- - - - The marketplace was busy as always, people moving from stand to stand buy what they want and making deals with the sellers. Children ran past grownups as they chased after each other through the cobblestone streets, giggling and laughing as they snuck around adults' legs. A few dogs chased after them, barking as they trailed off after their owners. The people of the town outside of Hyrule castle were used to the loudness and busyness of the streets. This was a common-day practice for the market place, though occasionally some days were busier than others and others remained stagnate. Through some parts of the market, smells of wondrous foods graced the air and in other parts beautiful, melodic music played while dancers danced or stories were told.
It would be unnoticed if someone, out of character entered the market, or for this matter a wandering dog, who from the looks from its scarf around its neck seemed to belong to someone. So, that was what she would want people in the market to believe so along her journey through the market she walked besides some people, being their companion for a small amount of time. However, soon she would stray away from them and go on her merry little way. Her tail would move in and out of alleyways, making the shortest trip to her destination. She'd occasionally walk underneath stands, following her nose to the lovely smells of cooking meat.
However, upon her journey she ran into a small group of kids who spotted her. She spotted a passing by person and decided to walk by their heels as the kids ran up to her and petted her, telling her how such a pretty and good dog she was. The kids then ran off to continue what they were doing and she jogged off to get herself some breakfast. Making her way underneath some more stands, she'd then turn a corner and come across a stand with fresh, recently cooked meat. She'd hide underneath a stand and wait for perfect timing until she struck, stealing her breakfast for today. The seller was talking with a lady, so she ran off moving through and around people's feet. Quickly, however. She'd then reach up to the stand and quickly snatch a slab of meat then bound off towards an alleway. However, the man saw her and quickly yelled at her, scolding her. He chased after her with a stick. However, she turned a corner in the alleyway and then disappeared.
She would continue running until she knew he was off of her heels, sitting by the entrance to another alleyway she'd lay down and enjoy her meal. Placing the meat between her paws, she'd start to rip some of the meat off of the bone. Sometimes it paid off being a dog because one could sneak around so easily, however some days were harder to get food especially if you visited the same places. However, she had only been here a couple of days so the pickings were good for now. But, she would probably have to move on soon. She would probably soon run out of places to steal food from.

Hey we all need to eat, could one really condemn someone for that? Yes, you could; when it involved stealing from someone else! The market place was no stranger to thieves but the suspect for this case was...not human. It was a dog, a rather cute dog supposedly. The scene of the crime? A Meat seller's stand and it was quite the slab too.
The man whom chased the dog had given up and returned to his stand. He grumbled and an Ace Detective happened to pass by. "What's the stitch?" she greeted, meaning "What happened", to which he'd explain to her his plight. She crossed her arms in front of her chest, lips curling into a frown somewhat. Once his story was posted for the record, she'd look out to the alleyway that he came from.
"Sounds like you've provided a solid testimony, here's some consolidation until I catch the culprit." the universal currency was slipped out of a pouch. Resting them down on the stand, she'd then proceed to walk off, her black long brimmed hat; swayed slightly at the tip. So much for being a "witch" huh? Not that titles were important right now, only solving the case. There was many kids laughing and cheering within the market, parents calling after them. To Elise, this was simply background noise but yet part of the mystery as well. One last glance was taken before turning down the alley.
There were some wooden crates along the sides, as well as some jars. Boorish boys would often break these jars in order to find rare loot. Elise would simply take control of the space around the jar. Lifting it with aether magic, she'd shake it for any signs of loot. Sadly, it was a no go; thus she proceeded on her way. Why search the jars? Criminals tended to stash their loot when on the run. That meant the dog must have found a safe place to munch peacefully. Taking a turn, she'd proceed to formulate a hypothesis on just where in the market the culprit could be.

