Changing Ryan around from regular Human to two-faced Monster King, this is a work in progress for now, to be finished soon.
Jormungand is a Dragon, and has many of the conventional Draconic abilities, plus a few unconventional abilities.
Flight: See those wings? Not just for decoration.
Size, Strength and Toughness: Jormungand is big, and that mass is an advantage, tripling his strength dealing 1.5 points of damage per strike in LS mode. In Regular or Story mode this means he can shatter bone with each solid hit. Likewise his ultra hard scales means he has double the usual heal bar in LS mode, or can resist 50% of all attacks in Regular or Story mode
Fire Breath: Again, Dragon. A ranged attack that deals a full point of damage in LS mode and can charr flesh off the bone in Regular or Story mode. Better have a shield handy.
Cloud Judgement: A purely plot-based ability, Jormungand can fog the minds of those who see him, preventing them form making proper judgements. All this really does is prevent people from realizing that Ryan is Jormungand and vice versa, unless he does a dramatic reveal.
Shapeshifting: Jormungand can shift between one of three forms: Full Dragon, Half Dragon (Armored Forms), and Human (aka Ryan).[/size][/blockquote]

At first glance, Ryan seems like a really nice guy. He's polite, doesn't talk back, helps little old ladies across the street and doesn't mind lending a hand if asked. He keeps his opinions to himself unless asked is a loyal and courageous ally to have on your side in any confrontation. Ryan has developed a code of ethics that revolves around the simple facts of life; keep your word, respect yourself, stand by your friends, do good when you can and always strive for perfection. A bit of a sportsmen, he will often hold back when fighting a weaker opponent. A seemingly good person, Ryan is very loyal to the people he considers friends, and will do anything he can to help them. There is very little, short of an attack on his life, that, will convince him to abandon a friendship. He can see what is and what isn’t, when it comes to the world, and will not let himself be snagged by the traps of foolish optimism or false hope. Though he knows he has a tendency to be pessimistic and cynical, he would rather have a critical look on things then believe in a false reality.
He is also a master liar.
Ryan is in fact a false identity, a cover for the immortal being known as Jormungand. Ruthless and apathetic, Jormungand does not care for your petty day-to-day affaires. His only goal is to promote the advancement of The Legion. A hive-like entity whom is simultaneously apart of Jormungand's being and subservient to his will. Acting as the Hive King, if you will. . He is cold in his decisions and does not care about the feelings or well-being of others if they are not relevant to his plans and to The Legion. Treachery and deception are his ideal weapons of choice, lying to and manipulating others into situations where their lives would be at risk. This, along with a well timed backstab will often take out most threats before they even realize what's happening. When all else fails however, Jormungand will switch into his True Form and just outright eat the problem individual
For some odd reason, he has an irrational hatred of Nightmare Darklight and a desire for that nifty ring he has.
APPEARANCE,
Standing at six feet tall with black hair and brown eyes, Ryan is definitely attractive by most standards. He has an athletic if slightly muscular body that is usually hunched over due to his hight and a dislike of looking down at everyone all the time, hiding his true hight.
As a rule his hair is usually somewhere between well kept and messy. The majority of it us combed and straightened as needed but he'll rarely go out of his way to fix something if it gets blown out of place, giving him a vaguely scruffy appearance to those who care about hair like that.
As an outdoorsmen his skin has been tanned significantly, but not yet to the point where it would be truly "brown." It has some markings and scars here and there from various scrapes with a brigand or monster, including a particularly gruesome scar that runs down the length of his back.
In his true form, Jormungand towers over everything in sight. Standing at a colossal ten feet tall with a wingspan of twenty feet, Jormungand is a Dragon of fantastic size and power. Pitch black scales cover his body, with a pattern of slashes decorating the torso and back. He posses both wings of draconic flight and the forearms capable of grasping and smashing anything he could get his hands on. Jagged teeth the size of short swords rim his mouth, with the burning Dragonfire within ready to be unleashed at a moments notice.
As a side effect of transitioning between his Human form and Dragon form, his armor often changes its shape and style.

Mjolnir. A mace of cruel and brutal power, its barbed blade gouges flesh as easily as it shatters bone.
Gram. A blade that straddles the line between longsword and claymore, the blade can chop through a person with little trouble.

[/color] Jormungand's Soul is a vast and powerful thing. So much so that it can partially integrate with the souls of those around him, adding their strength to his own and his strength to theirs. When this ability is triggered, a subtle pressure goes throughout the area, like a soft wind. When the wind subsides, every ally of his in the area suddenly has the power to use ONE ability from every other ally, even racial abilities.
