"I am not traveling the world. I live at the edge of the city not far from here. At least, it's not far when you're flying." She ran a hand along the top of the water and looked to see what she could see below.
Adela looked back to her bow and thought for a moment, reflecting on how she'd come about it. "It was a gift from the woman who raised me. She knew that those who were inheriting her property would not need or want me so she left it to me along with some money, enough for me to take care of myself for a while."

Another old man chuckle from Nestor. "What a nice gesture. You clearly did something right. You must do good work." He wasn't sure what else to ask her without being too awkward and forward. He still had Nylan on the brain, that was distracting him a bit.
"Have you noticed a change in the air recently? You must fly places, so you get a good feel of it. I'm sure something is going on, maybe something up in the City in the Sky." He took a look at the chicken cannon not too far from the lake. He thought about climbing in, taking a ride up there. But again, he was too old.

"She was a kind old woman. She cared for me as a daughter and I think she was afraid of me being alone in the world." Adela gave a small smile and stared out over the lake, forcing back a lump that had formed in her throat.
Adela nodded once and swallowed down the lump, thankful that she had something different to think about. "I would not know if the city had anything to do with it, but something has seemed strange. I am unsure what it is however, I did not fly often until recently."

Nestor took note of the lump. Apparently she really did care for the old lady. Talking about it did remind him of his own mortality. But that wasn't important right now.
"Keep a sharp eye, young Oocca. Anything could drastically change at any moment. One must be wary." Nestor let out a big yawn and licked his lips before resting his head. "I am tired. I haven't been that active in a while. Thank you young one." He began to slowly make his way up the lake to Zora's River. By no means was he leaving yet, but it was time to begin the long trek home.

Adela could only nod in agreement. She knew all too well how quickly things could change and how easy it was to tip the scales and send a life spiraling away from its intended path. As she saw Nestor start to swim away, she climbed out of the water and gave a brief bow.
"Thank you for having lunch with me. I hope that we might meet again, Nestor. I will return to this lake sometime, although I believe it may be some time. I think I may have a path to take and I do not know where it will lead me." She quickly dried off and pulled her dress back on before waving to him with a friendly sort of smile on her face.

Nestor looked to her one last time, getting a glimpse of her one last time before her dress went back on.
"Do not worry about where the path you take, or where it will lead you. You are strong, both in body and mind, there is no challenge you cannot face. But you must not hesitate, be strong at all times. And do not worry if you stray from that path, Adela. One often meet his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it." He gave a small wave from his front hand and dove underwater.

Adela watched Nestor as he dipped below the water and wondered on the things that he had said. Her, strong? She doubted that he could judge such a thing having only known her for one afternoon and wondered what she could do to help Nestor to see some of the things that he had wanted to do with his life.
"Thank you." She said, her words barely above a whisper. Adela watched the water where he had disappeared for a few minutes before turning and clasping the strap of her satchel around her torso. She slid her bow into its designated holder before spreading her wings and taking off into the late afternoon sky.