xx - - - - The culprit, who happened to be a dog, could have probably gone 'hunting' elsewhere. However, the marketplace was usually an easy catch, most of the stand keepers gave up chasing her after a short while. Sometimes dogs could beg for food, however that wasn't always an easy feat either. Sometimes those who could not fend for themselves had to resort to stealing, and on this occasion the seemingly dog wasn't all that great of a hunter. Hunting was for those who were wild and free, Nym was free for the meantime but most of her life she had been a companion where her owner fed her what food and sometimes leftovers he could afford. She had visited here a few times before with him, since he had been a merchant after all. Since this town saw a lot of sellers, merchants and travelers among others, they probably wouldn't remember a white dog.
It had taken her awhile to travel here, a bit she had been wandering after all. However, now since she had come here and had been here for a few days she was now enjoying a handsome lunch. Licking her chomps she looked around at the street beyond the alleyway she was in now, though she was hidden from anyone who may walk by though she could see them from her advantage point. After cleaning her muzzle some she continued to bite into the delicious meat and rip a small portion of the meat off. Chewing awhile she'd continue the endeavor again.
She was a bit unbeknowst to the fact that there might be still someone after her, however not the merchant from the food stand himself. She would be sitting in a dark corner of the alleyway eating her newest steal. As soon as she lost the seller she thought she was pretty much off the hook. She was about half way done with the slab of meat when she heard something coming from the other end of the alleyway, the way she had her back sort of turned towards. She stood up, ready to growl however only a small rat scurried out of the alleyway and into a crack in a wall. She let out a sigh, if it could be called a sigh at all and laid down again, picking at her meat. Unknowing to the fact that something might have scared the small rat.

Safety was a variable term, one which meant being unbothered by those whom she stole from or in this Ace Detective's case; away from a suspects grasp. Regardless, neither of those definitions could apply to the situation at hand. The alleyway sounded relatively quiet, minus the rat which was alarmed. Thankfully the dog wasn't quite 'aware' of its surroundings, a surprise considering its sense of smell. Then again, with that slab of meat it was munching on, distraction of the senses was quite possible. As for why it didn't 'hear' her presence, that was rather simple.
"Hello there Lil Thief." She didn't need to yell to catch the dog's attention now. Her words were apathetic but soft toned. Surely the dog would turn to face her, in which she'd see that nobody was actually there, well until she looked up. There she would see a young girl of fifteen hanging upside down in mid-air. Her face largely covered by the brim of her long black hat. The top end which was pointy, was bent and flopped to the side. Her colour scheme; that of black and white certainly didn't scream "cheery". In fact, it was safe to conclude this teenager was a witch.
"You have the right to remain silent lil thief, though I can't say what trouble you'll be in for your actions; should you be more than just a dog that is." Elise never left possibilities closed, not in a world of shapeshifters and magic. Considering the dog seemed to 'plan' this attack versus a quick run and snatch, it left the possibility open for the young detective to pursue.
"I can see it now, the ending..." As it turned out, Elise had traversed the alleyways and was late arriving behind the dog because of the many ways to run off. More so too, she was trying to get the perfect drop on her suspect, yet a slip up via a rat...forced her hand a bit. Not that she had any problems using her own magic in these instances, in fact it was a necessity in this world.

- - - - - One would be curious if the dog, who had been munching away, had been a little suspecting in the rat randomly scurrying away into a hole, as if it had become scared by something. Remaining her cool, she would just see what had scared the small rodent away. Acting as if she was concentrated on her meal, she'd play along with whoever was coming down the alleyway. But, her ears did not hear footsteps, so could there be anything there at all? And her nose was distracted by the smell of the oh, so delicious meat she had been devouring... to only be distracted by something. However, her answers would come soon enough.
When the so called "dog" heard a young girl's voice, however as she looked behind her some she did not see anyone and it was hard to tell any shadows because of the looming darkness in the alleyway. And, the girl called her a little thief as well. Huh, so she knew of her recent act? Or had seen her in the act itself. As the girl got a closer look at the so called "lil" thief, she'd see that the dog wasn't really much of a dog at all. But, something between a wolf, a dog and a fox. With her long skinny black colored legs as she stood up and her violet eyes looked up at the young witch as she hung upside down. Her long fluffy tail resembled that of a wolf and her short more triangular shaped muzzle marked that of a fox. Was she really a dog at all?
That was a curious question. Because perhaps with her enhanced intelligence that she wasn't an animal at all. However, there was still the fact that she was indeed a thief. But, it was time to play it cool. A little girl couldn't resist an innocent, pretty dog now could they? Taking a few steps backwards, her ears pressing flat against her head as she began to play innocent with the girl. She whined, her tail hanging low to the ground as she backed away from the half eaten slab of meat. Tilting her head she'd look up at the girl with beady silver violet eyes, almost as if she was asking for the girl's forgiveness.
True, she did indeed know that she had done a bad deed. However, she wasn't really much of a hunter even with her fox/wolf blood running in her veins. She had lived a sheltered life and that was what she had become accustomed to. However, what was one supposed to do when one lost that sheltered life and became homeless? One might have to resort to stealing as Nymira just did. But to get away with such an act one had to be sly, and that might even require some acting.

