I'm considering starting a guild for the Black Market. We would consist of doing side quests that involve making deals with other groups, selling them illegal potions and bombs, containing control over standard merchants in regions, and to an extent acting with a code of honor. The Black Market would be a guild that would actually aid the Hylian Knights, if they agreed to it, in obtaining information on crime and criminals in Hyrule, finding them, and busting them. This would consists of more harmful crimes, like murderers, escaped prisoners, etc.
Just an idea, anyone have ideas or opinions?

I might join, but my character is a thief whom steals from nobles in Castle Town for fun. So I'm not sure as to how that would work out for her.

You could consider the Black Market Guild as a Thieves guild, at least the way I'm looking at it. If you steal something, how do you sell it? Selling it in the Black Market=More Profit and Safety.

Now that I think about it, this is perfect for Dekethorn. He steals from merchants all the time, it makes perfect sense to get him in with black market types.
