find purple hard to understand. >.>

I have added LS attributes to the colors necessary. I took your suggestion on the the light blue color, good idea.

The prismatic ability requires I have something to change before hand, do I really need a cool down? It's not like I will be carrying jars around full of various jelly leftovers, I cant even carry things anyways. So its unlikely that I would ever be changing more than one time. Unless of course I where being attacked by various jellies, but in that instance I would not be fighting another player and it would need to be quite the variety of them for me to be changing a bunch.

What is it exactly you find hard to understand about the purple? If I knew what was misunderstanding about it I could explain/correct it.

Lastly I have added a new racial ability to make up for the one that was moved to abilities.

Color Coded, I would appreciate it if you chose between two colors. I would suggest green and light blue.

Also, black needs to go. For a level one ability, it's way too strong, along with her blue ability. This is because due to her shapeshifting, she can turn into the blob midjump, cover them, and deal massive damage or outright kill them. Red needs to be toned down to two with something to negate the constant use thing, as once again, three for level one is too much.

Also the beneficial jelly she herself cannot ingest.

Your statement left me with the impression that I did not have to remove down to two colors? That it would simply be preferred? So I left them all there.

I edited Blue to deal less Damage significantly, will that be fine?
Black was edited as well, basically being blue but with the possibility of death if I have a players permission. I know you said it needs to go but I am hoping that with edits it will be better. If black is still a no go I will just throw it out, the Chu it is based off of was only a prototype monster and I didn't expect to run into really.
The corrections to red where made, I also added not being able to constantly use it to the green ability as well. Each of them where also given a statement saying that she can not ingest it herself, I never intended that to be possible but I suppose you have to have all your exits covered.

I really am hoping I am not required to loose all the the colors, it's something that makes my character unique and part of what I was playing her for. If you do decide to loose with them all can I get a bit of an explanation please?

Removing it to two is the preferred idea, but I'd rather not force it as there might be a way to work it and I'd rather not make the concrete call on it.

Blue and the healing jellies are fine now.

But the reason I'd be removing it is because it's effectively eight abilities in one slot. Let's put it this way. Let's say Nightmare could wield Fire, Ice, Water, Wind, Light, Shadow, Lightning, and Poison. Omnimancy, essentially. The only catch was he could only use one at a time. Does that sound fair for a slot? I understand what you are using is the lieutenant slot, but that's just an extra slot, it doesn't allow for leeway that other slots don't allow.

So unless we can work something out, I'm afraid you will have to choose.

Well she can not change just when ever at will. She has to touch the part of another goo in her jelly form. So its more than just being able to use only one at a time. When she is a goo she can't even hold items so I couldn't change rapidly that way. The only way I would have the ability to change more than maybe once in a thread. Is if i captured a bunch of different goo stuff while I was in a solid form. Considering it takes two posts between changes It would take me two posts to change from solid to goo. It could very well take me more time to change colors seeing as I would need to locate the item while in goo form. So if I'm being attacked when trying to transform then It is easy enough to keep the object from me after I change. I Would then need to be in goo form for two posts before being allowed to change back to a solid form. After that I would need to re locate my items, this is assuming I would even have more than 1 object allowing me to change on me at a time, which would hopefully be a minimum of two posts cause that's again how long I need before changing. Would then need to start the process over again from changing colors. So to change more than one time in a thread it would take me about.

In changes alone that's 6 posts. Adding in only one post for locating items ever time that's 9 posts to change, and this is only two times. It would likely take longer to get to my items cause I would very likely not be just standing in one place.


Now if all of that isn't enough of a reason I can propose that I can not have more than one diffrent color change in my possession at a time.

If a reason is needed for the above suggestion -We can go with some garbage of them being two overwhelming for her to have that many in her possession, something about being able to feel them cause she's a goo to or something. Basically just stealing the reason for not being able to have more than one shard at a time there.

As for changes being 6 - 9 posts. In that scenario it would just be best to abandon the color switching and use her MSes to give her attributes of the other jellies.

On that note I would give up my other magic slot to keep it the one ability the way it is if I could.

Attract, as I stated in one of the posts, above would be left up to the staff when I used it if jellies even showed up. How many and what kinds as well. So I would have no control over that. I would also need to fight the jellies and then touch the leftovers. So while combating another person to suddenly be fighting off jellies that are trying to mate with me would not exactly be something I wanted to cause. Or something anyone would want to see the results of if I failed at fending them off.

I'm sorry but seeing as things are this would be completely useless for you. If you want my advice, make her a unique kind of chu which using the MSes, give yourself some of the abilities of colorcoded, as some of those things can be scary if used right. Pink + Light Blue with a brief cooldown on Lightblue would be fearsome.