Playing innocent was quite the tactic. Elise watched as the...dog...er...mixed breed...er mix race; canine, stepped back from the half-eaten slab of meat. Ears perked down onto head, covering the eyes slightly. Oh, what pretty eyes this one had. Well, Elise couldn't help but wonder if the creature was...a boy or a girl. She tilted her head some, "Aww it's alright little one, you're a cute lil girl, ne?" Elise cooed, yet the slab of meat would instantly (well near instantly) fly away from it's location and straight into the witch's opened hand. That was precisely the opportunity that she needed to turn this little 'case' around. As for the little thief...
"Hmm, you're probably wondering what I'm going to do, Lil Thief. Relax, relax...just come follow me and everything will be alright." Elise's voice cooed towards the canine. It would seem at that she had fallen for the innocent act, though she had taken hostage of the precious meat. Yet she waved the slab of meat that she hopefully attained via her Space Control back and forth; which could easily be interpreted as a taunt towards the "dog"; that is, if this was an intelligent creature. If this was just simply a dog, perhaps it was whine and follow, after all...meat was on the line, ne?
As for where the Ace Detective would lead the dog, why it'd be right back to the meat vendor that's what. She promised the 'capture' of the suspect, getting the stolen goods back was simply bonus. Of course, this case wasn't guaranteed to go over so smoothly, the air walking witch made sure to keep out of leap range for one. Along with keeping her hazel hues along the canine via the shadows that masked her face. Just what in the world was this young woman thinking...?

x Playing it coy had usually gotten her some good, well back then when she was with the old man he would usually "spoil" her with some treats, though she wasn't really much of the begging kind simply because she trusted the old man and knew what sort of position he was in. However, as a pup she had used that trick way too many times. As she got older however, he spoiled her occasionally when they could afford it. But, today one would wonder if it would resort in letting the white canine off the hook...
She seemed to relatively whoo the girl, with her cuteness. She was a pretty canine, especially with her white fur and violet colored eyes. The canine's ears would perk up a bit as her plan seemed to work, though the meat that she had been backing away from disappeared and took off into the air. There goes her meal.. though it was a wonder how it seemed to float by itself. However, the canine figured out that it was simply the girl's doing for she was floating in air after all. She would whine again as the meat flew to the girl and hung in front of her almost as if taunting the canine. She tilted her head at the girl as she mentioned what would happen to the little thief. If she followed her everything would be alright, but the canine just couldn't trust the girl just like that.
For a moment the canine seemed a bit unphased by the taunting of the meat, her violet eyes gave off little intention that she was interested in the meat anymore. However, she did look at the girl trying to figure out what she was up to and what she had planned for her if she did follow the girl. And, for the pearl colored canine the girl wasn't all that much out of reach from her but she didn't really want to hurt her. She had only stolen simply to get by and she didn't like scoldings all that much. As a pup, the old man had scolded her when she did something wrong which had led her to be the loyal and somewhat obedient canine she was today. But, she wasn't obedient and loyal to just about anyone. No. They had to gain that. And so far the girl hadn't.
She would sit on her hind legs, peering at the girl with the long brimmed hat. Her ear still a bit folded back against her head. She would then stand up some and scoot backwards slowly. Almost as if she were scared of the girl, or the consequences of her actions. She would make a small whine in the girl's direction and a frown seemed to appear on her face as she lowered her gaze. No, she wasn't going to trust this girl so easily... something was a bit off about her. Especially the shadow's that masked her eyes. Eyes were the windows to people's souls, you could tell how they were feeling from the look in their eyes. But, she couldn't tell with this girl. And as she backed away it seemed almost as if she would turn around and take off down the alleyway and back into the street.
However, she wasn't much of one to usually retreat when the goings got rough but it wasn't like she couldn't just steal from somewhere else.. or try her hand at hunting. She had no pocket money to buy anything here with, since the old man hadn't left her anything, though his earnings were his own even in death. She then hung her head low to the ground, almost as if she were ashamed, sad and lost at the same time. She then laid down on the ground, laying her head between her paws and stared up at the girl. She wanted to feel she belonged somewhere.. That way she might not have to resort to stealing.

