Every day was the same routine. Yasmine woke up, cleaned herself, went to the fields to forage for foods or possibly rupees that travelers drop. She then makes her way back to her small hole in the wall that she calls her home, cooks up whatever she finds, and then the rest of the day is spent at the bar, drinking what fine alcohols are provided for the day. Yasmine is not one to indulge herself with the finer things in life, like clothes with jewels and nice shoes... but she does love a good ale.
The Fairy's Fountain Tavern was sort of like a second home, along with Telma's Bar. Telma's bar was more homey, but the Fairy's Fountain was new and exciting... Oh hell, what did she care about new and exciting? They had better booze. That's the only reason she came here, and she was quickly reminded of why it was the only thing that brought her here.
A drunkard stumbled into her table, even though it was way off in the corner, all by it's lonesome. A brawl had started, and he was thrown back into her stool. Yasmine's reflexes kicked in, so she at least was able to keep her balance as the stool fell beneath her. She rose to her full height and hovered over the man. Her armor and skin were sopping wet with the contents of her cup. Her eyes glared at him with a look of malice that would send a pup running with it's tail between it's legs. Yasmine wasn't necessarily violent, but she had a look that shot daggers, and most regulars knew to keep away from her.
"It would be wise to get me a towel, hume." She growled, her lip curled into a light snarl, her brow furrowed as her gaze narrowed. Armored arms crossed beneath her chest as her armored feet tapped against the wood. The bar grew silent for a time while the man clambered away. Yasmine glanced around with her angry eyes and bellowed, "What are you all looking at?"
Just another typical night.

Merik, tonight bearing a light tan and sea-green hair, sighed in irritation as the man he had just spent a hundred rupees on failed in his simple incredibly task: find the biggest, strongest person in the bar and using all the skills at his disposal take the target down as quickly and quietly as possible.
The Pirate King was headhunting tonight; this bar had yet to open when he had departed castle town a few weeks prior and it seemed like a good place to look for new scum to fill out the crew a bit. After a bit of useless conversation with a few of the patrons he had found the man who had claimed to be a skilled thief and a decent fighter. The Gerudo had taken a gamble, given the man his offer and the rupees, and set him off on the task. Clearly the human was a better liar than anything else because his 'skills' involved just walking up to another man and punching him. Unfortunately the one instruction he did follow was making sure that his foe was bigger than him. The 'fight' lasted just long enough for the other man to stand up and send the King's would-be crewman flying across the room, knocking a drink all over the very tall, very pissed off, Minish Rabbit.
Normally he wouldn't have cared past that point but the hush that fell over the bar made him much more interested in the woman.
Armor, claws, clearly a bit of a reputation, she looks like she can hold her own in a fight and if she is actually a rabbit she should be fairly fast.[/i] he thought as he watched her from across the room.
As life returned to the bar he scanned it for someone about her size so he could see how a she handled herself against a fairly equal opponent. It didn't take long to find one who seemed sober enough for the task and he beckoned the man over.
"You saw the woman who just got her drink all over?"
"Who the bunny? Yeah I saw her."
"Good, you aren't blind. Here's five hundred rupees, I want you to take her down by whatever means." Merik replied as he handed the man two rupees, a silver and a gold, and then waved him away. "Now."
This should be interesting...
