Deep in the jungle camouflaged by all the fallen leaves A hand holds up the sky while shamefully I make my plea The Minish Forest. Judging by the name you'd think there would be some Minish there.
But it was cool. Vriska had a map. She was even reasonably sure it was an accurate one, if the midget in a leotard who sold it to her could be trusted. It had been a long, tiring hike in bleak, boring weather, but her heart was racing because she could hear the muffled rushing of a waterfall and she would finally be among her mother's people and then everything would be tea and crumpets forever.
She was running now, crashing through the screen of the forest and into a clearing bordering the edge of a deep, wide river. Neither of these where anywhere on the map. Vriska was crestfallen. The map was either wrong, or she was hopelessly lost. Either way she had come all this way for nothing. For a moment she didn't know how to feel.
She settled on rage.
Screaming in frustration, Vriska tore the map to pieces and let out a string of scalding expletives, moving from musical Sky Language to flowing Picori to accented Hylian and back to Picori without missing a breath before finally crumbling and falling to her knees by the river. It was lazy enough to cast a decent reflection, giving Vriska a good look at exactly how pathetic she was. She snarled at it. "What are you looking at? *****."

Nothing beat a trip back home. Back to the depths of the forest where she used to play incessantly in, where her days of her youth reside. Seyka got older, but the trees that still stood tall, and mighty stayed the same over the years. The sweet floral fragrance of the wild flowers in full bloom colored the clearings with glee. She wasn't surprise to see how empty it was save for the wildlife itself dwelling in these parts. The Picori were rather shy creatures~
She couldn't help but wonder how her tribe would take it if they found out one of their own kind has returned back to the forest? While it was true that Minish tended to be somewhat nomadic, often times, forest Minish would stay in the forest in tribes to keep in touch with things such as their ties with the wildlife, and protecting their territory from poachers.
Sitting on top of a gnarled branch upon one of the ancient trees, Seyka got a good view of the forest from up above. This place brought back a sense of nostalgia she hasn't experienced in a while. It had been a little over a year since she last came back so it was a refreshing turn to see things the way it was. Her bright magenta eyes glittered with excitement wondering what should she do first while she was here. Many options laid wait for her to pick...
That is until she heard a rather startling scream. Her feline ears jerked up the second the ear piercing screech hit her sharp hearing ears, tempting her to fall from her place. Thanks to the use of her neko claws, she plunged her nails into the tree to keep herself steady. "What was that?" she asked herself as her heartbeat slowed down. She nearly had a panic attack there!
The voice of the said scream held a mixture of words being let out in a stringed consistency, some of it she could understand, someone was speaking Picori, but other than that, the rest was gibberish. Staring off not at all that far from her was none other than Vriska throwing venom... at her own reflection? Seyka tilted her head slightly to the side. "I know it's healthy to let out some steam, but I'm not quite sure this counts," she commented. "Come on now~ Turn that frown upside down and smile!"
Seyka began counting the seconds until Vriska notices the feline Minish up in the tree~

The moment Seyka spoke, Vriska jumped to her feet and looked around, scanning her surroundings for the source of the voice. No one in the trees, no one in the river, so she did what every sensible person who'd grown up among Oocca would do - she looked up. There was someone in the trees. A little girl - or a young woman, it was hard to tell. She looked young. And catty. Literally.
Could it be? "Are you... Minish? Really a Minish? Not half-blood or anything? An actual Minish?"

Seyka tilted her head slightly to the side at the girl's string of questions. Her response would be slightly delayed since it took a moment for the cat girl to process that this girl probably hasn't seen a full-blood Minish before. This shouldn't come to any surprise to Sey Sey, what with the Picori people being very reclusive creatures. She smiled softly as her magenta eyes flickered with amusement.
Slipping herself off of the branch, she landed gracefully onto the earth, her knees bent slightly to withstand the minor shock the moment her feet planted onto the grass with a light thump! Perking up her kitty cat ears, she turned her attention over her company~
"Minish, that I am," she replied bubbly, swaying her tail from side to side, in small subtle motions. "My name's Seyka~ Who may you be?"

The first thing that struck Vriska about the young woman was that she was impossible. She was too sleek, too graceful to possibly be real. And she was standing right there introducing herself and Vriska was just sitting there staring dumbly trying to figure out just how the universe was screwing her over this time. She realized she was stretching the silence past the point of awkwardness and stood up hurriedly, brushing the grass from her knees.
"Sorry. I'm Vriska. You wouldn't happen to know if there's a Minish village anywhere in this area, would you? I'm a tad lost," she admitted awkwardly.

Seyka couldn’t help but wonder if Vriska was waiting for the cat girl to do a trick. What – with the way she was staring for a long period of time. Sey Sey blinked. The little kitty cat couldn’t help but smile at how odd she was~ Odd was a good thing in the feline minish’s book. It meant that her attention wouldn’t be thrown off by anything else anytime… soon.
When Vriska mentioned about any nearby villages, her magenta eyes flickered softly, curiously. It wasn’t surprising if she was a bit lost, but now was not the time to have fear! Sey Sey was there to make things all better. “Yeah, actually, my village is nearby. I can take you there if you want~” she mewed sweetly.
