"No? It's not really up for discussion." Alistair laughed. He actually wondered if Finn was messing with him. If he were being serious, Alistair wondered how. How could he forget so quickly? Blanking out in the middle of an angry rage is one thing, but erasing all of the events from said rage seemed impossible.

Now he was actually getting upset. Why couldn't he remember? And that wasn't something Finn did, either; he didn't just punch kids for the hell of it. He didn't ever get mad, either. Like, ever.

At least, not that he could remember.

Oh goddesses, what if there were giant holes in his memory since... forever!? What if he didn't actually know anything about himself at all? Finn flailed slightly in his distress, his face resembling something that could only be described as the D: face.

He didn't know anything at all!!

"I really don't remember!" the bear minish insisted, obviously freaking out over this. "You're not just messing with me, are you?"

Alistair watched as Finn flailed, observing him and his distraught movements. He was honestly concerned at this point, especially since Finn obviously had no idea that the first half of their conversation had taken place.

"Whoa now... Calm down." Alistair was conflicted. Should he lie to Finn to put him at ease, or conflict the matter and try to help him sort things out? Both options had their reasons for being a good choice, so eventually he just had to choose. "Yeah. You got me square in the jaw. But don't worry about it- I've taken plenty of hits, so it's not like you were really a threat~" He fought Finn's stress with the one weapon that trumps all: Dry, cliche humor.

The casual way the kid was going about this, like his sudden memory loss wasn't a big deal? Yeah, it was pissing him off. And it was quicker this time around, too; rather than the gradual build-up that had happened before he punched the kid, this was akin to flipping a switch. One moment he was normal, awkward Finn, and the next he was slamming his knife into the side of a wood building.

His expression was darker. Anger haunted his maroon eyes, and dark circles and lines grew beneath them; his fists clenched, his jaw tightened, his chin shot up in a gesture of aggression.

"Goddamn kid," he growled, but something kept him from punching the teen again; what it was, he couldn't tell. He didn't really care at this point; he just wanted to get the **** away.

Which is exactly what he did, leaving his knife stuck in the wall.

Alistair admittedly tensed up when Finn grew angry again. It wasn't that he was afraid he would get hit again, he could probably take one or two more good punches, it's just that his anger was so spontaneous. He did notice the fact that the bear left his knife as he stormed off. "Oh, yeah! That's cool! I... um... had stuff I needed to do anyways! Seeya!" He looked at a random passerby. "Yeah... That was my friend. We're totally tight."

With a little bit of effort, Alistair was able to pry the knife out of the wooden wall, staring at the blade. Something tells me charging at an angry Finn with his own knife would be a bad idea. Alistair flipped the knife around in his hand a bit before tucking it away on his person. I'll just give it to him the next time I see him... you know... if he's not rampaging about. For now, he simply strolled off, looking for something to pass the time.