Trust was something that needed to be earned. Something that the Ace Detective hadn't earned from this canine as of yet. Funny, she ended up pausing right in her tracks, which must have looked weird considering she was upside down in the air no less. For a moment her back seemed to be turned to her, despite looking over her shoulder. The brim of her hat causing the shadow to remain over the top portion of her visage.
The reaction from the pearl clad canine was...well, something one would expect a canine to do. "Hmm, perhaps this is an animal I'm dealing with..." the detective mused before tilting her head back. It caused the shadows to cease, revealing her warm smile, eyelids closed as her lips soon parted to speak.
"Don't be afraid lil one, I've already covered the price of this tasty meat to its owner. If you come with me and show that you're a good girl, I'll get you lots more meat." Her eyelids opened slowly to reveal warm hazel hues, her tone resonating with a sincere vibe and yet...the canine wasn't the only one whom could skillfully act if need be. Elise was quite charismatic, among other traits. It helped her in her interrogation especially, after all...words held power!
Still, the effects of the canine's own ploy certainly seemed in affect. Elise's free hand beckoned for the white one to come to her, soft coos escaping the blonde witch's lips; maybe there was something weird but it certainly wasn't from her "intentions'. Rather the weirdness should have came from her unusual abilities, her garb, and the attitude she portrayed currently. Earlier, she demonstrated the a personality befitting a "Hardboiled Detective", just where did her edge disappear to.

The blonde haired girl with the big black hat reassured the canine not to be afraid. She wouldn't really call it being afraid, but something along the lines of being afraid. Supposed she was being cautious. The girl mentioned that she had already paid for the stolen meat and that she could get her more if she behaved and showed that she was a good girl. Her hears perked up at the mention of more meat, her head lifting up some as she looked at the girl. Seeing the girl's warm smile and hazel eyes, that were much more trusting now that they were visible.
She supposed there couldn't be any harm in following this girl and if she tried to trick her she could just run away. But, from how things were turning out at the moment it seemed that the girl wasn't trying to trick her and was being pretty genuine. The white canine stood up on all fours and seemed to want to follow the girl now. Though, her ears were still a bit folded back. She walked towards the girl some as she beckoned for her to follow.
Nymira eyed the girl's clothes and her unusual abilities. She then recognized what sort of hat the girl was wearing; a witches hat, though she had never seen one before she had heard about them from tales and rumors from towns people who had stopped by the old man's shop, or even from the old man himself. She wondered if this girl was indeed a witch, she seemed to wear the clothes and fit the magic capabilities of a witch. Though, Nymira had some 'capabilities' of her own. However, she wasn't that much suspicious of the girl, even if she may be a witch.
Following a few feet behind the girl, she would go with this girl walking down the alleyway and back into the streets of the marketplace.

Luring the target successfully via words was something Elise was quite good at. Her charisma, her appearance, everything about Elise was the way she wanted to be viewed at any given time; an essential weapon. More importantly to the Ace Detective was the fact that the canine came to her based upon her words. If it wasn't an intelligent creature it wouldn't have been so easy to follow, rather it may have approached in curiosity but more to indicate it wanted meat. At which point, Elise would have had to waive it around to indicate to follow her for (potentially more meat, if not to at least get the meat she'd taken). However, all it took was a simple motion to beckon the creature to her side and her words, so they'd begin their little trip; heading back into the populated market streets.
The young witch walked calmly, her body langauge coming off as quite strong; as well as confident but gentle too. "So, how much meat do you want lil one? It's important to eat to keep your energy up." she cooed as she made her way past some rather tall men. Often when people bumped into her, they gave Elise strange looks, no thanks to her attire. Few whispered about her as she walked but the witch paid them little mind. Instead she lead them right back to the meat vendor's stand.
"Case solved as promised, here's the item and here's the culprit. Since I've already paid for the item, please get me some more...let's see, five pieces for my friend and two for me."She instructed, placing down the necessary funds. She made sure to stay protectively in front of the canine should the meat vendor wish to lash out, her hazel hues never leaving the older man's; silently indicating for him not to cross his place. Of course should things go off without a hitch and they received the meat, she'd lead her new found companion to an empty home she rented from a travelling elderly couple for the duration of her stay.
"Ladies first." she looked to the canine, ushering for them to head on in first before she entered, so as to lock the door behind them and get everything prepared.
"By the way, you don't have to hide anymore, nobody can see you in here." her last words being rather cryptic, what did the witch mean?

The white canine followed the young witch along the street, though she kept her distance. Remaining a few feet behind her, her tail hung a bit low as she did wondering where the girl was taking her. However, she soon noted that they were nearing the meat vender's cart. But, was she turning the culprit in or indeed going back to get the young canine some more meat. She looked at the girl as she asked how much meat she would like, one piece would have been enough.. though more would gladly be accepted by the canine whose food source was a bit scarce.
The canine noted however that as she looked around people seemed to look at them strangely, the girl more than herself. She couldn't tell if it was because of the girl's attire or if she was indeed a bit off, being suspected of being a witch. Though, surely some accepted 'strange' beings more readily than others perhaps because they had never really seen such creatures, or races. Being isolated in the town and around the castle most likely. There was a wondrous world out there full of different and mystical creatures.
They soon came to the meat vender's stand and Nymira stood a few feet back away from the stand in case the man wanted to retaliate and scold her. However, the two just seemed to eye each other...though the girl seemed to stand in front of her, almost as if she was protecting her. The canine listened to the girl's words as she mentioned case solved and seemed to introduce her as the culprit. She looked down some, feeling ashamed some that she had to resort to such 'tatics'. And, because she had indeed gotten caught. However, the witch girl mentioned that she had already paid for the piece of meat that Nymira had stolen and also wanted to buy seven more pieces altogether. She was a bit surprised, though she had been doubting the girl before she no longer seemed to.
Sitting on her hind legs she sat there, almost loyaly as the man gathered the meat and the witch girl paid for them. She did not whine, nor beg. Even though the taste of the meat still lingered on her tongue. She would get more soon enough, patience was a virtue. The man didn't protest much, though the look on his face seemed other wise. However, he had gotten paid for the meat from earlier and was now selling even more to the young 'detecive' witch and the criminal canine. So, things seemed to be in order. He was making money after all. He couldn't just refuse a customer because 'their' dog had stolen from them.
The blonde witch walked away and for a moment Nymira wasn't quick to follow, however after a few seconds she got up off her hind legs and followed after her. Following a bit closer now however. Did she trust this girl now? She could steal the meat from the girl and run off, however she felt some sort of need to follow the girl further. She led them to an empty home. Nymira stared at it for a second then looked at the girl in question as she said 'ladies first'. Not protesting the canine walked inside...
And, perhaps she fell into a trap. For the young witch locked the door as soon as she herself walked inside. The canine's ears went backwards and she let out a small, almost inaudible whine. Then the girl spoke.. saying that she did not have to hide. She looked at the girl almost in surprise. H-how did she know? Or was she just assuming? Nymira had been like a dog her entire life and thus acted like one, though she had enhanced intelligence because of her human-oid counterpart. However, how did this young witch know so easily? Nymira would rather be a canine though, it was all she had known most of this time. She preferred it over her human form.
So thus, she would remain in it. No human had ever seen her in her human form, she wanted it to remain that way. Though, sometimes it was a little hard to remain in her animal form for so long, and sometimes when she slept she slipped into her human form. She was now near-ish a wall in the home, a few feet from the door which the young witch stood by. She looked down for a moment, thinking. Nobody could see her in here. The young witch could. So she was somebody, however her judgment towards the girl remained intact thus she had gained some trust in the girl.
"How did you know I wasn't really a dog?" she inquired towards the girl, it was a wonder how the girl could understand her. If it was by some telepathic way, or if indeed the canine was speaking to her. Non the less however, she had spoken.

The plot thickens or rather, it was now finally at the climax! The canine finally spoke, revealing the heart of this investigation. Yet there was a bit of silence after she spoke up. Elise simply laying out the meet along the counter, preparing to to cook, well mostly for herself. The Ace Detective had a feeling her new guest preferred to eat the meat as it was and so, with the stage set...she'd make her triumphant approach. Looking over her shoulder, her hazel hues narrowed as she flashed a slight grin.
"Canines have a higher intelligence than other domesticated creatures, capable of being trained to do stuff but in the case of theft..." the blonde would fully turn now, leaning against the counter but careful not to get any of the meat on her attire. A brief moment was taken to inhale, before her lips parted to speak: "A wild dog would just snatch the meat and eat without fear until it was chased, you bound for that alleyway causing my client to have to chase just to catch up." she pushed off gently moving closer towards the centre of the room.
"That just merely sparked the possibility within my mind, evidence was needed to confirm my case, plus I'd need to locate you." The teenagers arms began to mime her approach. Revealing how she looked around, deducing the location from the alleyway. It was comical but the atmosphere thus far was not threatening, just coy minus the cute giggle that escaped her lips when she made her two fingers walk upside down to sneak up on the shapeshifter.
"Do you remember how I approached you? My words were hostile but my tone of voice wasn't, that's because animals can't quite understand words right away but rather body langauge, tone of voice, etc. Despite this, you backed away from the meat rather than looking up at me playfully or ignoring me to continue eating the meat. This was my first proper clue, though I still couldn't be certain just yet." she smiled briefly, her arms crossing her chest as she began to pace back and forth.
"However it was when my taunt with the meat didn't spark immediate action that I gained the knowledge that I needed, you lil thief, were just too smart for an ordinary animal...right down to how you listened to my words about paying for the meat already. " she then walked over to the shop lifter, whom was a few feet from the door but her body language and approach was non-threatening.
"You're probably thinking, if I already knew then why didn't I expose you? Well, that's just elementary; I'm familiar with your race and capabilities. As a stray your "punishment" would be far different from that of an intelligent individual, especially when you're seen as different. Surely you saw how the people looked at us, particularly myself as we walked. I'm cunning but I'm not cruel well...not cruel in that regards, besides...Your reasons seem pretty logical to me but surely you could use your talents to gain the rupees needed for a meal instead of the survivalist method, ne?" she chirped at that last line before turning back to the counter, skipping merrily. She went and grabbed the meat but looked over her shoulder.
"Oh I didn't want to make an assumption but do you like your meat raw like this or would you like me to cook it, y'know for a change of pace?" yes that was a bit random but it was more so to remove any heavy pressure in the atmosphere, after all considering everything she revealed; it'd be easy to feel trapped or potentially exploited. Though admittedly the young witch did have plans for the little thief, she may not be 'cruel' in the case she provided but she certainly wasn't above manipulation, in fact...it was all part of the parcel.

Nymira seemed to remain somewhat relaxed as the girl explained how she had come to the conclusion that Nymira was indeed not a dog as she had played to be. Well, didn't particularly act like one and was much more intelligent than the smartest dog, for she had seemed to understand the girl's words. However calm Nymira seemed to be, she still remained some distance from the girl. Lying on the cold wooden floor, her head held high as she watched the little witch girl approach the center of the room. Her eyes narrowed some as the girl approached her further but soon went back to normal as the girl explained as to why she hadn't readily exposed her.
She supposed she could sort of thank the girl for not exposing her, but if she had she wondered what consequences she would have faced. What if she could not pay the vendor, though the girl had paid him so that would have not been a matter. Would she face ridicule from the town's people? Would they exile her from the town or keep her as a slave? She did not know, she had never faced such things in her human form. She knew her canine form much more better than her human form, it almost seemed like it didn't belong to her which was probably why she was rarely in it. Her canine form was something she knew well.
"I wouldn't know.. how to get such things as money, the old man always fended for us even when there wasn't much to offer me," she stated to the girl, quite plainly. She wasn't really used to talking, though of course to how she was communicating it seemed to be more telepathically than her actually speaking the words. As the girl walked back to the counter, Nymira took that opportunity to walk into some shadow near the corner of the place and transformed into her human form. It was very effortlessly, though she had been in her canine form for awhile but it took a bit out of her to remain in that form since it wasn't exactly her true, true form.
She leaned against the wall, her head lowered to look at the floor boards of the place. There was some dust and cob webs in the corner but it didn't seem to bug her one bit. Even in the shadow that the corner offered, one could still see the white of her hair that seemed to be a light shade of gray due to the shadow. She wore a white outfit as well, with her red scarf draped around her neck, hanging along her chest. "I suppose you could cook it.." she said softly to the young girl. Her appearance seemed to pretty much match that of her canine form, however she didn't have any ears and tails like many other of her kind.
"So..miss witch," she began, her words sounding a bit cruel though she had had no real plan to actually say it that way it just sort of came out like that. It had been awhile since she had actually talked to someone, or really interacted with them at all. "What plans do you have for me? Have a bit of food with me then what...?" she asked her, almost as if she were suspecting of the girl. The girl did seem to be smarter than the average girl her age, however Nymira didn't feel like attacking her. She seemed to casually lay against the wall, her legs bent a bit in front of her chest and one of her arms resting on her knee. She stared across the room at the witch as she prepared the pieces of meat she had bought. An odd thought went through her mind, she became suspecting that the girl was going to poison her food or something... she silently laughed to herself, lowering her gaze towards the floor again.
"Excuse my manners... if I have any at all, the man used to call me Camellia," she said. Though, she was talking oddly about this so called "old man" that she had mentioned earlier. Had she been traveling with someone? Was this man her father? Grandfather? No one knew but Nymira herself. "However... I think my true name is Nymira, though I cannot remember where it was from," she said, then looked at her pale hand as if she were searching for some distant memories that she had lost. They were distant because she simply didn't remember them because she had been too young.
